Your contact/support for non-tech oriented persons rates as POOREST!
It is IMPOSSIBLE to obtain assistance to renew my subscription except online, but the instructions are impossible for one like me to understand or implement.
Now tell me please how I renew my subscription short of getting a degree in Computer Science.

I just purchased the upgrade to 12 for my Mac and got the Instant Download, but there I'm left hanging - there is a lot of incomprehensible gibberish about installation and activation but, not being a genius, I'm unable to devine just how to make it work!

My cleverbridge reference number if that is of any help! When trying to find how to call, i was very disappointed to find I had to pay for that privilege! If I can't get help with a solution I'll cancel the order and limp along on version 10 which was working fine!

I agree with Anonymous (14th October 2014, I only bought the original 3 months ago and am asked to pay $50.00 to upgrade to the latest version.
My advice, get a PC. It's be cheaper in the long run. That is what I am going to do.

I bought a physical license from the store that didn't have a version number on the outside, it just said "student license". Inside was a link for version 10, and a code that only works with version 9. Neither are of any use and asking for a new code got me a download link for version 9. Horrible customer service. Which is sad that in this case you are almost forced to pirate the software to get what you legally paid for.

The amount of upgrades offered by this company are ridiculous. I purchased the latest software and I was asked to upgrade again, at my cost, within 4 months!!! Not good service.

Plus the window for a free upgrade was only 20 days...

You have to pay a ridiculous amount for upgrades for this product, which you need pretty much every time you upgrade your OS X. The software I bought 18 months ago is now completely useless unless I buy it all again.

Look for alternatives first - wine, virtualbox, VMware...

I purchased Anchor Hotshot Shield for my Mac. Am not satisfied and simply want a refund. Trying to contact Customer Service is next to impossible! I finally talked with India and was disconnected.
My order number is: 10486253526, date of purchase was 6/30/2012

This product for the Mac is the worst piece of software I have ever bought. I have the update that I bought from these Russians a month ago and clearly is not intuitive and it asks you over and over and over again for the product code for the windows XP.
They are actually located in Siberia.
You click open and nothing happens. There is no free tel. support b/c they were getting too many calls.
