I ordered 20 piece cast iron cookware set. To this day 12/29/22 I have not received it. I tracked it with tracking number and it says it was delivered. I never received. Now what?

I hv a 2006 scion xb and my hood latch for the trunk nysteriously broke in my hand. I understand there was RECALL for this item and I'd like take advantage of it. I'm senior citizen and do not have $200 they're quoting me, nor do I feel it's my fault etc. Can someone suggest body shop that will fix this? I'm in Los Angeles . Thku

Stayed at the dealership for hours and they wouldnt make a deal for 20,500 cash upfront. please tell me that in beginning and stop wasting my time. plenty of other brands to go for.

Bought my daughter a scion tc 2009 car for collage a safe dependable auto had low mileage after 6 months the engine locked up. Nobody at scion would help. Found out becoming major issue with this engine Scion management provided with required paperwork for install of used engine double the miles Did not have money for new engine. scion will not reimburse us or HELP us in any way 3000 dollars for used engine Scion has no morals or compassion for the people who work hard to buy there product. Very sad WE feel very let down after being such good customers MORE TO COME

I bought my first new Scion xb (2008 model) in Nov 2007. It was an excellent car. Unfortunately it was totaled in an accident in Nov 2013.
I just bought a new 2013 Scion xb to replace the 2008.
I have a couple of complaints about Scion Corporate management:
1) Most 2014 Models are available, but not the 2014 Scion xb or ANY information about 2014 Model. I was reluctant to buy the 2013 as I was suspecting that the 2014 may be a total redesign. Is that WHY NO INFO is available on the 2014 at this late date? I needed to replace the car that was totaled so I bought the 2013....hope I wont regret it!
2) I am in my 70's.(Yeah, I'm an "Old Guy") and I suspect not in the age group you guys are targeting. However, after
going on-line looking for Scion info. I was asked by Scion to take a Survey. After answering a few questions, Scion asked my age group. I checked (over 64). They then said I did not meet the criteria they wanted!!!
What a DUMB-ASS thing to say to a CUSTOMER!! If the fool who wrote the survey had ANY brains he would have just had me finish the survey and just NOT COUNTED the opinions of those respondents who were OVER 64 years of age. Old peoples money is as good as young peoples! What an insult!
I almost did not buy my new xb because of that stupid survey!

My daughter owned a 2005 tc. Four months ago she was in a bad accident when she fell asleep behind the wheel. The car ran up the curb and went over onto the roof, she slid on the roof for approx. 150 ft and crashed into the corner of a building on the drivers door upside down. The door gave way about 2 inches in thats it. because of the steel rods in the door it saved her life,( the car was totaled) she walked away with minor cuts and bruises. thanks for making a safe product My family thanks you all.

Been advised that my radio does not have voice r3ecognition feature. At time of purchase, I was advised that I need a better cell phone as
a serviceman used an iphone and it worked. Another lie from Bell Road Toyota. After 9 months of frustration I was finally advised Friday that my radio does not have voice recognition by Bell Road Toyota.

I have had the front wheel wells fall out of my 2011 Scion TC twice. The local dealer, Mariatta Toyota, will not warranty it and I am looking for others that have had this issue. It is my opinion that the plastic wheelwells are too thin and cheap to do their job. The Customer Support number is nothing but an "Apology Service." Dear customer Service,
This is the second e-mail I am sending at least have the decency to answer. I wrote you telling about the problem with tires for my Scion Xd which I purchase in September 2011. The tire size is no longer available. 195-60-16 in a snow tire. I live in the northeast with bad winters and I have always used studded snow tires. I can only get bizzack tires unstudable, which are last years tires. So now I have to be able to find them. This is my second Scion and I loved the car, but I would never have bought this car being unable to get tires for it. It is poor planning on Scion part to put tire size on the car that's not available. I really feel something should be done about this because I was never told about this problem and everyone I talk to a toyota never did either. I would hope that a least I would get something from you on it. I have Called and filed a complaint and I have written twice and nothing. Really! A very upset customer.

I had a most pleasant buying experience at Balise in W.Springfield! I was in and out in no time, comparing to other dealers.. love my scion ia, goes great, everything works well, love the features, love my finane mgr., and of course Labi! Great group of people to work with and 0.9% financing! What's not to love?!

In a recent maintenance appointment proformed by Thompson Scion in Edgewood, MD, I was very pleased with the outcome of the visit. In adition to the excellent work done on my 2011 Scion TC, the staff was very professional and polite. I have full confidence in the ability of this organization to expertly provide maintenance during my ownership of the car.

We were very pleased with our salesperson Victor Moreno. He worked with us to get our new XB. We traded in our 2005 XB on a 2015 XB. We had bought the 2005 new and loved it. That's why we bought the 2015 XB. Thank you Victor for your service. The manager was very helpful also. Thanks for a pleasant transaction and a great new XB.

It was -15 this morning in Elgin Illinois. My 2009 Scion XD with 126000 miles, started right up without complaining. A truly reliable car. Nice job Scion !!
