Mackie Customer Service

Mackie's Customer Support by phone has become absolutely god-awful! I've tried to reach someone there at ALL of their published telephone numbers, on multiple occasions, and I'm placed on-hold for 10-20 minutes, listening to a greeting stating that I'm #1 or #2 in-line for support, and then BAM, after waiting a half-hour for nothing, I'm told that no one is available and to leave a voicemail. Just lovely! Talk about "un"-professional clowns? It happened to us for 5 straight days, and no one ever returned our calls or voicemails. They've become a freaking joke! I will NEVER consider or buy another Mackie product, and I'll gladly share my views with countless others in the industry.

I have tried to get help from Mackie for over 2 months and nothing.
I wrote them this
You have lost my business. Very disappointed. I ended buying from third party (power supply). I left 4 message never got a call back.
I would love to speak to someone who gives a Sh** about customer service, but we all know this is the norm.
Luckily I have 2 of the mackie mixers so I shared the power adapter between studio and gigs. What a pain in the ass. So I'm gone.
Crazy, it's just the norm now days. Your parts guy or girl doesn't give a sh**. Forward this to someone who cares about your company.
I was supporting an American based company.

I took macki thump12 before 4 years. But it's make a noisy sound after 4 years. I want to get help from the company to make it good

I have been faithfull to Mackie products since many years. I owned vlz mixer, sr mixer, HUI mixer, and many types of studio monitors...
I m actually based in Thailand and ( try to ) use a onyx 32.8.2 for different projects. This mixer have been defective almost since the day I bought it !!!!! No way to get a guaranty from the the saler ( pro plugins ) ... I had to find a local service where I had to return my mixer 5 times!!!!!!!! And still meet some issues :-( ! Today 11 of my gain pot seam to be dead and no one to fix them : no spare part can be found in Asia ?!?! I tried hardly to contact Mackie distributors ( even in Singapore) nothing ....
I'm really tired to fight for this mixer and starting to loose my faith in Mackie! My money will feed and other brand ... More serious and more conscious of their customer .... I hope

I have a Mackie dlm 12 active speaker. I purchased it from Dubai.this unit now in India . It works perfectly only one month last year. unfortunately it is not working now . I send this unit to Dubai Soniya Elections, they told me it is now ok. I send it back this unit to India again, but still it is not working. Where .can I get a dlm 12 amplifier unit for my speaker..

I was promised a rebate I sent in everything accordingly and they bogusly denied me MACKIE IS RUNNING A SCAM WITH REBATES

I purchased 2 Mackie S415 passive speakers the second week of December 2014 from FULL COMPASS ...as of Jan 11th 2015 I have received nothing.



When are my speakers from Mackie to Full Compass suppose to be shipped? I have an install that needs to be done by Jan 15th. My Full Compass rep. is Zach Short ext. 1396
