Assurance Wireless consistently harassed me from the beginning of 2022 saying I had to return my 4G device mobile phone, or lose my service, which is now totally BLOCKED since 04/2022. Then they cancel my phone contact no., but the voicemail is still active. Now they are BLOCKING my requirement of a TRANSFER PIN, and Account no. in taking my phone no. to another RELIABLE provider!

My brother is a 70 year old man who recently received a replacement phone he lives in a nursing home now you want the old phone back or your going to discontinue his service he has no way of doing that. What kind of company is this anyway??

HORRIBLE! HIDEOUS! If you want a better phone service, just consider standing outside and yelling to whoever you want to call! I guarantee you will get a better result. WHY does the government use crappy 3rd world phones? Why do a bunch of Chinese characters cover your screen sometimes? Points to ponder folks.

I called on 7/26/2023 so get a new phone because I was having issues with my current phone. After speaking to the representative for 28 minuse I was told that my replacement phone would be mailed to me. I called back on 8/18/2023 to inquire about my replacement phone and was told that my warranty had expired. After talking with a supervisor I was once again told that my replacement phone would be sent and to call back if I had not got it within a week. Well today I called back, 10/02/2023 and now I'm being told that the previous representative didn't take any notes during my last call and that my warrenty was expired and that I must now pay in order to get a replacement phone. I was speaking with Jirdan who refused to trandfer me to a supervisor and refused to give me his ID number. After he realized that I wasn't taking no for an answer he claind that he was Liza and that he was a supervisor. I insisted that he escalate my complaint and was told that I was speaking to the highest in command. I was then hung up on.

Service doesn't work because phones don't work. Customer service stinks and hold times are long and get hung up on.

I've been with insurance wireless for many years I recently my phone stopped charging at the same time I was sent a letter saying that I was eligible for a new phone that they would be sending it to me in 10 days I waited a month and never came I called they said oh we were waiting for you to call first we'll send that now I waited another month it never came I called again she said oh no we didn't send that phone you're not eligible for it after sending me a letter so then I requested a new phone with my warranty on the phone that I had and she said it would be on its way it did not come she said she would send me a tracking number and things she never sent it I've contacted the multiple times now with no solution or new phone arriving I've been without a phone since June it is now September the end of September assurance wireless has the absolute worst customer service they frequently lie manipulate in the beginning they told me that I would be getting a moto G6 and they gave me an idea ANS crappy phone full of malware that hardly works and now doesn't work at all they're taking advantage of the people and the government's money. They're the only lifeline assistance that offers the benefits that they offer so switching to another company is a loss no matter what anyway you look at it receiving the lifeline benefit you either go without the benefits that you've been receiving or go without a phone I don't know what to do here all I want is a working phone with a hotspot like I've had for years. My daughter uses the hotspot to do her homework because we do not have internet access what's the point in all of this money being given to these phone companies if they don't uphold their promises if they can't even keep you with a working phone I did not damage my phone it just stopped charging for no reason but that's what it does when it's time for them to send me a new crappy phone for some reason my phone that I'm currently using just stopped working in one way or another and then I'm without service for months until they remedy the situation which it takes 5 days to send a phone if that not 5 months someone please help

Unbelievable, horror of assurance wireless. Lies , 5 months now.not a lifeline, a death line. Is part of at&t and subsidiary of t mobile. T mobile trying to help they say. The web site don't work , that the reps lie is sad have had like 15 years free fone never been so mistreated. No way to speak to anyone in the USA.why? Is that good business. Often say they have no supervisors. Or they put u on hold yealding either a recording that there out of the office, "call back" or the phone just hangs up. I think they have outsourced their brains. Who actually runs the clown show?

On Aug 5 I was asked by an Assurances wireless street rep (Dc-Minn Ave Ne location) if I was interested in signing up for a free government phone. I asked what the catch is. He said there's no catch you just need to qualify. I asked what I need to qualify. He then asked for the last of my social and my home address. I repeatedly asked the reps are sure there's no catch. He repeated and laughs and said no there's no catch. He then showed me a T-Mobile Revel 5g phone. I asked can the phone number and phone be transferred to another carrier and the rep stated yes.
A few mins later he said I was approved. He said the phone he showed me was an upgrade phone and that the upgrade would cost me $137.00. I said I thought the phone was free? He showed me some flip phone and stated this is the free phone.
I paid for what I thought was a government free phone (Upgrade). After a week I rec a letter from Assurance wireless stating my ACP benefits has been transferred from Xfinity to Assurance wireless. I never authorized this transfer. I was never asked if I had ACP benefits. I called assurance wireless to complaint and let them know I was manipulated by their street rep. Only to be told the phone is free and I shouldn't have paid for the phone. I told him I was lied to by your rep and ask that my ACP benefits be transferred back to Xfinity. The Assurance wireless phone rep told me he will cancel my ACP benefits with them and for me to call Xfinity to put my ACP benefits back on my account.

I recently rec a bill stating I owe Xfinity $67 and it need to paid by the end of Sep. After speaking with a new Xfinity rep today (09/08/23), I was told I don't have any benefits and that I need to reapply. I was told I didn't have ACP benefits and that my application expired on 08/05/23 (the day the Assurance wireless rep hijack my ACP Benefits without my permission). Now I have a $67.00 internet bill and a $136.00 phone I can't use. I'm at a lost and no one is trying to help me. I tried returning the phone but was told, there is no place for me to return the phone.

I shouldn't have paid for the phone because the phone was free. I need help and this is all too confusing. I feel bamboozled and manipulated by a program that is supposed to help my family and me. Instead they are taking advantage of the low-income families who really need these services by withholding important qualifications requirements in order to rec the "Government free phone". Pressuring the consumer to pay for a upgrade on a free phone.

My mom has issues with her free government phone and the lady wanted to charge her $63 for a new phone when she has never paid before. And the lady wouldn't give her a supervisor or even give a real name she gave the name Jane for Jane doe. My mom was so mad she wasn't sending her to a supervisor

I was scammed on the unlimited plan After I signed up again someone called my phone and told me that I either needed to pay or have to wait a full month for my service of unlimited to continue There must be a way that they can get money out of the payments or there are going to be a lot of other people who will get this scammed way of disregard for the service It is snowballing from what I read The government must step in and correct

I Just Recently Received My New Phone With The Assurance Wireless Plan And The Phone I Received Is Nothing Like The Phone My Friend Received Not To Mention His Service Is Good And They Actually Didn't Lie To Him About The Service He Will Receive But I Was Completely Lied To My Phone Is Far From New And It's Really Not A Newer Phone Because I Know Someone That Has Had This Same Government Phone Since 2018& I Have The Same Old Used I Unreliable Phone Why Did I Get This Outdated Old Used Phone With Horrible Service And I Am Supposed To Have Unlimited Data Unlimited Talk And Text And Unlimited 5g However I Have Not Had A Day Yet Without Having A Problem With My Phone And Service My Calls Drop I Miss Important Text And Calls I Am Not Able To Feel Secure With My Phone Especially When I Can't Even Get My Unlimited Stuff And This Phone Is So Old It's Hard To Even Use Because It Is Really Slow It Don't Have Everything A New Phone Has And I Need My Phone Especially For Several Reason My Situation With My Health Is Not Good And I Am Not Able To Always Move Around Like The Average Person That Has No Physical Disability Or Even Mental Disability So I Need A Good Working Phone With No Problems And I Have Kids That I Also Need A Good Working Phone With No Problem Because I Could Need My Phone For A Emergency Because My Children Have Several Serious Disability So I Need Help Can You Please Just Help Me Correct The Situation And Get Me A Legit Unlimited Everything Working Phone That Was Not Made Many Years Ago I Don't Want To Go To Another Service And Tell The People On Viral Video Chat About The Truth About Your Company And Your Lies About Your Company And Service Maybe Go To The Company Safelink Or Even Another New Company That Will Definitely Not Lir Or Even Disappoint Me And My Family That I Talked My Family Is Into Getting Instead Of Another Company I Don't Think Obama Or Trump Would Like That They Have Given People A Free Phone Because Of The Situation With People Who Can't Afford To Pay For A Phone They Are Going To Be Upset About You Guys Giving Out Old Usedphones With Nothing But Problems And Lies So Again I Will Be Going On My Own Podcast Soon Today So Do You Really Want The Topic For Today Be About Your Company Your Lies And Your Phones

I have been on the phone since 7/1/23 with assurance wireless.multiple times.I bought a new phone for $32.38 the first phone I got was a lemon.It was heating up and battery did not hold charge. So they sent me another phone same thing happened. The reps have a language barrier.You can't understand what they are saying.When your talking they interrupt.IVE had to repeat myself over and over for them to understand. When I got my 1st lemon phone they did not know how to transfer my contacts photos and texts. All
they say I'm sorry for yourinconvience.And then I have to call back over and over and then I get disconnected.I had to send back the lemon phone and was given the wrong tracking numbers. I was In a domestic violence situation and when I was trying to get my phone set up that clerk discounted my service.

I have been trying since the end of June to get my brothers phone mailed to my house due to the fact that I handle all of his finances. I called today to ask why has the phone not been delivered, well for 1 when you call it's a call center somewhere in the phillipines or Guam, the English is so broken. They speak down to you. He stated to me weren't you listening when you ordered the phone you need to send proof of address. No she never said that his reply is really. I understand completely these are free government phones, I paid to replace my brothers phone, I asked that it be a basic phone, if it's free why does the government send out smart phones and not a basic flip phones. This guy was just so damn sarcastic and condescending it was unreal, I had to repeat every thing to him for him to understand what I was saying, bring the jobs back to the states where they are needed and stop sending all of the work overseas and maybe just maybe the unemployment rate would go down. Assurance is by far the worst cellular company to deal with, but they take your money quickly.

This is the worst company I can possibly think of, like all companies in this history of companies this one is the worst. And I'm curious when you finally get ahold of somebody at their customer service department they all speak broken English? Isn't the ACP program in American program for American citizens? How is it that there's no Americans working for them maybe if these companies didn't farm on all their jobs two different countries we wouldn't have to have an ACP program!

Wow! Who are these people? Liars? Thieves? Just enjoying screwing with disadvantaged Americans? It is a sad state of affairs when a "lifeline" service is anything but that. The waste of time dealing with these ASSurance people is really not worth the free service, the frustration level is not to be believed. These people suck! They waste your time,they lie, they have one million excuses that are no doubt from a script.Some are so unreal they are entertaining, if you don't mind having your intelligence insulted. When you do pin them down,they start talking faster about some OTHER crap.When they ask a question they don't let you answer, they just keep talking, heaven forbid YOU have a question, cause if you do it's right back to th script.Save yourself a lot of headaches and just pay cricket, you will be better off. U have been through a couple government phone services. And I have to say Assurance wireless is by far the best. The customer service rep. Chi 106 was so polite and quick to fix all my issues. I appreciate her very much. Hats off to Chi! Thank you Assurance wireless u have assured me that I'm 100 % assured through assurance wireless!!

I would like to rate Reese for helping me. She was so professional and helpful with my issue. She went above and beyond and want to thank her in helping me. Also I forgot the other young lady I spoke too who was expedited my new phone. She was fantastic. Both ladies deserve a 10.

Assurance why do you cut my wireless free internet connection unlimited ! I got that from somebody he will not talk to somebody i got his assurance unlimited what kind of reasons not important is free he got the contract unlimited free to use and than he did give away ! The others doing that too after got the contracts ! Most of them do geget free phones until 3-5 different companies getting contracts they can do what they like to do to give away somebody to use or do throw away or do selling couple of box 15 dollars .....sometimes they do need budgets for cigarretes etc. Or hungry crazy hungry ! Maybe i did give him 25 dollars to have something in the stomach ! Hungry ! He can not and will not talk about that you can bring him to court ! I took the issues to use USA and international for free unlimited I do leave soon also the USA will take years to come back kingdoms turkey etc, arabic countries i will be ! This is the worst services I have ever had. My phone calls don't come in if they just happen to, I can never answer it. I have to continueosly take my battery out to get the phone to work. When it finally comes on my phone says the battery is low. I try to call my voicemail the keypad doesn't come up to put my password in when it finally does the lady is saying sorry try again later. I DO NOT recommend this service
