I built a house and it had Schneider electric panels in it. I was told there was a recall notice. I am now on my own third month of trying to get them to fix it. When you call the chat, they just say I'll email you tomorrow with the resolution. You never hear back. Completely worthless customer service. Stay away from these people and products.

The worst customer service in the World.
I don't know if it's pure laziness, pure ignorance, or pure rudeness - or a combination of all of the above - but Schneider Electric will not respond to your queries. I purchased one of their products which turned out to be incomplete and have tried unsuccessfully to get this resolved with no joy.
The product should not have passed QA to begin with.

In the recent weeks, Schneider has told us to use the Chat feature for requesting replacement parts, only to find that the units we need support on is not supported using the Chat feature. I have three tickets in for bad batteries and no one has contacted us for over a week. I have submitted a complaint to our contracting department to see if we can shift our support to another third party until we start life cycling this gear. Sad too, in 2016 Schneider came out and acted like they really cared. Today, I would not recommend them to anyone.

After speaking with a rep about issues with the connext battery monitor, I was told to call another number, a vendor who knows absolutely NOTHING about the conext battery monitor, and asked me where I got it.
I am completely livid mad right now.

Bought some Schnieder dado trunking and cable sperators for the said trunking. The cable dividers are sloopy fit and come away from the fitting inside the trunking. Contacted Schnieder customer service and explained the issue. The cuctomer service rep had NO idea what I was talking about. Basically told bme to go away and was not interested in even trying to resolve the repoted issue.

I had to complete an assessment for a retail organization and found Schneider Electric deficient. We had to email questions to Schneider Electric customer support and they did not address questions that had to be answered in order to complete the retailer's project.

I'm getting passed on from one person to the other.
your debtors department cant give me info about our account so that I can see to sort it out and get my parts released.
