I am not one to complain but when I went there tonight the service was really slow and bad I ordered four del tacos and I only got three they were very slow and I got past by two cars in the drive-thru I was just sitting there needless to say service was very poor I even went inside and still there for 10 minutes and no one said nothing today's date was December 26th 8:20 p.m.

My husband and I have been committed ng to the Del Taco o Stockton hill Rd in Kingman Az weekly and biweekly for 13 years. They recently started putting their ice tea container behind the counter and now they are very rude about filling your tea or getting a refill. Today the assistant manager told me to step aside while she got out five more orders and she would get me when she could. While I was waiting another couple was trying to use a coupon from your app. And they were very rudely told they could not use their coupon. They were told it was a corporate problem. Corporate knows about it. And they were trying to fix it. But she was yelling at them with her back to them and not making eye contact. The manager and assistant manager keep their backs to the customers and do not recognize that you are standing there waiting to be waited on. They have a new young cashier that is also adapting to their rudeness in customer service and blames all her mistakes on the customers. Don't bother sending a coupon since they say they can't process them.

I really hate doing this. But the mng. At 745 chastise. Are So rude. You should hear how they talk. They are always on there phone. I had to to go back in because they left out my food. And the dinning room is always close. That needs to change. I just live across the st from them. Can you get better help?

Del Taco in Walla Walla Washington the address is on Isaacs Avenue and Wellington right there on the corner it just opened up recently. We went there about a little after 9:00 p.m. the guy wouldn't speak up so you could hear him at the register I had to give him the order about three times we waited and waited for our food we got someone else's food we sat down to eat we started to eat it and realized it wasn't ours so I went back up to the register and told the workers it was no big deal until I heard them arguing back and forth it was all guys working in there and they were not getting along very well. The one guy who took our order wouldn't speak up so you could hear him and I really don't think he knew what he was doing. I'm pretty sure he's never been trained on how to wait on customers. Why we were sitting there eating there were a number of customers getting upset because their order was taking forever or and they were getting someone else's order instead of Their Own. They ask you your name when you order your food I even spelled my name for the person. They also told some customers they would have to leave because it was getting late but when they ordered their food they said yes they could eat there. There were several customers inside that were very unhappy. We finally got the correct food and it tasted really good. But we were there for a long time also. When we got ready to leave the kids wanted some of those cinnamon desserts there's four of them in a order. We had to order this in the Drive-Thru we were stuck in the Drive-Thru there was a vehicle in front of us and one behind us we waited over 20 minutes outside. The reason for this was the person in front of us was there to get their order because they were given someone else's order and it was taking forever. Also the guy working the window was on his cell phone I don't know who he was talking to. When we got up to the window they gave us the price and I said that's for only one order I made it very clear that I ordered two orders the guy wasn't happy he wasn't rude to me but he wasn't happy and he yelled at the other workers. Several minutes later they finally got our desserts and we drove away but there were people behind us in the dry do they must have backed up and left because they were gone. There were too many guys working in there that were not getting along. I will say the food tasted good but having to listen to the workers going back and forth not getting along and there were a number of customers that were unhappy because we sat down and started to eat someone else's food and they realized it was theirs obviously they wouldn't want it after we opened it up and took a bite. That's when we found out it wasn't our order. I think it would help a lot if these workers were trained better. That's just my opinion. I probably won't go back to the one on Isaac's and Wellington in Walla Walla. I usually go to the one in college place they make a mistake once in awhile but they always fix it and they're very polite.

My wife and I made a decision to download your app to see if we wanted to pick up food at the Queen Creek Arizona location on Rittenhouse.

The email I recieved said my order was placed at 10:52pm I was finally able to get the app to work while waiting in the drive through line. I pulled in and had a vehicle pull in behind me a couple of minutes later, so now Im stuck. The app was giving me grief and I was not to the speaker to order yet. After almost 10 minutes I was able to get the app to work.

By that time, the line had not moved so I placed my order. I literally watched my average miles per gallon drop before my eyes sitting at idle. We would have cancelled our orders had I known our total wait time.

Some teenagers had exited the building that was locked up when we tried to go in, while we waited in the drive thru. I dont know what they were doing but they kept walking around the parking lot and it appeared a couple of them started talking to the second vehicle behind me while another two were walking around and changing directions without a purpose. A person walked out the door with what appeared to be a couple of drinks and handed them off to two of the boys, possibly a worker who grabber his bike and left a couple of minutes later.

I spent over 30 minutes in line for two meals. My wife had placed an order on her app as well. Honestly, we were both very upset with this visit and probably wont be returning anytime soon. I asked the young lady at the window what the problem was. She said "a 75 taco order." Not that there was a lack of urgency to complete an order. These orders should have been refunded. We were literally trapped in the drive thru for a half hour.

Del Taco ads never look the same as what you get, they have nothing in them. I guess if you ask for triple ingredients it would look like the ads. My money will go to Taco Bell.

I don't understand how this restaurant never has hot coffee been here too many times trying to order coffee just to be told it's not available and if I want hot coffee it's going to be 5 mins and I've said ok I'll wait just to be told oh it's not available at the moment so why tell me it's going to be 5 mins and why not just take it off the menu if u no longer serve it . Just ridiculous along with the crappy customer service this restaurant provides

I Am a professional, I live two blocks from your restaurant in ,

I dine at your restaurant in hemet three times a week.



Tonight I went to the restaurant and ordered a Neil for myself and my wife, it was busy. It took me 20 minuets to get to cashire

Where I was told I could not pay the $18 bill with a $50 bill.

The cashier and t he manager were very rude.

They told me to somewhere in the shopping center and come back.

Just to say that consecutive would take more time waiting in line etc,

I asked to take the foot and comeback so I can eat hot food, the manger looked at me like I was trying to rip them off.

I was told if I did not do it there way they would just throw my food away.

Needless to say I was not very happy and I felt the need to tell you.

On March 9,2023 my husband went to Del Taco in Albuquerque, NM. He spent 19.61 but the store charged him twice for the amount of 19.61. As soon as I noticed it on my bank account I contacted customer service as well as the store and was told by the district manager as well as store manager that it was impossible to be double charged. After going back and forth with customer service and store finally the store contacted IT department and verified yes there was a glitch and he was double charged. The store manager then calls to verify but refuses to refund the money because she needed the card(we live 1200 miles from the store) Called customer service back and was assured the money would be refunded and it was escalated to corporate on March 22, 2023. Still I have not been contacted nor have we received the refund that is now 1month and 5 days since charged. Anytime you call customer service they say well there is nothing we can do but send the request to the district manager. Who refuses to give the refund even though they acknowledge they owe the money.

I have been stuck in the drive thru for 20 minutes already with only 3 cars in front of me when I arrived. I can't get out!

We placed an order through the drive-up window at the Del Taco located at 20 Falcon Ridge, Mesquite, NV. We ordered 4 items, and half way home discovered we only got 3 items. Did not go back. We requested a senior discount and our total was $10.92. Our credit card was charged $14.92. Our credit card company took care of the $4.00 overcharge. Reporting this because how many other customers were over charged without knowing it or discovering it on their credit card bill. But that didn't account for the fact we still paid for an item we didn't receive. We still have the receipt and our credit card bill.

We went to Del Taco in Mission Viejo ordered a Chicken guacamole burrito, it was awful, mostly rice and lettuce, no guacamole and not that much chicken! Waste of money. So disappointing!

Walked into the La Verne,CA Del Taco ordered queso fries got nacho fries, ordered two tostados they had no cheese watered down beans and lettuce that was wilted. I called to complain they kept asking me what I was complaining about.
Anyhow I need to get compensated by refund coupons. You should also hiring people who care and can serve and produce an order correctly.

New Year's Eve we picked up 2 orders of tamales and got 1 each per order instead of 2 per order and the ones we had were so dry we couldn't eat them and I also ordered chili on them- No chili!!!! I ordered a cheese burger with everything on it and got a dried out chili burger! We used to really like Del Taco but we will not go back!!!!! Sorry to complain!!!!

Asked for a bacon double del and there was no bacon in my burger. There was a plastic thing to hold burger buns was in the wrapper next to my burger. The breakfast egg tacos did not have hash brown in it when it comes with it

In today society every precaution should be taken when preparing and serving food to the public. Today at your Bellflower/ Norwalk location near the 605 fwy Alondra I witness employee handling food with bare hands, one employee adjusting clothes, putting his hand in private area and then handling food, preparing food with bare hands and then collecting cash and returning change and then preparing more food. I think the staff at this location need training or cleanliness and the importance of washing hands and wear disposable gloves while handling customers food. Also the proper way to wear there face mask while handling food and dealing with customers.mask are to cover mouth and nose, and no just cover the chin. Please send someone to inspect and maybe train the staff on the importance of keeping everyone safe during these stressful times with COVID and MONKEYPOX. Thank you in advance.

Store 745 is the worst store in the world

Food is cold when delivering in the drive thru, when I complained about it all they would ssy is thst is what we have... no sorry or offer to replace the food.

I won't be a customer anymore and I will tell everyone that I come in contact to avoid this store.

A few weeks ago I ordered and paid for an Epic Crispy Chicken Burrito with guacamole at the Del Taco drive thru on Indian Canyon Drive in Palm Springs and then drove 3 miles home only to find they had given me a much cheaper bean and cheese burrito. Today I went there again, explained what happened and asked for a credit to be applied to today's order. I was told "too bad" by the rudest young gal I have ever run across. Unreal rudeness... she should be fired !!

Last night I was at the Del taco On Azusa and Amar I asked for Mile sauce and I ask for extra girl at the Drive through a wiindow she gave me four hot sauce one paper napkins and we ordered 10 Del tacos as a pinch of cheese And we are there all the time not satisfied r very disappointing With our order

While at store 1125 an empl. was seen smoking something off of foil with a straw, circle k said he was caught smoking pills in the bathroom an it stunk so bad his name is Anthony works for del taco an his aunt Irene manager for del taco also knows he smokes in an outside your store. I come to del taco often because I love y'all but do something about this please

Checked my Yeah! Rewards at 1:00 and had enough to use for dinner that night. Went to use them at 5:30 - they had been used and delivered to a house in Burbank. Have contacted Del Taci twice: no response.

Hi I was there at Del taco Del taco on 6/19 2023 drive-through I was very satisfied with my order I ordered the number one the Dell taco meal They made it exactly the way I like it with the lots of cheese and the french fries were freshly made I just have to say this also thank you for the customer Service I also have a Dell taco less than 10 minutes from my house they do not make the Dell tacos that way you guys make it they put a half a teaspoon of cheese and sometime it's falling apart and the french fries seem like they've been sitting all day I appreciate you guys service and I will definitely be coming back thank you I Rate you guys a 10

My husband and I just left our first del taco from eating. It was in Phenix city al. Nothing but great. They greeted us, gave us time to look at choices. The restaurant was so clean. Food was wonderful. What a great idea for mouth wash in restrooms you need to put one in enterprise al. I do believe it would be worth while. The wise family

Del taco on Valley going towards grand went through the drive-through order four orders of fish tacos when I open the fish tacos the shell was hard lettuce was scattered everywhere on the paper not even side the fish tacoI have a Del tacos less than five minutes from me but I chose that one because that's one of my favorite Del tacos to go to and we always order fish tacos this was the worst fish tacos I've ever tasted

Had a very positive experience at the Del Taco in Wildomar,Ca. Approximately 9:45pm, 7/7/19. Staff was very and efficient and to my surprise the women's restroom was very clean. I love the beyond tacos and burritos. Good job. (I didn't get my receipt to properly recognize the young men that were working)

I drove through the del taco in Tempe, AZ at @ 10:10 pm on Sunday, March 19, 2017. The young man working drive through informed me that their entire computer system had frozen and they weren't able to take any orders. When I drove to the pick up window the same young man opened the window and explained what was appearing on his screen. He apologized profusely as did the two women working with him. I told then how surprised I was that there are so few Del Tacos in Tempe and the areas of Phoenix I've been to. And I explained that I exited the I-10 freeway at Broadway only because I saw the Del Taco sign. The young man said if I wanted something small he could write down my order and take cash, which I greatly appreciated. He and his team were so gracious and willing to help me that I wan to commend them on their of GREAT customer service! They are the kind of employees Del Taco should be proud to have. Thank you.

Ermina was the most outgoing worker have seen in the night crew for a long time besides the graveyard guy James . She made sure my del tacos had sour cream and it was not all falling apart when I got it .I have to say I eat del Taco slot and this was one of my best visits yet...thank you Ermina!!keep up the good work.

Currently the social idea of help the "homeless" , less fortunate , at ANYTIME has changed from giving "cash" to giving food items, the other day i passed a lady sitting under a tree with w beautiful yellow lab. I passed her and stopped at the next intersection, went into a 7-11 getting 5 large cans of dog food, then walked next door to the Del Taco, happily they advertised "gift cards", so i purchased a %15 card, afterwards I asked the question, are these "cash-able", can they be turned in for "cash"....YES. NOT the answer i wanted to hear, but i took it anyway, drove back up the street, gave the lady the cans of dog food and the Del Taco gift card. Merry Christmas's were exchanged. ill take this next to corporate marketing and see what they have to say, unfortunately, being able to "cash" the cards back, enables people to continue with the possible alcohol and drug problems that helped get them onto the street. I went del taco drive thru and the person who took my order also made it and took my money all with no gloves on. I thought that when food was prepared gloves should be worn but if not I would think they shouldn't handle the money too.

This is for Del taco #946 Salida Ca your so call manager is rude and she has her mother working there and also a nephew. Manager yells at employees in front of customers and one the employee burn her hand in June 17,2016 and the manager didn't even made a report or when in to make sure that employee she get medical attention. The so called manager just call her mom to go in to cover the employee rest of her shift.And if nobody does anything about it I have pictures and videos how this so called manager treats her employees I'll make sure it gets to the news and labor board commission

I am not a customer, but a employee for del taco on calvine rd. I work for Remash. My name is jesus rojas. My situation involves Remash's unfair treatment towards me. He has been constantly talking to me disrespectful. Recently I have been submitted to the hospital, with proof of me under medication, so I couldn't go to work. He calls me yelling that, and I quote" And may I also say this is how he talks to his manager and employees most of the time. I have tried to get a hold of the district managers number but no help. I would like to be reach back pleas. This is not how a Store Manager should treat his coworkers.
