Today I went to your North University Store in Provo Utah. The girls had no interest in serving me. All I had was a 100.00 bill. I didn't have my card. Instead of trying to be polite and explain why they wouldn't take my legal US tender the girl in charge just turned to the cashier and said cancel her order and walked off. I understand that it is hard to find people who want to work but after reading some of your reviews I would think it would be in the best interest of your company to take the time to retrain all of your employees on Customer Service.

I called my order in on the phone and at first they said they could not make my order as they did not understand that this smoothie is on the underground menu and then I told them they made the exact same order yesterday. Next they said they would make the order. When I arrived the order was not even started. Next they told me to get in line behind everyone else and they insisted that I needed to place my order on the tablet. I was paying with a card, so I had to get someones attention so I could place the order Again and Pay with my Card. The staff were exceptionally rude and less than helpful. And in the end they made them wrong, I order 3 large Strawberry Energizer and none of them had strawberries in them, they were all runny and had no smoothie to them. Poor customer service, and very Rude.

I bought a breakfast sandwich at the Redding churn creek store it was the worst looking and tasting sandwich I have ever had for 6$ very dissatisfied and will not recommend to any I have a picture if you want to see it

I will start by a saying I love Jamba juice it has so many good things threw out the company to try if your sick Jamba is there if your hungry Jamba is there if you just want to treat yourself to a wonderful Smothie and a Smile I am always always satisfied. I bought a Fundraiser card and only used it twice go back and they say they are no longer honoring it it was buy one get one for up to six uses very disappointed because I did pay my money to help out and to go to my Favorite place please let me know what you Can do about helping me with this situation TY

The person taking our order looked disgusted by my very presence, not once did she say thank you or anything kind... I paid over $21 for 2 orange juices and thanked her when I received my change. No courteous youre welcome or any response just hateful looks!!!!
The thing is, this happens everytime I have been in there with every service person!
Hilo, Hi. There is an obvious racial disrespect, as I am Causasian and most employees at this site are non caucasian.
Verrrry rude and downright hateful looks!
I finally reached the last straw and decided to report it. Just wrong!!!

I just visited your location in San Ramon on Crow Canyon Place. There were 5 teenagers working at the time. I ordered 2 drinks and the employee scooped the fruit back out of one and added it to the other. Then when one employee finished making a drink she sat on the counter top and proceeded to drink a smoothie that was sitting next to her. So many good safety violations!

awful. twice i ordered the same drink. i didn't pay $7.00 to have the main ingreient missing The employees look at the ingredients & still got the drink wrong. Train those employees.

Last two Thursday evenings purchased large Orange Dream Machine first one complete water like orange juice. So tonight asked to have it made extra thick came back same way not thick but poured out like water. Server was very put out that I brought it back to the window to have it remade.
Retrain your employee: If a job is worth doing it's worth doing it RIGHT.

Called customer service and spoke to Sequoia. When she picked up my call, there was a lot of feedback on her end so I couldn't hear very well. She had to repeat herself 3 times because of her poor connection and she was talking so fast that I couldn't hear. She got frustrated and raised her voice at me... incredibly rude. I called back a second time and got her again. I asked to speak to someone else, as I was no longer comfortable talking to her... she had hung up on me, but she said that she is the only person who works in customer service.... I couldn't sign in to my account because I couldn't remember my email... so if a person doesn't remember their email then do they just lose their entire account and have to make a new account? I purchased a fundraising card and really wanted to cknnext it to my account but I can't.. had to make a new account and feel like i wasted money on this company. I love Jamba Juice but the one I got today tastes sour due to the experience that I received today.... :-(
Btw, why can't I verify my account some other way? :-( like the last 4 digits of my credit card on file???

I spent $20 on 2 bowls of fruit filled with water complete waste of money tasted horrible uneatable I don't know what they made but it was not the 2 bowls I order I regret not turning around and getting a refund I might as well of threw away $20 I will never go to that location again they need to train how to make bowls that cost $10

I used to go to Hawaii Kai Jamba every single day. The girls saw me in line and had it ready before I ordered it. Once you raised your prices for fresh oj/ carrot juice to $8-$9 I stopped. I just went today after years of not going and it was $11 and your carrot machine was broken ? I asked for fresh ginger and I saw the kid put a small spoon from a container so that nots fresh and not what I asked for?
You have no idea how much business you have been loosing from all the regulars that used to go there and it's obvious all you care about is keeping investors happy ?
If you actually paid a decent wage tiu would need 3 dumb slow kids that stand around instead of prepping or cleaning (like the people that used to be there when I went there?)wasting supplies and cause most people to leave dissatisfied and disappointed like I saw today.They get minimill $$ and give you minimal service so why do you continue to do that and think it's better? Your bottom line cannot be better because when I used to go there was always a line.
Today kids were sitting and laying around in the back laughing and didn't even know people were waiting to order?
If you had 2 good people everyone would get better everything including customer service, quality order and lots of profit because we around all went to comeback everyday?
I saw the girl spraying water in the sink saying wow that looks cool ?!
Between her parents and your choice to hire her you all should get an open hand slap to the face. Many times over!!!!
I'll probably never go there again, atleast for another 5 years. So the $$ you think your saving is exactly the opposite and I'm not sure why you don't see and understand that?
You'd make more $$ hiring adults who know better and care and sell them again for $7-$8 and you would increase profit by 30%

New jamba by in n out Redding ca. spent 20 dollars on burritos all of them frozen. Tried to call in not a single phone number works and the online complaint number is bunk. Not sure how this is working out but I about to start a protest.

Hollywood Park Store in Los Angeles. I arrived a little before 1pm. The cashier (African American /burgundy hair) walked away from the register and left an entire line waiting for over 10 minutes while she helped the other employee blend juices. She was rude to customers, knocked over a smoothie for another customer, DIDN'T pick it up (customer did) them spilled drink all over the counter. Never apologizing at all. I confronted her about the long wait so she took my order. I personally wiped down the pick up area counter because I CARE. My order was made very fast however now I am sick and vomiting with diatribe. Blueberry's we're extremely sour and not cold. I ordered a Acai Bowl. I paid with my credit card, she may have intentionally add something to my bowl for speaking up. This should ALL be on camera. Please look into this asap.

Your app isn't working and none of ur employees want to answer the phone. I have called so many times they have decided to just hang up my class instead of answering. I'm ducking starving and can't have solid food because of a surgery I just had. Can u people please get ur shite together. Fix ur app and hire more people it's not that hard

Check #57 To go Order for my son:Medium Orange C-Booster. I told the other female employee..."I almost didn't order anything because the countertops were quite dirty.". She said yeah, were working on that right now. I wanted to use one of my 3 rewards specific ally the BOGO 50%off. It stated it expires 12/31/2 then underneath in (expires 1/01/23) I was told I had to wait until 12/31/2 to use that reward because it also says expires 1/1/23 which made no sense I asked Sophia if she could manually enter discount, she said no.No other customers in store at that time. I was tired,didn't want to go way away for this smoothie so I ordered paid. After I gave it to my son, he informed me that there were chunks of unblended fruit therein. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had at Jamba Juice!! And will NEVER go back to this location again. Dirty working area,do not properly blend contents/fruit smoothie correctly, need additional training on the register and customer service skill as well.

Went on my lunch hour and spent 45 minutes getting my Avis bowl... there was a customer that was extremely rude, outrageous, talking down and treating the 2 employees terrible.. the rude and obnoxious customer left.... there was 4 of us in there waiting for our orders... the two employees went in the back , eventually 1 employee came back out and was on her phone, I believe calling corporate office... she locked the door and I guess closed as the other employee was in back crying and Quit ... not how I wanted to spend my lunch hour

Went to Jamba for the first time today. Great atmosphere. Great Smoothies. But coffee lovers beware the cold brew coffee drink was the worst coffee drink I ever has. Like really awful. Save your money.

Horrifying! Plastic shards in our peanut butter chocolate smoothie! Last week my four year old grandson, son-in-law and I shared a peanut butter chocolate smoothie at the JJ store in Mountain View, CA. My son-in-law and I both noticed small pieces of really hard material in our drinks. When I pulled a few out to see what they were I was shocked to see that it was pieces of plastic. I have a picture but there's no way to attach it here. My guess is that the Vitamix blender they used had a piece that broke off and was blended into our drink. I called them and talked to the manager and she assured me that the store manager would call me the next day. I got no such call and I've been trying to reach them but their phone just says "mailbox full". I have no idea how much we swallowed but I'm worried about the health consequences, especially for my grandson because he wouldn't have known anything bad was in the drink. And I'm worried other customers might have had the same thing. Jamba Juice needs to check their equipment and figure out how to prevent this sickening thing from happening to anyone else. I tried calling the corporate headquarters in Emeryville but the number has been disconnected. This was also noted in the review below mine. What is up with that?

I have been a customer with Jamba juice for many years but lately the new employees are not trained properly they don't mix the Jamba juice drink properly it tastes differently sometimes it has big chunks of a fruit and it's not blended properly they need to train the employees better because I missed that old quality of Jamba juice and I'm not getting it any more. Quality service anymore I have tried it it's not the same can you please Train your employees Properly it has gotten to the point that I don't want to go Lately every time I go I am disappointed Can management please look into this matter I don't want to stop going but every time I'm go it's not the same

Twice I've used the app and after selecting the store it repopulates to the prior address. I've lost $20 in smoothies in last two weeks. I buy a large açaí smoothie and I TIP every time. The Ogden and Layton stores have made me repurchase the smoothies each time and refused a refund/ I spend $10 a day on smoothies at Jamba Juice in Layton and Ogden Utah locations. I am beyond appalled at how bad the customer service is. Each store should offer a refund or as a courtesy give the customer a smoothie if the mistake was made with the app. I literally selected the locations manually in the app each time. The app tends to reset itself to the prior location. I'm shocked that each store made me purchase again and couldn't do a refund or something. No longer going to Jamba Juice. I was spending $300 a month on jamba smoothies. They must not need everyday repeat business from customers.

My experience with Jamba Juice happened recently at the end of last week (01/09/2022). I'm from the island of Oahu and I went to a Jamba Juice in Pearlridge mall, ordering a Chocolate mood from the employee. When I got my drink, I went back to my parent's car to enjoy my drink but when I took a couple sips of the drink, my taste buds knew that this was peanut butter and my anxiety escalated very quickly. I have an allergy to all nut products and seafood. My customer service became life changing/threatening at the moment where they took my order wrong.

As a result, I started swelling up and I had trouble talking and breathing so I acted quickly and took Benedryl. I thought I felt better then but eventually the reaction became worse later in the evening where I started to puff up and get hives from all over my face and body. Therefore, I went to the emergency room to get treated on my allergic reaction. I spent hours in the ER and I felt so vulnerable, I can't believe this happened to me. I thought I was going to die. Luckily, I got the medication I needed to get rid of my allergic reactions and safely came back home much better. My family freaked out about this especially me.

Because of my recent experience with Jamba Juice, I don't think I'll ever go to a Jamba Juice ever again, it affected my life physically and mentally. I just can't believe how these workers can mess up a chocolate mood and make a peanut butter smoothie instead. I hate to write this review but they really did mess up, giving a drink with a primary ingredient that is very common and can be severe and deadly for people like me.

Try calling the local Jamba juice manager she doesn't answer her phone. Tried calling corporate office in California 510-5 96-0100 and the number is disconnected. Tried calling the LLC of the company whirl Colorado phone number 303-8 61-0758 and that number is disconnected. Doesn't that seem very odd to anyone else?

Jamba expects their employees to take crap from RUDE customers. There would be no issue if the customers were being understanding and kind as soon as they walk in. They expect to be treated with respect, YET they are the ones who give attitude because the wait in line is long.
Customers need to understand that, a lot of jobs right now are understaffed, low produce, no shipments, etc. there's signs outside the store and people still can't seem to read them? How do customers expect us to just take every hit they throw at us, we're human beings too & the " customer isn't always right ". Jamba Juice should take more accountability for the fact that we don't get paid enough to go through and do half of the stuff we do at that job.

I was helped my this tall young man, I told him I haven't been to jamba in a while and I asked his opinion, he gave me his suggestions of his favorite drinks. He was very helpful and very nice. He asked me how my day was, and kept the convo going and helping my family members as well.

Commenting on your employee by the name of Mr. Isaac Knight in Chgo location on Madison st, he was very courteous, polite and made me the best and healthy smoothie,I wanted to talk to his manager but I was in a hurry, this young man is definitely management material! It was a pleasure to met her while canvassing area businesses in regards to an upcoming public art display. I was laid off because Tanque Verde store closed and I am without a job now before the holidays the owner and the general manager could care less about their employees. But then after I was laid off I ask to transfer and she said that they are fully staffed but yet she keeps hiring new people...

As a Jamba employee, I feel under-valued having time stay at work amid the Corona Virus Pandemic, working in direct contact with the public, for minimum wage.
Starbucks has taken measures to slow down business/traffic and promote employee safety, while the negligent corporate higher ups at Jamba Juice have prompted free delivery, only furthering exposure of the virus for employee and customer.
