We use McKesson for supplies for our clinic. Customer Service is non existent. They use another company to outsource this and you speak with a foreign agent that cannot even speak English reasonably well. To make matters worse you will never get a response or refund if they fail to ship a product that you payed for and there invoices do not accurately show that the money was refunded. You won't even see it on your credit card because it doesn't exist. They will take your money and leave you with nothing. It's a gamble ordering from this company. Buy everything you can from a smaller company that believes in customer service.

Terrible. Awful. The algorithm in their electronic blood pressure cuff is inadequate and inaccurate. They push this garbage on an unsuspecting public.

Mckesson pushed a product on us and stated it had a very high demand. During covid we were not allowed to operate and had to close. Mckesson would not let us return unopened new product which we offered to do. They then sued us for the full amount of the product. Absolutely the most unethical company in the medical industry.

A 204 Lbs Equipment Was Ordered From Mckesson Medical Supplies. The Delivery Driver Refused To Haul The Equipment Passed The Door. He Bluntly Asked If He Should Be Taking Gthe Equipment Back.
This Is Outrageous. If This Is The Attitude We Are Gettting From This Company Regardless Of The Amount Paid For Their Services, Then They Should Not Be Patronized. There Will Not Be Anymore Transactions Made With Mckesson Henceforth.

Customer service agents are very rude. Also, they made mistakes and they were supposed to fix them, but they made the customer to do extra work to fix their mistakes. I refused to do their job and told them that they need to fix them (e.g. completed the credit forms and fax them to me instead of I was being told by them to fill the forms and give them to the driver).

The way the agent from IT Department spoke is unprofessional and discriminating. She did not ask me a certain question and she claimed she asked, but she did not ask. She wasted my time. Then she said that she sent a message to someone else to solve the problem I experienced. When the agent whom she sent the ticket called me, he did not even know who sent him the ticket, the agent's name or my name.

I was working and I did not have time to do repeatedly the same steps which she has told me to try several times.

I felt that she has racial discrimination. She was rude. She did not ask me a certain question, but she lied that she asked me. She wasted a lot of time and the way she talked to me made me upset and as if I did not know what I was doing. I have already told her about the issue.

I can provide the names of these two agents later.

Unprofessional company. Very disorganized. Difficult to reach staff unless you are placing a new order - forget about customer service if they make a mistake with an order or need to issue a refund. Stay away.

I have been forced to use McKesson by my insurance and found them to be absolutely awful. They are difficult to reach via phone without going through endless menus, have a site that is virtually useless, and are bordering on unethical in terms of billing. I found it imperative to keep detailed records of payments made because there have multiple times when payment have not been recorded in their system and I have to provide proof to clear balances from my account. They have sent me old, defective merchandise and continually offer no assistance to resolve issues, instead advising me to contact the manufacturer instead of providing replacements for faulty product that they provided. If I had any alternative, I would take it.

I called McKesson today concerning my moms prescription order. The rep-Cynthia, said my mom required a new authorization number. I called her doc office and they shared it was handled. I called back and got Cynthia again who said she left a message for "them" and they said they would call her back. I asked who she called and she said I don't know, the number I was given. I said can you tell me the number. She said the number on the script. I said ok and that number is. She provided me the number and I confirmed my mothers doctor phone number. She said they have to call us it's not going to magically appear to us. I asked Cynthia if she thought I believed in magic and if not, why her smart remark was necessary. She said she told me that so I could understand that it wasnt going to just happen that the doctors office hadn't sent it yet. I told Cynthia that her response was not appreciated and all she had to do was tell me that, as a daughter calling in to order meds for her mom who has stage 4 cancer, I didn't find her dry humor funny. I asked to speak to her manager and she said they were unavailable. As I have done previous customer service, I could hear the smile in Cynthia's voice and she even chuckled a bit. She proceeded to tell me what she didn't appreciate and I hung up on her. I called back and spoke to Darisha who was very kind and helped me realize that my mom not only needed a new authorization as smart mouth Cynthia said, but she also needed a new prescription altogether. I was able to call and rectify things for my sick mother. Cynthia has a monotone, dry demeanor and a poor affect for someone who helps people who are well or sick acquire their medications. I advised her that I would amplify my voice as far as I could to ensure someone knew how terrible my experience was with Cynthia. In my previous experience working in patient experience I know and understand the power of a review. I have requested a call from Cynthia's manager, I'm told his name is Renee. I wish to speak to someone about Cynthia's behavior in the hopes that no one else experiences her rude behavior. Thank you for your attention.

Mckesson Has The Worst Customer Service And Worst Ever Ordering Platform. I Am Not Sure Which One Is Worse Than The Other As They Are Both Equially Bad. I Hate Using The Supply Manager As It Is Done More Than It Operates Correctly. Never Reconizes A Vendor Part Number And Pricing Is Always Blank . Mckesson Tends To Push All Thier Private Labels At The Top Of Everything Else And My Company Refuses To Buy Anything That Has Mckesson Label On It As They Are Not An Manufacture They Are A Distributor Only.

On Nov 2021, we ordered supply for our pharmacy. Not only do the products never show up but that if we didn't call in, they would have just charge us for the undelivered products. When we ordered again, same thing happens. The third time we ordered the product is shorted by manufacturer.

We worked with Imperial Distributors and they never missed any delivery or be late (sometimes 6 hours late). With McKesson, there is a period from Sep-Nov 2021 where whole weeks not a single day did delivery arrives on time. This is not to mention the issue of constant drug shortages, which was chronic for years even before the Covid-19 becomes an issue (their most favorite excuse).

If pharmacy in Canada has a different distributor from McKesson, I would switch without hesitation.

Likewise, the 1 star review is provided because 0 star is not available.

WE ARE WITHOUT PROPER SUPPLIES - to maintain a safe environment for our staff and patients!!!!! EVERYTHING WE NEEDED WAS CANCELED BY MCKESSON!!! We need the hand sanitizer we ordered back in February and the beginning of March, CANCELED! We also ordered alcohol prep pads needed to sanitize the patient before a vaccine is administered! McKesson is our main supplier for our 4 clinics!!! McKesson, How can you deprive the SAFETY hand HEALTH of us??? I WILL BE CONTACTING OUR STATE REPRESENTATIVE AND FILING A LAWSUIT AGAINST MCKESSON!!

Company customer service is very poor. Colostomy supplies are critical. No one can tell me when supplies will be sent out. No one can verify insurance coverage. Three times I gave insurance information and phone number. Customer service supervisor said I would get a call back. Never received a call.

This is the most inept company I have ever dealt with. They tell us supplies will be sent, 2 weeks later still no supplies, 1 month later still no supplies. Customer service is the absolute worst. I have called 3 times today for a form to be sent to my email, still no form. I will call every 1/2 hr until someone says, "Hey maybe I should do what I said I would do"

You would think if a facility contacted you and wanted to open an account and start purchasing items from you you would call them back! Terrible customer service! Have called 3 times in a month, left messages, spoke to a human, sent e-mails and NOTHING!!!! And after seeing all of these complaints I am glad you haven't called back because I will take our business elsewhere.

These people will tell you every time your supplies will be shipped in 2-3 days but in reality you may not get them for weeks. Inept is the main word to describe them. If there is a problem with your order they will not call to let you know and let you sit there hanging. Extremely unprofessional. I wish Medicare would ban them.

Working with McKesson has recently become a nightmare. My 90 yr old mother has a colostomy and we've hit a road block trying to get her supplies. I've been working for a month trying to get her ostomy equipment - and this AM was advised that it has still not been shipped. Terrible!!

Trying to order spo2 cables for our cath lab. followed all instructions to place order (emailed and faxed) wiht "urgent" in subject line to promote next day delivery. Never got any confirmation. Called 20-30 times and never got a live person at mig_ finally got a helpful customer service person outside of mig, who told me that no orders at all were in the system. We now are running 4 labs on one set of cables and no repair parts in sight. We can't even ensure that the order has been placed. One of the worst experiences i have had with a vendor in almost 30 years.

McKesson's organization is TERRIBLE. My mom has stage IV cancer and a colostomy, and multiple times they have NOT sent her ostomy supplies requiring her to go to the emergency room. They did NOT inform us that her prescription had expired for 3-4 months, they simply stopped sending her supplies even though I personally spoke with someone every time I reordered her supplies after her prescription had expired. The way they have handled this situation has put enormous stress on my sick mother. This money needs to get its house in order as I'm sure I am not the only customer who has had to deal with this issue.
