Lasko Customer Service

I am quite disappointed with the response that I got from bot he email customer service as well as the phone service from the "Lasko Support Hero's". I have several (12) to be exact of the white and black oscillating pedestal fans from Lasko and the oscillation link on all but 1 of these fans is broken. This would be a simple part to replace however Lasko chooses not to have this part available forcing to either have a warranty replacement or just go buy a new fan. What a huge waste of resources. The parts that are available are parts that would almost NEVER need to be replaced. Convenient that the $50 - $60 retail price of the fan has basically no longevity and the company just plans on the majority of the customers getting fed up and just buying a new fan. Not happy!!!

I purchased 2 baseboard heaters from you both failed in just 2 weeks I will not buy any of your products again.

I purchased two Lasko Air King industrial fans. They have both failed after two years of use. Particularly the switches, they are cheap and weak. These products manufacturered by Lasko Air King are not a product I would recommend to anyone. They are not durable and the quality just is not there.

Ordered a lasko fan on Amazon. Shipped with incorrect mounting hardware. Contacted lasko with over 40 emails and 6 months later I still have the incorrect hardware. Stay away from lasko.

Save your time and money and do not buy a Lasko fan! There are several very good fan makers on the market such as Holmes and Honeywell, that make a good product and actually stand be hind them with better products and real customer service! Do not buy a Lasko product!

Filed a formal complaint against Lasko with the Business Consumer Alliance about their shoddy fans and they didn't even bother to answer the complaint. AVOID this company and buy room fans from another manufacturer! This company is too insulated from their customer concerns about their lousy products!

DO NOT BUY LASKO PRODUCTS! I tried to buy four replacement collars for my Lasko 18" Pedestal fans because the oscillating levers all broke at the same place. They would not sell me the new, relatively inexpensive collars, but would only sell me four new, expensive motor assemblies. That's like taking your new car back to the dealer because the breaks failed and the Dealer only wanting to sell you a new car! Avoid LASKO PRODUCTS!

Have called on three different days and waited on hold over 20 minutes with no answer. Submitted a response via the website and also received no response. Trying to help a customer who can't reach anyone at Lasko either. VERY frustrating.

Nov 12, the weekend of gun opener, hot water heater went out! Both gentlemen did a great job! Was able to leave for hunting and the wife had hot water>
