I wanted to pay a bill for a friend of mine, and I have never had to jump through so many damn hoops just to talk to a human. Their automated phone service just takes you back and forth to different options that don't apply to you, and eventually you realize an hour has passed and you haven't gotten anywhere.
And it doesn't matter what phone number you call, it all leads to the same thing.
Forget about emailing them, because they don't have that option either.
When I went to an AT&T store, I had to control myself so that I wouldn't just start breaking things and beating the hell out of the employees. I realize it's not them who set up the dumbass way of running things, so I was able to let it go.
However, I am warning everyone to stay away from AT&T, and I will fill out every forum I come to letting them know what a piece of crap company they are.
Because that is what they are.
