I wasn't happy with you'll service went in to get my heat and air fixed had some heat under the dash but gave it back to me saying it was fix and charged me a 114 dollars for nothing and my fuses was blown come on is that the way you'll do business

My seat belt problem was and is not with the drivers belt, but with the back left passenger belt.. Even though the belt was very seldom used, the problem was as stated ,the automatic tension is not working .I asked Saab if would replace the defective one and they refused. So for many years, I have not been able to have anyone use that seat. They replaced the drivers belt even though there was nothing wrong with it.
