Is there a single site on the entire world wide web with more technical problems than eBay?????? I don't think so!!!!! And they absolutely do NOT have any form of customer support!!!! Sending canned copied and pasted replies via email does NOT count as customer service!!!!!!!!!! None of the phone numbers I've found work so no way to call them. I guess that explains why I've seen at least 100-150 times now that they do not have any call center in Utah, and it is all a big lie!!!! Ended up calling their corporate office, and just got hung up on every time I asked that cocky little jerk for customer support!!!!!! You are NEVER getting my bank account information, but it's not like I can enter it into the site anyway since your technical problems won't allow it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The company eBay.com needs to have serious repercussions. ebay is the business chargers sellers small fees to list an item very similar to pawn shops.
Difference is a pawn shop can get sued for selling fake items. eBay doesn't I made them aware of the fraudulent practices that where being done got no response. I would hate to be the buyer of the coin fact it's was fake and sold for over $2,093 when pawn stars they had the coin valued by a expert for no more than $470. Now over $10 billion later they continue illegal practices the BBB I would rate them an F- as a business.

Unfortunately the customer service isn't there to help if you purchase an item and the seller ghosts you. They hold your money for weeks before even allowing a refund. I purchased an item for work a month before I would need it and still won't have it since I have to wait for the money back and purchase elsewhere.

I recently purchased something from eBay it said it was delivered I never received the item.
Now I'm trying to get into my account it tells me that there's something wrong it keeps asking me to prove I'm not a robot and then I prove it and then it keeps repeating the same thing over again and it will not let me into my account now I have no package in no way to access my account.

EBay permanently close my 15 year old account with 1866 purchase because I returned some items that was counterfeit. One seller claimed it was real when I had reasonable proof it was fake and made an appeal and eBay took his side. They said I was taking advantage of the return policy as I returned an item that was stated "not as describe" which seller claims it was "as describe". First of all, I have a authentication certificate from Legit Grails that state the item is FAKE. Second, EBay prohibite counterfeit items and they took blindly the sellers side without even looking at my proof of counterfeit. I purchased Chanel purses for around 1000$ to 4000$ and I've received 4 times counterfeit WITH proof of authentication of counterfeit. I called maybe 10 times and no one resolved anything and each tell me a different story. With the amount of items I purchased in 15 years, I can't believe Ebay terminated their relationship with me because I did return BROKEN, COUNTERFEIT OR NEVER RECEIVED items and see my business none profitable when its totally their responsibility through the Money back guarantee program to make sure the item is as describe and properly received instead of blaming this on me and permanently close my 15 year old account.

After 8 years they changed the platform without notice and now my checking account is unverified. They will not pay me for items I sold until it is - they want me to open a brand new checking account at a different bank that I don't need at my expense. So basically, they are stealing my money. The buy has the item and ebay gets the money. VERY wrong!! Six phone calls and no one will help. Closing the account permenantly.

EBay has sucky customer service you can't even get ahold of anybody they just keep sending you around to different things contact the seller contact the ship or contact this contact that they don't do anything

Poor service in general. Few phone technicians are fluent in English and do not comprehend your issue. The majority of time, they give the wrong response, as if they have had no training or very poor training. And depending on who you speak with, you get widely varying responses.

They can't tell right from wrong and shamelessly help scammers against honest customers. I bought an item, which was supposed to be unused, fully functional and in excellent condition. But it was actually in poor condition with damaged and missing part, and stains. I left a negative feedback. This guy begged me for a revision and I wanted to get some partial credit back instead since he denied the return initially and I didn't even have a printer to print out the return label even if I got one from him this time, plus too much time would be wasted for a low value item even if I manage to get a physical return label. I wanted him to refund me first then I would change the feedback as he lied about the item condition first. It was nothing wrong, I just want to get compensated for an item which didn't live up to the description and save my time and protected me from getting scammed the second time. He then refused to refund me, just like I suspected. This lowlife then reported me for asking for partial credit and ebay was on his side and banned me. If it was inacceptable, why even have that option to settle a return request by offering partial credit in seller's hub? He got his negative feedback removed, along with every feedback I left in my account. This is totally absurd! Ebay just indulged his scamming and hurt loyal customers lime me by allowing false condition statement and removing true feedback maliciously. Don't ever do business with them.

I found it almost impossible to list an item for sale. I had to give up. I repeated my entry about 6 times and wasted a whole hour trying again and again.

Long story short ebay was to refund me 492$ and actually only gve me 30 and said that was them being courteous even though the 500$ had been approved. Ebay is a scam.

My account was hacked in October, evidently someone sold a laptop computer on my account and never sent it. I unfortunately did not update my email account since I opened the account 16 years ago, my bad. But all the emails were sent went to an email account which is non existent so I had no idea what was occurring. So trying to get back into the account has been one of the most frustrating, exhausting, disappointing endeavors I have ever attempted to tackle on a telephone. Literally Hours upon hours of trying to resolve the account just to gain access to it. I sit here yet another night feeling as though I have spent more hours of my life converting to the most elementary of human beings. Hung up on between phone transfers over and over. Only to have to literally start from the absolute beginning, as though it's the first they have heard of it. No one writes anything in any fashion related to the account that there was a previous conversation. I have purchased things frequently on EBay for 16 plus years, now because of the Costomer service I am considering never doing business with EBay again, if I ever gain access to the account I believe I will just close it!

Ebay's lack of customer service is truly baffling. Customer service through chat or over the phone has become harder to reach than a leprechaun at the end of a rainbow. My account was permanently suspended the morning after I tried purchasing relay switches for my vehicle without any explanation. The letter ebay sent me has zero explanation as to why this was the case and sends me into a continual loop of help pages that don't offer any actual solution. I'm very close to never supporting ebay ever again. This is absolutely absurd.

A seller on ebay sent my item the wrong address,including to the wrong State! Contacted ebay,C.S.stated item was delivered. I said, yes it was delivered,but to the wrong address. Ebay closed my complaint, never again responding.
EBay C.S. SUCKS! I'm done w/eBay yet again!
