No service for 3 1/2 days following snow. Entergy failed to replace rotted poles and trim trees. Normal winter weather caused countywide system failure.

Such an EVIL AND GREEDY Company. How can a bill jump $150 in one month when your lifestyle never changes?!?! now that the meters are digital there's no way to know if they're changing the numbers. There is no accountability or control for this MONOPOLY of a company. Customer service people are a$$holes too! Can't wait to go SOLAR

Ridiculous Utility company! Service and support is out to lunch. If the folks answering calls don't like dealing with frustration, they should do a better job in solving problems. Have spent days and nothing resolved in paying a simple bill!

I was on level billing for over seven years and always paid before my bill was due. I was in the Entergy APP and inadvertently took myself off of level billing. I was told I would have to wait six months before I can get back on level billing. Entergy is in business to gaslight it's customers and are nothing but crooks who aren't regulated by the state of Arkansas or any other entity. They have a monopoly on service in Arkansas.

The biggest joke ever can't get them to come out and fix our power it a trailer park with lots of meters.paythis company over ten thousand $ a month. They have you call a power outage number. Contracted out. They are a joke we have to call at least five time.they never show up when they say. Called them back and they say have no record of anyone calling about outage.all I can say is THIS SHOULD BE AGAIST THE LAW.REALLY CRAZY!!

Terrible service. My fuel charges alone are the same amount as my actual usage. Huge scam! We were gone almost an entire month and my bill was still almost 400! We were home 3 days from the entire month! How is this ok?

Worst Energy company I've ever had the misfortune to do business with. Apart from their lack of line upkeep and their unwillingness to spend some scratch and bury the power lines so the ****ing wind doesn't knock the power down for days because there was a slight breeze; they also tend to have epileptic seizures that will just ruin your day if you work on a computer, because why not?

Greedy, lazy, stupid, and monopolizing.

They are horrible! I feel like I'm in a movie and I'm the poor girl trying to get a huge monopolized company to do right by their customers but they could give two shits about the right thing or the safety of their customers as evidenced by the millions they had to pay in settlements and current litigation that's in part a result of a class action regarding ethics complaints that includes thousands of individuals. I am single parent and was blindesided by a bill claiming I owed 600$ due to a a bill that's 60 days past due. I'm like how I just paid my bill last month , have level billing and haven't had a retuned payment. It doesn't make sense! Bogus charges for a security light I've been paying for that I've asked to be fixed and they never came. I will deff complaining to all elligible parties including class action law suits and a complaint to the public service commission. I hope they are finally exposed for criminal behavior because that's what this is.

Entergy is crap. Customer service crap. Billing crap.it's never consistent billing. One month it's $128 next month it's $800. You shouldn't have to put your electric bill on a payment plan. And because I live in an area that has co-op but not to my property, Entergy Is the only company I can use. Not to mention the monthly outings lasting 8+ hours in texas heat.

Managed upgrade outages should actually be managed. Telling customers that it will be a short outage then being out 8 hours is unacceptable and incompetent.

Whoever is in charge of running this company is a damn fool! We constantly have outages and along with them EXCUSES for crappy service and NO accountability! JUST PAY YOUR BILL!! That's all they really care about! Service is terrible!

Horrible company. Horrible customer service. Horrible management. Linemen are the only ones who care because the company surely doesn't care about customers at all. And I don't know where any of their "power to care" money goes because they love sending $700 bills for my 1300 sqft house.

Entergy is price gouging its customers. I have turned my a/c off to conserve on my electricity so I can afford my bill. My house is mostly gas. I received a $700 bill which is impossible! I called them and customer service is rude and hung up on me when I requested someone come out and check my meter.

I'm disabled on a fixed SSI income, the medication I have to takes make it hard to tolerate heat & they have already shut my electric off once 2 months back (with temps in 90's) before it got really hot. I get a disconnect notice not today August 2nd but almost midnight for August 8th, bill was due 7/28 so it's about 4 days late. Liheap just opened and have my app in waiting on them. But Entergy's not giving anyone that's low income time. Not only that but I was told to get on levelized billing and my bill would be same every month, nope, not so, it's almost $10 more this bill due on 7/28 and new bill. If it's going to just keep going up what's use of levelized billing, if bill is due on 7/28, 08/02 you send disconnect notice for power disconnect on 08/08 what are people like myself to do when they are waiting for assistance from Liheap. Oh yeah do payment extension so I will owe you more of what I'm already struggling to stretch.

I have 2 young kids and I am a single mom working full time on low income trying to keep us obove water. If my bill doubles or triples like other customers im seeing this happen to, I wont be able to pay it unless I choose not to feed my kids. This is DISGUSTING and something needs to change. NOBODY CAN AFFORD THIS!

These folks are ridiculous, 1000 people with no power the only outage in the Houston area and it has been over 8 hours already. Still not repaired and the just keep pushing the expected restoration time back. Have called 3 times and gotten a different reason each time on why the power is out. Not to mention I am forced to use them, I thought there were laws against monopolies.

My mom lives in rural delta, 20+ miles from any town, and never has power issues. We have power issues weekly,near about daily. You all need to get your act together entergy. Pitiful service in my area.
