I signed up for a trial and attempted to cancel five minutes later, and that's when it came to my attention that there is no place on stamps.com website to cancel, no information except a phone number that doesn't get answered, so I sent a message to Stamps.com via their website and made it clear that I wished to cancel and that they are not authorized to charge my credit card, I was very clear about this. I received notice today that my "order" has been shipped, apparently they didn't get my memo. This was in the past week, but I am certain I will get billed for a subscription, via my "free" trial, it is nearly impossible to reach them.

I can't remember how I was lured into Stamps.com but it was several months ago --at least. At first it sounded interesting but as I read along I came an application so I started to fill it out -- even the credit card information thinking I could delete the information as needed. I was wrong -- I tried many ways to delete the info but could not. As I read on the description seem ridiculous and for a small business. Furthermore, it seemed foolish for the USPS to involve itself in such a crackpot idea.
I did not send the application in -- How it went in is a mystery.
Trying to contact Stamps.com is impossible. Using telephone numbers is a waste of time. Email is almost as bad, filling out the contact menu and explaining the problem tiresome but then you are ask to "send or continue etc" and it freezes. You are left infuriated for wasting your time.

All I want is to cancel my connection with Stamps.com and have them stop billing me for monthly charges.

I cancelled this service in FEbruary of 2020 and you continue to take the monthly fee out of my account. I was instructed to expect the fee to be removed the following month, but you have continued to take the fee out. Please stop doing this. I do not want your service and called to have it cancelled and was assured that it was.

signed up for an account, innocent enough. got hit up for $16 30 days later, no receipt, no email, not even a smoke after you're doing getting f**kd. cancelled the card, reported to bank as fraudulent, might have closed the account? i'll never know. just making it known that these ppl have been running this scam since 2010 and nothing has changed. buyer beware

I WANT TO MAKE SURE MY ACCOUNT IS COMPLETELY CLOSED AND THAT YOU WILL NO LONGER DEBIT MY BANK ACCT. THIS IS A NIGHTMARE TO ME BECAUSE THERE IS NO CONTACT EXCEPT 'DO NOT REPLY' EMAILS.

I was told by Glenn (supervisor) that my account would be closed as of the date that I spoke to him and refund for I believe 160 days. Conformation number

I never used the service. I tried to mail a package and print postage last August to no avail and forgot about the program because I don't have any use for it not being in business or anything that a 76 yr old would need.

I went on line to cancel and message says 'error'. I don't have the health or wherewithall to deal with this.

I have been charged monthly by STAMPS.COM and it was canceled three times or at least your company TOLD ME THEY RECEIVED CANCELATION NOTICE FROM ME.

$15.99 A MONTH CHECK YOUR RECORDS!! I HAVEN'T BEEN USING IT.
I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT MY ACCOUNT INFO IS BECAUSE WHEN I ENTER THE INFO I WROTE DOWN FOR IT AT THE TIME I JOINED I GET AN ERROR SAYING IT DOESN'T EXIST.

CANCEL MY ACCOUNT AND REFUND MY MONEY!!!
Does it take a lawyer and legal action to cancel?
When you sign up you are informed that you can cancel anytime after 3 months!!!!!

I see an excessive amount of posts from other people that canceling your account is ALWAYS A PROBLEM....is this how you make your money?

SHAMEFUL AND DISHONEST.

This needs to be taken care of immediately!!!!!!

I've canceled subscriptions from illegal overseas scams easier than this. Impossible to get through on the phone, and all automated email responses say to call for assistance. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS SERVICE. I cannon stress that enough.

I've been getting billed by Stamps.com for 12 months now and can't get them to stop, I never ordered this service and I never received anything from them, they bill $15.99 one month and then $38.98 the next. How do you get them to cancel or stop!!!!! Talk about a scam!!!! Even Visa has a recorded message concerning this company.

Customer CARE, should be Customer Don't Care!
Tried to cancel the service and was given a very hard time! Finally one email says they are waiving one month's fee and the next email said they are charging that month and another month for "service" fee! SHYSTERS!

Don't misprint a sheet of stamps and hope you'll get a refund. Never mind you can show them the evidence. Stay away from these crooks.

When calling stamps.com the message says that a "customer CARE representives are busy". I am not sick and I do not need care. Care does not bring forth warm cozy feelings it makes you feel like you are waiting for a doctor and that I don't need.
