I purchased the slow cooker. The inside peeled after 2 uses. They refunded my money (through Amazon), and I bought it again. I loved the shape of it, and thought it was a fluke.
I purchased a new one. AND AFTER 2 USES, THE NON STICK COATING PEELED OFF AGAIN. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER WEST BEND PRODUCT.

Received this for Christmas gift, used twice, makes crackling and popping noises. Don't recommend buying this. Company doesn't respond to say if this is normal or not. Very bad company support.

Very disappointed in the west bend slow cooker I brought. Only used it 4 times and it makes a clicking noise and also the inside is bubbling and flaking off.

Bought a new kettle popcorn maker and can't use because the metal piece is broken off the kernel holder. New new piece. Can't return from Amazon because missed the date. Just put together today.

I love my slow cooker but I don't trust it to leave and let cook with out supervision, it makes sounds like cracking or popping. I'm afraid it will have a circuit and may catch on fire.

I bought a 4 slice toaster in April of this year. One side stopped working a few weeks later and today the other side stopped also. It won't keep the bread down it pops back.up. this is the last product I will buy from them.

Bought a Westbend Toaster and Egg cooker from Amazon. It never toasted evenly. After 61 days of very light use, to will no longer work. Customer service number rings than disconnects.

I bought an Air fryer at the Walmart Store in Gander this January and just after fourth use, I am getting an E1 error that prevents it from working. Walmart refused accepting because it has exceeded 90 days. I sent an email to Westbend, they requested picture of receipt, Serial number etc and all of a sudden no one is responding despite 4 reminders sent. One Clark Capote requested these information and has not replied after sending to him/her.

Hey, folks WestBend doesn't really care. The telephone number rings and then disconnects. The truth is; I love the slow cooker even though it pops while cooking. This is the 5th one over the years. Until a fire starts and someone is injured and sues the company and wins, they will continue to sell inferior products. I'm going to order my 6th one
now. Stay tuned .....

I am so disgusted with this company! Can't reach a human being to save my sole. The phone numbers for customer service doesn't work and if you go online they want $5 to have you speak to a "service technician". Oh, but you don't get a human, you get a computer that can't figure out what you're talking about. Finally found the location in West Bend, WI but guess what? They are permanently closed!! How can you keep selling worthless products?? Last thing I ever buy from this place!!!

Hello, I recently purchased your 900 watt microwave from Walmart, the white paint has been chipping inside after only year. If I don't receive a refund, or new one, I'm getting a lawyer.

Purchased a West Bend Stir Crazy Popcorn Popper in January 2023, it worked for a little over a month and will no longer heat up. Contacted customer service by e-mail since phone number doesn't work. I informed them that it no longer heats up, received a reply 2 days later that I need to use recommended amount of oil. I have tried contacting them for the past 5 days and no response. I will never buy another West Bend product, their warranties are worthless.

I bought a west Bend slow cooker in April 2022. It quit working in august of 2022. I have tried ever since to get a replacement and no one even responds. the 866 number for customer service doesn't even ring. Am going to the BBB over this matter. Every time I send an email to Support @legacy.com, all I get is an email that says a ticket has been created and someone will get back tome in 24 to 48 hours. Well its now Feb. of 2023 and I'm still waiting for my response. Plese don't purchase their products as they don't stand behind their warranties.

My Slow Cooker sounds like a ticking boom and doesn't stop.Tried calling.NOTHING..sent a email..NOTHING.. this is sad.I love my Old West Bend Slow Cooker when this Company was a Good Company. I wish I hadn't bought it now!.. But I am about to raise the roof with these people.

Your customer service is non-existent. Question regarding faulty item & you want the customer to pay in order to get a response is the absolute bottom of the barrel in SERVICE. I will NEVER buy another West Bend product!

Website has no phone number, only a message portal that fails to complete and a chat line, automated to take information without ever supplying a human response.
All I want is to buy a replacement part from them! Apparently that is too much to hope for. God forbid I were to have a warranty issue.

Chinese garbage, built with slave labor about burned my shop down with a hot plate that melted. Fortunately, I saw it was sketchy and put a metal tray under it. Shameful

I recently purchased , online, a Westbend kitchen timer model #40005X. I really liked it but a few weeks after using it realized that 3 of the numbered buttons used to set the timer didn't work. Did they ever? Who knows? I probably had no occasion to use those 3 particular buttons. So I tried to call the number listed. Ha! 5 tries and not even a connection ring. Finally a connection...sort of...a busy signal. On line form? Filled out 5 times and when finished was told"Captcha" thing didn't work even though it was checked when I did it. This is a massive joke and I plan to contact the Better Business Bureau. and post some appropriate comments on any of the social media that I use. And believe me , they will not be positive. What an ignominious ending experience for a once well respected company. This was far from a major purchase but I will never buy anything from Westbend again and will do my darndest to make sure that no one else does either.

Had a problem with a slow cooker. It kept cracking like there was a short in the heating element. Emailed waited over 2 weeks emailed again finally an email saying to be patient they were working from home and needed info off the heating piece. Sent it and another 3 weeks no response. NOT a good customer service company

Recently I received a new West been slow cooker from my birthday from my daughters this is probably the six slow cooker and eighth or ninth W. Penn appliance that I own. The first time I went to use it I noticed a lid does not fit on the cooking pot they're also there is a loud ticking noise. Periodically as the slow cooker is being used I had to take a piece of 2 x 6 wood and set it on top the lid to hold it down tight enough to cook my roast I have made several attempts to call your service number in the past two weeks I get no response I have been on the call back list every day but no one calls you really need to get someone to answer the phone I believe the slow cooker was ordered from Amazon and I have no recourse on what to do with it apparently the glass lid or the pot are warped from the manufacturer. Also there is a loud ticking noise that sounds like an electrical short when in use.

I attempted to notify West Bend Customer Service about a defective Stir Crazy Corn Popper which was under warranty. They have no live responders, eMailed twice, telephoned and left a message which was not returned and even wrote a letter to the CEO all to no avail. It has been nearly one month and I have had no response whatever. This may well be the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Target was kind enough to issue me a full refund and even gave me a $10.00 gift card as a good will gesture for my considerable inconvenience. I strongly recommend not purchasing any West Bend goods.

I have a slow cooker that sets on a hot plate it's nice I love it it's light weight for me . Apparently you don't make them anymore. Please make a slow cooker that's not a crock pot and heavy make the slow cooker like you used to it makes delicious roasts
