Dollar General Positive Customer Service Ratings - page 3

The new lady "kay" at dollar general is great. She actually takes care of the customers. She even leaves a note for us on the counter if she's not at the register. It's unfortunate the so called assistant manager has nothing good to say about her. I enjoy shopping there because of her it would be great if she stays.

I'm always happy to come back to dollar general store on 23 and council for it has one of the most amazing people working there miranda is the only reason my family and I return there she is always positive and has a awesome attitude no matter what she is doing always stops to help not just me but other customers as well.

I wanted to give the new store manager Tomasita Chacon in Espanola nm store 16409. For great customer service and organizing the store I will for sure continue too there.

When Dale is working the store is very clean, considerable difference on the days that he is working, he is very courteous very knowledgeable needs to be in the training field for others... No other comparison.

Hire stockers!!! Please. You are a retail business.

Im a constant shopper at DG.I really like shopping here, but it's always a wait when u go to check out because the cashier is the stocker and u have to go and get the worker sometimes to check you out.DG needs to be like other stores and hire strictly stockers so this doesn't happen.

Iowa live in Forestburg Texas. and have shopped at our dollar general a few times now. I usually ask for help when needing a item or two and can't find. a few times the people working weren't real helpful but there was two different times I went in and a lady named Rhonda that works there , went out of her way both times to help me and I was so grateful for her. The Dollar General store number 11527 Saint Augustine Florida is the cleanest and most well organized Dollar General I have seen recently. Even with a shortage of employees, the store is neat and clean and the employees are very friendly and helpful

I don't try to complain bc I was a employee at a dg before. But store #08303 has a big issue with not pulling sales tags off. And I'm sure that's not the only store. And hardly has much hygiene items on the shelf. Again as a proper key holder I understand the stress of only 2 employees per shift . Plz take the sale tickets off or honor the price. Thank you

I frequent the dollar general store in Laura Ohio. I wanted to make sure to give credit where credit is due! I am a small business owner and I so appreciate good customer service!! Not only was the manager so very kind and helpful but a young lady, Maria, she helps me at least four days a week. She is so very kind and ALWAYS wears a smile! There are times that I pop in five minutes before closing (due to my work hours) she never rushes me and still wears that smile! I have learned to truly appreciate this from a young person because it's so rare in today's world. Thank you for providing our little town with such a refreshing group of people and thank you Maria for your amazing customer service!

Amanda was my cashier She was a vey personable and polite employee. She asked if I needed help looking for items. She also greeted me at the door.

This is for store number 14124 in Louisiana.
Since this store opened a few years now this is the 2nd manager.
The manager now is there very early before store even opens taking care of her store. Since she took over I have never been in there that the store was a mess or dirty.
This is a store that is in a rural area. Closest town is 8 miles.
They just did a remodel and added fresh vegetables! So excited!
And have expanded there freezer selection. I definitely will be cutting out Walmart!
I worked in retail 25+ years myself in management and know it's tough to hire ' good' help, do office work and work your floor. She does a great job!

I use your store on Hwy 157 in Elm Grove, LA. I was there just before closing on 9/8/21. Hunter and Jordon were working. Hunter has been there for awhile. He is always Great. This was my first time seeing Jordon. She was absolutely wonderful You need more employees like Hunter and Jordon.

The store revamps were great. Except removing the belt at the check out. Now checking out is a horrible experience. I am much less likely to get a buggy of stuff. Not worth the aggrivation.

I love my dollar general store 15014 In Poinciana, the store manager is so friendly, great customer service skills, John the employee was very kind, went out and beyond to make sure I was happy and satisfied.
