Called customer service after getting crazy readings for about 3 months and checking against ant 3 know good blood pressure cuffs at the Dr's offices Tried to explain to the rep that I had been using Omron for several years that this was my 3 rd on, I had purchased it 3/2021. She started asking elementary type questions like I knew nothing about even how to use it, read manual, feet flat on floor, standing, sitting down, activity, batteries changed, electric plugged in and crazy stuff! She then said not under warranty, needed to purchase a new cuff that , according to usage that over about 1 year needs to be replaced that warranty ends in one year after purchase! Advertised that could get one free calibration within 3 years, Very deceiving and misleading, customer service agent useless and insulting!

New OMRON keeps returning "E5." I understand the clothing issue but that is not the problem. I have low heart rate - is that the problem? Is there a fix? It makes the machine useless.

I contacted omron customer service twice. The first time was via email and i never did get a response, so i called this time. I had a question about one of their products that i own. Well first off i had a customer service person with the worst personality on earth. Very rude. After she asked for all my information and i gave her the model number of my omron bp machine. She immediately said we cant help you that machine is over 5 years old and you need to throw it away and buy a new one. I said wow, so nobodys going to even try and answer my question? She said no everything has a life and this machine has reached the end of its life. WOW! So in addition to this person having the personality of a turd, she shouldnt be working with the public, i never did get my auestion answered and i a, not sure why anyone would buy from omron.

This is my 1st time to having a service in omron pasig area.
I dessapointed.
Were hoping that it will not happen again! Has a big room for improvement...

A little bit over a year ago a brought an Omron Blood pressure Monitor which, as I found out at my physician office it was reading some 10-15 points higher than 3 of their monitors. I contacted Omron and I was instructed to send it back, at my cost, for inspection. I did not do this because it was not worse to me to package it, go to the Post Office and PAY for shipment and insurance.
A few weeks ago I received a letter from Omron advising me that they will close my case in 20 days since they had not received the unit from me. I call them requesting they send me a return label, which they agreed to e-mail to me. Not having received it after a week, I called them again and they said it will take a couple of days in arriving. Again, no news for more than a week! I have never had such an experience with any other company I have dealt with.

I bought omron blood pressure monitor in jan2015 its not working now and customer care not picking up my call i bought tht from snapdeal

I have my BP769CAN for 2 weeks now. It has been within 1or2 points from my Dr's results. My only let down is periodically I will look at my result list. And on many occasion I have to sign back in.

I just completed a service call with an Omron customer service person. I reached a customer service person quickly. The person took the time to understand my problem before trying to resolve my issue. Service was one of the best I have had from a telephone service person. She fixed my issue and it took less than 10 minutes. I recommend the product and the customer service personnel. GREAT job! Thank you!
