Well point haven't sent me my welcome package or my insurance card yet i did open enrollment in November and here is January 3 what going on I need to see a doctor Im out of my medication

I cant find a doctor who accepts wellpoint insurance they all out of net work

This site has been worthless for me. I'm with a medical provider's office trying to verify coverage for a client. He doesn't have his card yet and I've been trying to find a phone number that I can call to verify coverage. None of the numbers I've found on this site work. I either need the extension number or the phone number is for buying a plan. Poor client won't be able to be seen unless he can come up with the money so I would certainly never recommend this plan to other clients searching for Medicare plans.

Terrible, no response from company employees or management. Goes back on their word and fails to make good on the contract they wrote for inurance. If that isn't fraud, I don't know what is.
