First Data Customer Service

The name of my store is Love It Again loc in Joliet Illinois my lease number is 052-1460969-00 I I can't Process credit cards I was told that I will be able to do once I bought my lease payment current now I cannot take payments but I'm still Pay on the lease agreement No one seems to have an answer to Solve I need to be able to process cards I'm losing business because I can't process process card

our company has 4 years contract with this company. suddenly, they are charging some extra amount of payments,without any kind of notice,which is totally out of the agreement.As we call them for the cancellation ,they haven't done that.They broken the contract without any kind of confirmation.

I am very disappointed when I call to speak to a representative who does not speak American English. Additionally, the young woman I talked to today had no idea or knowledge of what I was talking about with credit cards. I asked to speak to a supervisor who had slightly more knowledge and was very difficult to understand. I had to call my bank and another credit card company to get things resolved. I think you could cut your call times in half by having a call center within the States who could resolves issues quickly and efficiently thus saving you money. Always a labyrinth to get through on your lines.

These people are very rude, hang up on customers and I get a different person every time.

They are expensive, say their contract in not able to be cancelled and I will never do business with them again.
