On a Saturday morning, I contacted Customer Support by phone, and was extremely satisfied with the service the representative provided. My call was answered right away; it was in the US (I was speaking with what was obviously a US based operation; and the rep very professionally, politely, patiently, and competently answered each of my basic questions I had regarding the unit I had just purchased. So, like a few of the other individuals who left a comment on this site, I don't know why so many other customers are reporting bad customer service. I was most pleased with my first contact Customer Support; it was a good experience.
