Del Taco Customer Service Complaints - page 2

Still waiting to get a response from management about a complaint I had 2 weeks ago I have called 4 times and I'm still waiting, I will continue to call or reach out untill some one gets on top of their job.

Asked for a receipt from Del Taco in Lancaster, CA. Located on 15th Street West. Was refused one because she said no one asked for them anymore. Against the law not to give me a receipt when asked.

Went to del taco and I'll never go there ever again! Bought there new epic burrito the rice wasn't even cooked and almost chipped my tooth ended but throwing it away because all the rice was undercooked and hard as a rock! So I sent them a notice and they sent me a $1 of a $3 coupon! Haha what a joke, I almost chip a tooth and that is suppose to make it better? My burrito was more then that coupon alone! Come on now? What ever happen to customer service?

The lady cashier that is usually working at drive thru mid shift is very rude !!this is the third time that I go in she leaves me waiting at the soaker box for my order to be taken more then five min !! When I'm on my lunch break and I only have 30 min!! When she finally takes my order it seems that who ever is back there with her they are laughing . She gives our order on two small bags, which I have order a big order. My bag ripped and that was the reason of my complain . Del taco is good fast food Resturant and doesn't need an employee that is not happy with her job . She really needs some training with customer service . And how to bag the orders. I hope that I don't see her again because I'm late because of her un consideration towards others . I would understand if it would be busy but they had no customer besides me. I suggest for management review the cámaras .

I went to salida del taco order 2 tacos and chicken soft taco and medium water. I was charged $3.09 for a medium drink. Do u always charge for a drink when ordering a water?

Just ordered food today via drive thru. I had just worked a 12 hour shift at my hospital. So, I needed to eat. Bad ( Del Taco) choice, in Culver City, CA. $19.38 is what I paid for the most highly salted, unappetizing food on the market. Never got the large fries that came with my order. Please don't ever order the nachos. Yuck! Looked like someone had gotten sick and tried to pass the mess off as nachos. Salty as the Salton Sea. I had ordered a Macho (Chicken) Meal. I was given something that looked like ground beef, but tasted like Play dough. Yes, I tasted Play dough as a kid. Anyway, I just dumped the entire order into my home garbage. I have learned a valuable lesson. Take time to cook at home?

Went to the del taco on Jefferson / 42nd in a Indio Ca and they were " out of all food" and " trying to restock" really your are out of ALL food. So then I drove out of my way to the one on Washington/ Varner in sun city/Indio . Get to the drive thru and am told the computers are rebooting and it would be 45 min. Unbelievable and a complete joke. So you have " no food" and can't take cash in the meantime while computers reboot. I'm sorry but I'm in customer service and we didn't always have the luxury of a computer. Can't take cards - fine I get that. But it's called write the Order down and do the math on paper like the good old days. It's about the customer. You are open for business so you find a way to serve your guest!

Had the worst experience this evening. Stopped by Del taco drive thru, after a long day. I waited in line for 30 min. To which I paid for my cold spicy jack quesadilla. No to mention, I only got 3/4 of it. Horrible! Horrible!! Do better Del taco

I2/15/2022 5:45 pm I just phoned del taco on Sierra college in Rocklin/Loomis Ca to place a order over the phone because it wasn't working for me on line, the employee that answered could not take my order and gave the phone to someone else, then they couldn't take my order....do these employee's even get trained to take orders over the phone? Who is in charge of the franchise. I'm embarrassed for you,and it's so very unprofessional I'm surprised you are even open. Why don't you get someone to train these kid's.

I went to Del Taco in Pasadena on Foothill on Thursday at 6pm.

The customer service man gave me cold french fries and a bad tasting del taco.

The fries were so cold that they snapped.

I am very upset.

I called and the lady hung up on me.

Went thru the drive thru and ordered only 1 lg fries. Got home and I had browned fries, burnt and hard and dried out. No one should be served anything like that. I have pics

2/6/22 ordered egg chz burrito toasted with jack chz instead andvthe entire burrito was practically cold. Tortilla was notvtoasted barely even cooked abd egg cold. I request a refund

Just went to del Taco and got a triple Chicken box like I normally do but instead of the chicken quesadilla snacker they gave me two pieces of tortilla with some b******* sauce in the middle of it how is it a triple Chicken box when it's only two chicken tacos and how the f*** are they going to give somebody something without telling them that they change the damn menu

Deltaco doesn't protect their employees and doesn't really care how they treat each other in the work environment. Us employees should have a outlet not to be assumed to take it for a job.

The Del Taco in Indio CA. Should stop saying that they sell tacos, but instead should say they sell corn tortilla sandwiches. All of the tacos we ordered were cracked along the bottom to the point where what we got was half a corn tortilla, some meat, cheese and lettuce, then the other half of the tortilla on top. Adding sauce and trying to eat was an unholy mess.

They gave us the wrong size nachos so they had to reimburse his card which will take days. That was caught at the window right away. Then we get home and the nachos are open, upside down in the bag spilled all over the bag. We also had two green covered tamales. We also got an extra side of nacho cheese and a regular vanilla shake. As well as 2 Chrunchtadas for my handi-capped 74 year old that I'm am his live in caretaker.

We got home and saw that the food was open all over the bag and they didn't give us the older handi-capped food at all- the 2 Chrunchtadas. I called to let then know and the lady was rude. This was New Years at 3:49 pm when we first went and got our food. Then we drove all the way home and found out everything was ruined our missing. . We had to drive all the way back ( and my 74 yearvokd client can't walk, he uses a scooter and has severe lymphodemia. We get there and the
and the lady with brown hair at 5pm shoves bags out the window and I asked if everything was in there and she said yes. I looked and I said you said you would make my tamales over they are cold. And she said I wasn't here at the time and we remade your nachos and the Crunchtadas are in there. Then I said, well we need new tamales made now because they are cold now and we also ordered a side of nachobcheese thats cold now. Can you remake that? She said I'm not remaking anh food and I said but it's cold now because we drove all of the way home and now we had to drive all the way home again to cold food. Then some skinny blonde tall guy stuck his head out the window out of nowhere and started yelling at us to leave and that he would call the police on us. And I said this how u treat your customers?!?! Iam shocked and appalled and offended that they screw up out order, cause us to drive back and forth, wasting out gas and time, we were tired, and now we are getting yelled at and treated like criminals, having the police threatened to have called on us. We had cold food that they refused to make. On New Years! It was a brunette women and a tall blonde male with long hair in a low ponytail. We were treated like criminals, yelled at like this was the ghetto, no professionalism. I am disgusted with Del Taco and the way we were treated and I've never been threatened to call the police on me. This is so upsetting and we spent our hard earned money and were treated like criminals. Don't go to this Del Taco. I hope some one in the company reaches out to me and that woman and man lose their jobs because they screwed up our food. Was messy and uncaring about it and wouldn't remake cold food. I had to get a 74 year old physically handicapped man to get back in the car and we were treated like dirt. I was profession the whole time ad was my sick elder client. I hope someone from higher up with Del Taco reaches out to me ton male this right and I hope they teach their employees customer service. I've worked in it my whole life and I would never treat a customer anything like that. On New Years Eve.

My complaint is with Del Taco #493 in Cypress California Order#68 at 4:33PM on December 18, 2021. Went to Drive Thru to order a couple of drinks 1 value strawberry lemonade and 1 value Ice Tea. I asked for Splenda informed this store does not have it, only regular sugar. I pulled out to realize my strawberry lemonade had a half of a strawberry in it and some strawberry particles, I pulled back into the parking lot to go into the store. Upon trying to enter the store I found all lobby doors were locked even though the posted sign on the door states the lobby is open until 8pm. I was directed to go back through drive, eventually the manager or supervisor opened the door and responded to my complaint about the half of strawberry with his opinion that nothing was wrong with the drink. I then ask for his name and the names of all staff and no one responded. I then asked for. my. money back and my money was returned. I will never go back to this Del Taco, all staff very unprofessional!!!

It's a rainy Huntington Beach CA morning & I saw the TV ad fir double cheese Taco Ruth tatertits & beef & decided to go to my nearby HB Del Taco (Slater & Beach Blvd) I ❤ Del Taco!..no one in drive thru..placed order, waited 5 min..asked if I could get little donuts, told they don't have donuts, then said they did..waited another 5 min..no one behind me & restuarant empty 9:30a..git my order..ordered tater sticks too..they were hard & cold..tacos looked like they were run over by a car & nit wrapped good?.& were cokd server didn't seem like she liked her job...very, very disappointed..I go to this Del Taco a lot?

Girls in circleville store very rude. They need to keep drive thru window closed all the way if there going to talk bad about there customer

The girls that work at circleville Deltaco are very rude. They started cleaning up at 8:00 pm and couldn't fix half the stuff I was ordering,I was some what getting aggravated.got to window to pay gave me my food said have a good night then they closed the window but not all the way.Very nasty mouths.She Said to another girl I hope she has a very bad night.B_____

Monday 10/4/2021 National Taco Day - Del Taco ad said come on in promoting get a Free Stuff Quesadilla with any purchase. Well what a good idea! So I went to Local Del Taco #21401 on Brookhurst in Huntington Beach & to my Surprise- No they are not honoring that offer. What? Unfortunately I already order my other items & stuck in the drive through so Stupid Me I paid for it. Congratulations Sucker! You fell for the Lie! Truth/Trust in a well known Company? What Happened? Please explain!

Black hair in my taco and burrito...returned food and counter person argumentative. Employees were not wearing gloves or hair nets. The Del Taco in Yucaipa upper blvd..DO NOT EAT THERE!!!!!!

My husband drove thru Del Taco the one next to Weinerschnitzel today 12:30 is. He ordered 2 Del tacos and 2 of the bean and cheese burritos so I got half thru my taco and pulled out a black hair out of my mouth...disgusting I'm a blonde and my husband has Grey hair. I couldn't eat anymore of the taco so.i started on the burrito and half way thru.sure as hell another black hair only longer. My husband took back the food and the hair and the woman at the counter stood there and argued with him about it. No hair nets and no gloves..needless to say he did get money back. I prayed he wouldn't get more food from there..

I guess we're not going to be going to Del Taco any longer. They continue to mess up our orders all the time. They can't count. The place should be about down.

Del Taco on McFadden And Goldenwest asked me to go park till they get my 3 fried chicken tacos made cause the lady is worried about her time. So she wants to get the other orders out of the way and frying my chicken takes too long. Is this expected from a drive thru?
