Bought a 2019 ram new had the rear window replaced and the headliner as well. The new rear window failed again and the headliner is ruined again. They say there is nothing they can do except reseal a broken window and there is no guarantee that will fix the problem. Even though this window has been revised numerous times. Spoke to customer care they maked an appointment to speak to a supervisor and they will call me, never did.

If anyone is considering purchasing a used jeep, either from 20' or a rubicon jeep hybrid, DONT. I purchased a Sahara hybrid in 2020 and this year faced the challenge of the famous "death wobble". I brought it down to our local dealership, back in DECEMBER, due to noticing this issue progressing and it became obvious and seemingly dangerous driving on the highway. Our local dealership knew the problem and had many, many complaints about the same issue but CHRYSLER Corp does NOTHING to help their customers. I called them directly and was asked if I was told it was safe to drive and if I wanted to I could bring it to another dealership for a second opinion. Seriously?!?! That's your BEST? The CSR then told me that neither our local dealership or they would allow me to use a rental at their expense while my part was waiting to be shipped ..at least 45 days!!! So, that means that as of TODAY, April 21st, I am still waiting for the new part and have to avoid driving over 50mph WITH CHILDREN AND PETSA IN TOW because CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP holds NO ACCOUNTABILTIY for this ongoing issue they have KNOWN about for YEARS. They refuse to acknowledge THEIR ERROR in fixing an acknowledged problem.

Furthermore, my husband's 22 rubicon hybrid has an error with his battery pack and has had NO WAY OF CHARGINF IT while we have waited OVER 2 MONTHS for a new battery pack on warranty. We are continuously told they have NO IDEA WHERE IT IS and take NO RESPONSIBILTIY that now my husband has had to pay well more than $500 on driving to work daily with no end in sight. We are so discouraged and outraged that CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP has not done ANYTHING to assist us with these issues besides to continue to send emails (3 in total) stating they are "working on it" of absolutely NO VALUE!!!!
We purchased these jeeps because we love jeeps and finally we're in a place to afford them, however, next year I plan to trade for something else as does my husband! Honestly? We've never been treated so poorly by any dealership corporation!!!!

If your looking for a New Truck are Car my advice is stay far away from Chrysler Dodge Ram Jeep Fiat they have completely gone down hill my Ram 3500 2019 has not worked properly stop nice I drove it off the lot they can never duplicate any problems because they rely on computers" the corporation wil not help in anyway I've contacted them so they do not stand behind the customers at all . Don't get burned by this corporation..

Funny right when they face bankruptcy they cry to the government for a bailout. When the customer looks for help they say sorry to bad we have your money already.

Do not buy Dodge products! Customer Service is nonexistent except to assign a Case Manager that doesn't return calls & doesn't get to the root of the problem. We have asked for a Supervisor repeatedly and have been told they have requested it to never have had a call back. We have been dealing with the issue since October of last year. Cannot sale the truck due to this and cannot get answers either - totally frustrated.

I have a 2018 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited JLU. For months now dealerships and FCA/Stalantis have ignored the chipping,blistering, scaling paint issues with my Jeep. This is the worst company I've ever had to deal with.

I went in to Eureka Chrysler complaining about my front left brake overheating. They told me there was nothing wrong with front left brake but my left rear wheel bearing had froze up. They fixed it for $740. I drove approximately 30 miles front left wheel started heating up. Took it back in and then they said oh sorry $1460 later they worked on both front left and right wheel bringing my total to over $2100. I asked them to save the parts and they didn't. My Pacifica had 68,000 miles on it, and this is the last time I will buy a Chrysler product.

I usually don't leave reviews especially negative reviews but I feel this might be the only way my story maybe heard and I might get the outcome I've been begging for. I purchased my 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited L Sept of 2021 and since then I've been having issues on top of issues with my jeep. I carried my vehicle back to Calavan Dealership off Thornton Road in Lithia Springs GA numerous times and even begged for them to switch me out of the vehicle because of the issues that kept recurring and got denied and were told to contact Chrysler Corporate and they will help me and buy back the vehicle from me. All I can say is HAHAHAHA. That wasn't the case this will be my fourth time contacting Chrysler Corporate for my jeep. The first one was in December 2021 and I got denied. The second one was in August 2022 and Calavan Dealership had my vehicle for a month because something simple I went in for a bunch of things went wrong like both my batteries went dead, the transmission bracket messed up, etc and I contacted Chrysler Corporate because even the reps in the service dept thought Chrysler Corporate would buy back the vehicle from me or at least switch me out since I have more than 5 paper trails showing the numerous times I brought the vehicle back for the same reasons over and over again and the paper trails are my proof and evidence and yet once again Chrysler Coporate denied me. Took my vehicle back February 4, 2023 and just got back my vehicle on February 21, 2023 from the dealership and the reason was so simple and yet while the jeep was at the dealership it was brought to my attention a week of my vehicle being there the transmission fluid was leaking. Contacted Chrysler Coporate that following Monday and was told a tech team would come out to the dealership to check the vehicle the same thing I was told August 2022 and guess what no one came just like they did August 2022 but this time my case was closed on that same day without me knowing. I contacted Chrysler Coporate once again on February 21, 2023 to get an update since the service rep late to know the tech team never came and I wanted a follow up pertaining that and that how I was told my case got closed that same day and that's why the tech team never came out. I don't know what else needs to be for Chrysler Coporate or even Calavan Dealership off Thornton Road in Lithia Springs GA to do right by a widow single mother who child have only one living parent active in her life but I know this type of behavior, mistreatment, and abuse isn't the way to go. It's not fair I'm paying for a vehicle I wasn't able to even enjoy from the time I purchased it it's not fair that Chrysler Coporate have all the documents showing proof of the numerous times I brought in this vehicle from the time I purchased it till now and still NOTHING IS BEING DONE. I SHOULDN'T BEGGED TO BE GET TREATED RIGHT AND LIKE A LIVING HUMAN BEING WHEN THEY HAVE THE PROOF OVER AND OVER AGAIN SEEING THAT SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH MY VEHICLE YET REFUSES TO DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ABOUT IT. I HAVE CRIED. I HAVE PLEADED. I HAVE BEGGED YET IT HAS FALLEN ON DEAF EARS. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. THEY CARE ABOUT THEIR MONEY!!!!! I'M MENTALLY, EMOTIONALLY AND PHYSICALLY DRAINED!!!

South Chicago Chrysler Complete Scammer Shopper Be Ware

Manger Larry Scam & Sold Me New Engine After Two Previous Shops Found Nothing Wrong With Engine But Wasn't Equipped To Do Work Because It Needed To Be Done At A Bodyshop , Keep In Mind The Insurance Inspector Never Found A Problem With Engine Either In Fact The Approve Work At Previous Shop After Having Them Break Down Engine Send In Photos And Have Their Inspector Come Out. But They Suggested I Take Me Car To Chrysler. Larry At Chrysler Call Insurance Requesting A New Engine And Tells Me The The Previous Shop Lied To Me And That I Needed New Engine For Almost Ten Grand (10,000). So When I Called On Pick Up Date Larry Informs Car Completed Running Great But 1 Small Problem My Check Engine Is Still On Which Will Cost Close To 6k So Im Pissed I Called Chrysler Headquarters, They Call Larry , Larry Tells Them He Told Me Of Problem Before He Fixed My Car, And The Problem Was Related To The Collision Which Bought My Car To 1st Shop. Remember Earlier I Mention Larry Contacted Insurance For New Engine Never Mention Or File Claim For The Work He's Trying Charge Now But Claim He Told Me In Advance. My Question Why They Didn't Request Approval For Additional Work When Requesting Approval For Engine Since He Told Me Already, For Almost 16k Why Wasn't I Giving A Choice To See If I Wanted To Keep My Car Or Trade For 16k .
Next I Sign My Receipt And Wrote In Contract I Wasn't Aware Or New Work . Chrysler Slick Ass Added New Receipt With A Paid Stamp On It, Same As Receipt I Signed With No Signature.now Larry Insist The Damage Was Done In Colllision And I Needed To Contact Insurance. Ques If That's The Case Why I Pay U Almost 10k If U Found Out About New Issues. Reality Is When Insurance Denied My Claim I Wanted My Car Fix So That's How Larry Scammed Me So Why Is He Even Mentioning Insurance When They Denied His Request For Engine Next How The Hell Chrysler Don't Know How To Diagjose Their Own Cars.. Please Customer Shop Else Where....

I had my 2021 Jeep Renegade towed to Transtowne of Willamsvile NY because they would not take it to where I got the car and have all my work done because it was to far and Transtowne got it about 4:30 on February 3rd and they close at 5 so I under that they would not look at it then but to not look at it till Tuesday when they are open from 9am till 5 pm Saturday and then not even look at it on Monday and when they did it was the battery so I was with out a car for 4 days and they did not offer to give me one to use to me this is bad customer service

Worst customer service ever! We bought brand new 2021 Ram 3500 in Ram dealership in Texas and got piece of junk! They changed engine on brand new truck. Well, l didn't check engine just because 1) i was buying brand new truck2) i was buying from Ram dealership. After week of driving we started having issues after issues. Ram Dealership service place in our town told us, somebody changed engine in our truck and did bad job connecting all the parts. We spent thousands on fixing one issues after another in BRAND NEW RAM TRUCK!!!! They told us we have to call Chrysler customer care and they should help us. Other than fix our truck or exchange. I have heard there are a lot different recalls too on this 2021 rams. I did call, they open the case and of course quickly closed it. Basically told me to deal with it on my own. And they will take into consideration my situation, they will deal with that dealership who sold us that junk truck. BUT what us, customer who bought brand new truck, pay for it, paid for all the issues and still keep paying!!! How it is our fault that we trusted their partner dealership and bought we thought good quality of truck and got junk! So people, don't waste your time here. No help at all! And for out family never again i will buy any Chrysler owned cars in my life! Poor quality, bunch of recalls, poor customer care, waste of money!

To the people of Hot Springs, AR. If you are in the situation to buy a new car, don't go to the Riser Chrysler dealer, they have the worst customer service l have been. I called the factory and they hung up on me and don't want to answer anymore! It was a lady who answered, her name it's Maria! Shame on them!

I have been fighting with Chrysler customer service, Chrysler warranty department and my dealership for 5 months now. We purchased a 2021 TRX truck in 09/2022. THE MOTOR FAILED after 1 1/2 weeks. I don't get reply emails and I always have to leave a message for my representative.

i bought a 2020 jeep renegade with all the aminities. 2months after i bought it. it overheated and wouldn't run. so they towed it to the dealership where it sat for a solid year waiting on a wiring harness to come in. in that time i went through 4 loaners and the jeep overheated from using a salvaged part and they had to replace the engine. i got it back just a few months ago and now it's doing the same thing again. it goes back to the dealership tuesdday. i've had this expensive vehicle i'm paying a lot for maybe 5 months in my actual possession. i've begged chrysler to buy it back. it's a pure lemon but they refuse. it's so stressful. i don't need this drama in my life. chrysler do better!!!!

Purchased a new Grand Cherokee Summit June 2020 from Seven View Chrysler
Barely 9000 kms both back brakes failed and they only warranty them for 12 months 9,000K???? Was charged $600 to replace them but wait the new brakes are warrantied for 24 months. Terrible company.

I bought a 2016 dodge ram 1500 brand new truck with a air ride suspension. I have nothing but problems with it. I live in Alberta where it reaches -40 in the winter therefore we get temperatures that go up and down in the winter time. I do not put my truck in the garage i use my truck just like every other Albertan. So every year I get leaks and condensation in my air bags in the winter so they freeze up. I take it in every winter for warranty and report it to dodge Chrysler headquarters every year to see if there is a recall. They say they have never heard of any problems with the system one guy told me to put a trap over my truck and use a Herman Nelson?. Not impressed. I paid for a 5 year warranty plan so I continue to due the warranty things every year replacing bags as the dealership recommended. Now me warranty has run out i phoned Chrysler after 5 years to see if there is any recall and again they said there isn't any problem with the system. But I have talked to many people and there is everyone is replacing them with the coil system.So If this is the replacement things dodge should pick up the tab for me because now it is costing me $2700 out of my own pocket because the person at Chrysler canada told me today there is not my problem you have no warranty can't help you anymore and there isn't a problem with them. I have no problem with the dealerships they have been amazing to me. IS THERE NOONE ELSE REPORTING THIS PROBLEM. Come on you alberta people we buy these trucks we pay enough money for these trucks they should stand up for there products.

I bought a 2021 jeep grand cherokee summit reserve. (70k) the blinkers and brake light don't work. Dropped it off at the dealership. The dealership tells me it's recall but nothing in the system how to fix it call chrysler. I call chrysler. Chrysler tells me the part is on back order. I said ok so can I can a loaner car. Chrysler tells me no to keep driving it. I said no it's a safety issue. Chrysler tell me to use hand signals.

Chrysler corporation is the worst I have ever seen... WORST!

I can go all the way back to mile 700 when my husband started having trouble. My husband James Johnson bought this truck not even a year ago... it is a 2021 2500 dodge RAM. He bought it brand new... mile 700 we got the first DEF issue with it... took it to the shop... they changed out an injector. Since then we have had the truck in the shop 9 times!!! And they have changed out the injector 4 times and a line once! This is the only thing done! On our trip they have done it twice! The last time we didn't even go 40 miles before it came back!

This is how great Chrysler Corporation is... they told us to put it back in the shop and wait for them to fix it again... we can get a rental truck to pull our 5th wheel and they might reimburse us once our truck is fixed and then they will ship our truck to us... we finally agreed to this because we have been trying to get the truck turned in on the Lemon Law and Chrysler keeps denying everything and it goes into litigation. The case manager they gave us literally said it is easier to do that because the process can go back and forth and pretty much get no where. I guess just like us.... Because I don't have the time to wait!

So they sent us the reservation this morning... and oh my GOSH!!! Dealing with this again! A single cab flat bed goose neck!!! So I call and I am like what do you want me to do with this!?!? I told you I had to have something to get a family of 7 cross country with a 5th wheel hook up!! He said oh yeah I am sorry we did not accommodate you correctly. I will submit the request. Your case manager will call you back Wednesday.... Wednesday? Today is Monday!?!? I need to report to my new command. Yep he said I am sorry not really my issue. Yeah I know that. I asked to speak to his boss. He told me he is not allowed to give out the number. Wow! So they make it to where we can't even talk to a supervisor? Seriously?!?! Way to keep screwing over the little people!

Oh yeah and the price tag of that rental 2600! That we get to pay! This is something wrong with the truck they made yet they want us to pay for the problem! Truck is still under factory warranty!

If I can recommend anything stay away from Chrysler! Stay away from dodge. They do not care about their customers... they do not care about you at all! They will mess you over before making sure they make anything right.

This situation is so unbelievable to me and my husband.. words just can't even begin to tell you what we have gone through.

The service rep bad mouths the manufacturer, explaining how the manufacturer does not share repair history. The service reps also only reach out to you if you are holding up the process in their view and will go weeks without communicating when they are holding it up. The manufacturer points the finger at dealer service center, but needs to reach them before they can do anything. The receptionists have told me the service managers are so busy they cannot call back customers and the system to reach Chrysler's case mangers either will hang up on you or get you to a voicemail they have no intention of returning your call. Worst company ever they literally are focused on what they cannot do for a customer and not what they can do.

I have called this company repeatedly about taking my number off of their list and they keep saying that they can't take it off without a name and I am not giving them my name, because my name isn't associated with a Chrsyler..

I called customer service on 10/06/22.A case was opened #84310193 by a very polite representive. My case had to be handled by a manager, and I was assured someone would call me within 24 hours. No one called so I called back, talked to another polite person who assured me someone would call me back within 24 hours. I told them I had already heard that and asked to be connected to a supervisor. I was told no supervisor was in, so I asked for a number to call myself and was told they were not allowed to give out that information. I then asked to be connected to someone above them and was told they are not allowed to do that. I called a different customer service number,explained my situation, was told someone would contact me within an hour. No call. Called again, told someone would call me within 24 hours. No call. I
guess I will have to start calling again next week. I wonder if they think I will go away if customer care continues to ignore me. I will not.

I am very unhappy with the service. My car has been in the shop for a MONTH now and they claim
The part is on "BACK ORDER " but can't or won't give an ETA on this. I am an every day BLUE COLLAR worker and my time on my rental is up and I can not afford to pay out of pocket. I will be taking my complaint to the BBB

Purchased an oil change and tire rotation package. Sold that vehicle and still had 2 services left in the package. Tried to get it transferred over to the new Ram truck (another Chrysler vehicle) and was told the package is not transferable. So they take money they haven't earned for work not completed. Either refund the difference or transfer the service to new vehicle, anything less is robbery.
