My name is Giancarlo Fuss and I am an Italian Time Magazine subscriber (customer number 000006773469). Some weeks ago I received a reminder to send €79.50 for the subscription renewal, which I did on 17/05/2019 with an order of transfer to my bank for the above sum followed by the shipment of the payment slip to the address provided. What I received after that was another reminder replicating the previous one. I sent then a new payment slip to the same address, with no result, as the only practical consequence I have incurred is that I have not received the magazine for several weeks, which apparently signals your intention to cancel my name from your subscribers' list. Thank you so much for that.
P.S. I have seen in the Internet an ad of yours containing a €59.95 offer to new subscribers, i.e. €20 less than what I have paid for my subscription renewal, which can hardly be seen as a sign of fair customer care policy.
