I am very disappointed in your company. Not only did the microwave I purchased catch on fire and almost set my kitchen on fire and injure my seven year old but the customer service lied to me. They lied about calling me back when a manager was "unavailable". I was told a note would be put in the system to call me then I was told no note was written down and then told by someone else it was noted. After calling them back days later I was then connected to a manager finally who basically told me because my son wasn't injured and ONLY the microwave caught on fire nothing could be done. I was also told this was not the first time one of their microwaves have caught on fire!!! No recall?? Nothing was done for me. All I asked for was reimbursment due to their products malfunction. Very dangerous life threatening malfunction. I will never again purchase a west bend product!

Hi I bought a West Bend 900 watts microwave about 6 months ago and previously to that one I brought one also. The microwave is now making weird noise which leads me to believe that this products is faulty. The previous one burn my granddaughters microwave pancakes to the point that we have to throw the microwave out. Now I brought a new new one at Wal-Mart and it is many some funny noises again. I would like to know if Something can be done since less then 6 months I have gone to buy two microwaves. Is this product any good? Should other consumers know that this product is NOT GOOD. I would like a solution and or a new microwave. I have all the information from the microwave. Maybe the company needs further testing before selling this product. I have never as much problems with a microwave as NOW.
