Cannot reach anyone in Customer Service or Technical Support departments. Called over 50 times today. Unreal!

I spoke with Joy yesterday about a diverter valve problem. She was terrific, knowledgeable, helpful, solved my problem quickly. Give that woman a raise and don't let her go!
