This is the worst type of harassment and unresponsiveness I've dealt with in a long time. I was forced to sign up for a subscription to read a single article that a friend sent me and ever since I've ben trying to rid myself of this subscription. I did finally manage to get someone to say something but that hasn't stopped the spam from Carol who asks me to put a new payment method on my account so that they can continue to take $$ from me. They are the worst.

awful customer service. tNo where any info to find customer serviceon the magazine. Lot of options huge wait time to answer the call.
Print ypur cutomer service number at least on the label for easy renewal or cancellation.

total fraud they suck. I was promissed a mini ipad and receive some beat headphones that look all fake and dont even work right, also they are damage. Well am about to report them cause i photo copied everything and yes i agreed to their terms but they didn't comply with the correct item. The bank said they will dispute the 108.00 dollar charge.

I accepted the deal this company offered to me on an Mini Ipad so I entered my card info. Well they took out the funds immediately. But they did't sent me and IPAD i got some headphones that were damage. I have tried contacting them many times. I did get a response saying they would refund me but it's being over 2 months and no refund yet. So, i have many times tried contacting them and they have not responded.To me they are the worst company ever and to me its FRAUD. Since, what they promise would be my item (iPad) and it wasn't.
