Hi
My human has stopped recording. All recordings are lost. I checked HDD and it said there were no errors. I reset to factory settings. It still doesn't work. Please advise how to fix this.

Customer service is extremely poor Took a Humax HDR1003s to their Mitcham office3 in Victoria Australia 3 weeks ago for repairs and heard nothing since .When you telephone them they brush you off by saying that we will get back to you and they don't . Sending an Email is a waste of time as they do not reply
