I requested and a cellphone, by phone call, more of a week before and I never received it. Today I called, and I have to pay the $20 shipping +taxes again, if I want to get the new phone that I already paid for 2 weeks ago. The worse customer service ever. Not one called, texted or emailed me about the new shipping rate(from May). So, the person that sold me the phone wasn't updated about that. if I don't call, I never know what was happening. Also, my account is about to close for unregistered activity in more than a month. Assurance does not allow you to buy a better phone at a better price unlocked online. Only the over price phone that they offer on the website are the options for getting a new phone. Not fair, the people in this program cannot afford it.

Horrible customer service. They will tell you anything to get you off the phone. They hang up in my face. Tell me that I am a liar. They give me different answers. I have been waiting on a phone over a month and haven't received it. They keep telling me to reapply. They keep giving me run around.

They literally sent me the crappiest phone that I've ever seen and I mean I've ever seen some ANS Artesia crap because this phone doesn't even get 5G why would you have 5G if you don't give people a phone for it that's so dumb or have a thing that says all your phones but you can't pick one that's dumb as hell crappiest phone company I've ever been through

Assurance Wireless has sent me a bad phone(SCHOK PHONE).
4 Different times and promised a new update phone that would work. Lied to every time. I needed my phone for video calls with my husband's doctor who had colon cancer. This has been going on for 2 months and now they tell me I have to send 29.95 for to ship. How dirty is that. I've ask them to send me return labels so I could send back the defective phones and they won't even do that. All I ask for was a phone that worked so I wouldn't miss my husband doctors but now I get hung up on and told they can't send me another phone without me paying shipping and handling.
Not to mention I also paid to upgrade my phone and now I have no phone that works.

These companies are supposed to be here to help people in need of assistance not to cut people's service off because y'all the actual company f**** up,cut me off because y'all sent no label to return my defective phone and supposed to send me a replacement phone for the fifth time,thanks for nothing assurance wireless!!

This is such a munuplation program. I call customer service and you can't get through to a live person. It asks for your phone number twice and if you're not computer literate they hang up on you . I hate what this world has come to.

I had used this company for 1 yr and 7 months. At beginning was good, even got sent an upgraded phone, and it worked very well. Then the port broke on it, called and was told first it would take $49 to get replacement after only having it 6 months at the most. The lady would not discuss anything on the phone or anything until I paid $49. Called the next day, this guy says oh so sorry it broke here is a new replacement phone, no money needed. Got this new phone and it was a crap phone. In just around 3 or 4 months, the port broke on it. I called and was told a replacement be 9.99. I didn't have it atm so called next day and was told then it would be 9.99. So I paid it, and they took the money out of the bank card. Was told in 7 to 10 days I would receive a phone. 2 weeks no phone, so I called them and was told the phone wasn't sent because I needed to pay 19.99 for a new phone. So I needed to send 10 more dollars because they have the 9.99 on my account, then they would send a new phone. I am concerned on who is actually getting this money since the prices always change. I told them refund me the money back immediately, and I switched phone companies in few minutes. Now to see if it is posted back into my account, as I was told it be 7 to 10 days. The new company was very good at helping me to switch everything and sending me a new phone as well. Now we see if they keep the reputation with me or not. I am wondering if assurance is doing a scam for the government money? Their internet website has gone to error messages for few months, and not accessible to see your account at all. It seems very fishy to me.

Service for internet constantly shutting off then back on called 3or4times with after hours talking still shuts down.

Worst company ever has had me on hold for 2 HOURS multiple workers have hung up in my face because they aren't trained to do their jobs causing me to start over with the call process . Worst company in the world . Especially the current supervisors .

The worst ever and now I have no phone and no service..the phone i got was no good the day i took ot out if box it was so blurry i couldn't read the screen, it kept going black and dropping at leadtb 30 sec at the conversation and people are telling me they couldn't hear me I sounded muffled it was just crap then I wanted to put in my old phone number three day process to get them number ported if you call there you talk to somebody and you tell them everything and they're like okay we can sure help you with that and then they send you to somebody else somebody else says oh we can't put your number and it's got a lock on it or you need a porting pin number okay I called get it next day call Assurance back we need oh there's a lock on your porting from cricket I called Cricket no there's no lock on there they say I call Assurance back and I'm like okay here's your goddamn porting number here's your no lock on there I said no can I get my transport my number transported so yeah the guys yep and he said and if you get cut off with this conversation he said it's okay because that means your number is been transported yep okay so the number is fine okay so that same evening my phone started working even worse so I call customer service and I said oh by the way I said before too much time goes by I said I just took this phone out of the box 3 days ago and it is a piece of crap and I said and I want it replaced I said because I'm not going to tolerate it I went to the same issue with a different provider before that and they would not provide me with a new phone and I was not able to ever use it so this time I wasn't going to let him get away with it so the guys telling me well let me troubleshoot and he said so there's nothing wrong with your phone and I said I beg to differ I said there is something wrong with my phone and I said and I suggest that it get replaced or I said I'm going to get very ugly and he was all singing song and he said well I Promise You by the time I get done with you on this call you're going to have a smile on your face and I said well we'll see about that so anyway he's like has me on hold a few times in a few times and pretty soon he comes on and he says well sir he said I do have great news for you he said I'll be will be replacing your phone and you'll be getting a 6-in screen instead of the smaller five one you'll get more a phone with more memory and a phone with more battery life and he said we'll get it shipped out and you should have it on Friday this is last Friday of last week mind you...I didn't get it then and I still haven't got it today and today is Monday so I call Assurance Wireless and I'm asking about the status of my order from my phone that their customer service rep was sending me and they say there's no record of any order so I'm flipping out now and I'm telling these people somebody better find out what the f*** is going on there and they better be finding out now there's no record in my call even so how did they how do I spend an hour on the phone with a customer service representative from there that was annoying as f*** and tells me I'm getting a new phone and it'll be here on Friday there's no record of the call there's no record of the order of the phone and now these people already have my phone number from my old phone mind you and my and my phone is done that shut off it's gone so I don't have now this new phone they send me is not workable and then I went to plug it in to charge it that night and the whole damn plugging Port where you charge it is completely shattered in there it's crumbled you can't even put it in charge of course the phone is dead so now I have no phone I have no phone number I have medical problems and I have anxiety besides and now these people are telling me at Assurance Wireless that there's no record in the call I get on then I get transferred to somebody else and she's telling me Oh we can replace your phone for $49 and I said you're going to f****** replace my phone for nothing I said I am not I said b******* I said I want to talk to a supervisor now and I want to talk to him now well I'll try to find when I'm not sure and I said well from now on I said I'm getting everybody's name that I talk to Assurance Wireless I said because I didn't get this guy's name because and now nobody seems to know who he is or you know there's no call record I'm like there how do you talk to somebody all this time and there's no record of the call I said don't people have to turn in some kind of reports or anything at the end of their shift there I said that is b******* I said I can't talk to the man on the 26th that evening after my number was ported in and they said there's no record the last record is of the porting itself I'm like well then I wanted investigate it and I said when that guy is found I he should be fired I said so now for over a week now I have had no phone no phone number and I have to borrow a different phone from somebody so I can at least have a phone this is b******* I told him that I wanted taken care of so the supervisor now is telling me yes you can get it replacement phoneand then she's telling me oh she said we can't send phones to Post Office boxes and I said I just got one from you less than 2 weeks ago that was sent to my post office box there's a label right here on it oh what we can't do that I'm like oh my God and I was just freaking out I said so now what a nice she said well do you have a physical mailing address I said I have the physical address but my mailing address is different my physical address right and she says you can't receive packages there so we can't ship your phone there I said Bowl f****** s*** I said my God you people are driving me crazy I said yes I can receive packages I said she said well you have to you'll have to send me proof of your physical address so I have to take a picture and then I email it to her and blah blah so then she's on the phone finally I was from being on the phone from 3:30 in the afternoon until 5:00 after 5:00 p.m. and nothing but frustration then guess what we get cut off and I was Furious so I'm like I cannot I cannot get on that phone and stay on there for another three f****** hours and transferred to this person in this person and then I've had it I am requesting a brand new phone of my choice from Assurance Wireless and some free services because this is ridiculous ridiculous they do this to so many people how many people do you think are they are doing this to from what I see a lot and they're allowed to get away with this they should be investigated by the FCC and they should be shut down or find majorly they don't seem to care if you threaten him with a filing a complaint against them and they are stealing from the government they're not providing the services that they're getting paid for now I have they've been paid for over a week with my services or actually since the 15th of February and I still have no service through them so they're getting paid for a service that they're supposed to be giving me that I don't even have how many people does that happening to I bet you a whole bunch of them they need to be investigated I am actually considering bringing a suit against them because this is ridiculous every single day every other day or what have you I have been on the phone with them just trying to get some simple phone service right and I still don't have it and I have had it I am right almost right through the roof I can't handle it my anxiety is I am I had to I almost had to leave the conversation anyway because I was almost having a panic attack it was that bad they don't hear you they don't understand you they ask you the same damn questions 15,000 times and you know you can give him the same answer and they just don't understand what you're telling him I don't they need to be investigated so I hope that somebody is going to be doing this and taking care of these problems with this company they're horrible

For two days my phone has been off instead of fixing or resolving my issues they shut off my service.and when I tried to call back and explain what happened,they had nhg up.
Twice they assured me that it will be fixed,
But whenI turned phone on no service emergency calls only they erased everything ony phone
