I had HULU ad TV--A few days ago they emailed me and told me that after October of this year I would no longer be able to watch HULU on any of my 5 LG tvs. Of course I could buy 5 ROKU at $25-35 each plus installation if I wanted. Then They decided to add $1.00 a month to ADTV. Now, they make a profit off of those ads--why not just charge more for the ads instead of passing it onto the consumer? So I canceled--there are more and better streaming devices with better content that changes more often.,

Hulu is abysmal. In the approximately one month since I've had a free trial with them I've averaged one phone call per week due to access problems, ranging from the video crashing midway or toward the end to "screen freeze" to disappearance of the Hulu app from my TV. Latest attempt to contact them: no phone service available. Ended up on a "chat" with a rep who advised that my "device" may have "deprecated" [sic]. When I questioned how an app that was on the screen and working yesterday could have disappeared a day later, the rep said that's the way things go in the world of tech -- i.e., abrupt outdating of apps. If so, NOT ON MY DIME. If I have to work constantly to access what I've paid for, my cancellation is in the offing.

i am not happy with hulu i pay 11.99 for hulu to play 2 minutes and then buffer for 5 minutes .....really there was nothing stating that the play back depends on your internet connection ...it's really pissing me off the only time i can watch hulu without it buffering is in the wee hours of the morning ....did i say I'm getting very pissed off with hulu it might be good if you live in the city ..i live in country and have wifi but it doesn't state anywhere in the sign up plan that it plays better according to where you live ....i'm getting ready to cancell i'm sure netflix needs my money more as they play the whole damn movie with it buffering once ....

Had a very hard time locating a Hulu customer service phone number the where saying on the bottom on there site. When I finally found this. The said there is a waiting time of 30 min, Marina answered in less than 2 min. She was very helpful and friendly. Had problems with my e-mail to cancel the free trial.

We cancelled our subscription today when we watched the last CORONATION STREET episode.
Bye, Bye Hulu. . . we are joining many other subscribers who are abandoning your service because you NO LONGER carry our treasured foreign show. We will spend our programming $$ elsewhere.

not working on my lg dvd blu ray drive, keeps saying internet error when everything the else works on it. second of it all what type is that to charge people more to have showtime shows on too as if all them shows were any good. wtf I got verizon so your showtime. lastly how your going to have some movies edited, wtf why ask for age and a credit card for same with the anime on editing besides the fact lots of them actually are in english already no need 4 subs

I took 9.49 from my debit card on 3/6 however my service was turned off a few days ago. I have not found a way to resolve this matter. you got my money but I don't get any service. Service was unreal.waited on the phone for well over 30 minutes and still was on hold. What's the problem no one to answer the phone. Netflix service was way better.Know I'm only fish but I do matter.

I have had this account for only 24 hours and hulu has charged my card 2 times . It was for free the first week and on line its a month. Your company suck all ready. I wont my money back.

Huluplus advertisement to watch Vikings you need to buy a Huluplus acct. Then you sign up and it says they do not have the rights to this show...What the heck...why use it to advertise Huluplus when you can't even watch it on Huluplus. That is bait and switch which is illegal! I already have Huluplus and wanted to watch this because of seeing it advertised to draw in more customers, then I see they dont have the rights for it? How can you use it to advertise in Huluplus?
