It is a pleasure to be served with excellence and professionalism by your employee Carnell "CJ" Dancy at Enterprise Pensacola Office on 9th ave. His e-mail address is [email protected]. Please commend him with a raise or promotion. He is very effective and efficient and a very customer service friendly agent. He does beyond the call of duty in serving my wife and myself. Carnell is very attentive to our call needs and provide us with the best mileage and appropriate vehicle for our events. Thank you for being their for us. We are considering purchasing a vehicle because we are so satisfied with Enterprise because of his helpfulness.

I have worked in a customer service environment for seventeen years, and know all too well how difficult the process of serving and pleasing the public can be. Considering my history, I consider myself more patient than most--but my management/training background also makes me extremely observant of the happenings on a sales floor.

I visited your Hoover store on Old Columbiana Road today, and wanted to give you my opinion of my sales rep and a customer experience that I observed. Lindsey Cochran, my sales rep, was extremely professional, friendly and observant. Your store was extremely busy with clients and the telephone was ringing off the hook. Lyndsey had no choice but to double/even triple task between me and the ever ringing phone. This girl did not miss a beat or fail to ask a question. Her expertise and demeanor was flawless and seemingly effortless. The high stress of the situation I observed would have been enough to compromise my customer service, but this lady amazing. After walking me to my rental, she observed that the car wash had not done a sufficient job, and found another comparable rental for me, immediately. a little dirt of the hood may have irritated me, but I would have more than understood if Lindsey had settled her business with me and moved back into the busy service area.

Secondly, while my paper work was being processed, there was a client beside me complaining to a nice-looking employee named Bracken (I may not have spelled that correctly) because she had returned her rental late on Friday, put the keys in the box and been (understandably)charged for the weekend. The client really had no ground to stand on for her fee--I do not rent cars very often, but I know how to read contracts, and definitely know to read what I sign. The client's attitude was extremely rude, defiant and condescending. Bracken (again, I am sorry if I misspelled or misheard his name) did not show one trace of annoyance on his face, and was so kind and understanding, in a way i am not sure I would have been able to. The lady's horrible attitude did not let up, even after getting her way (and, even as the consumer I did not want to see her get her way). After she left, Bracken finished up his paperwork and rocked right along with business as usual. If the rude customer had bothered him, he did not show it at all.

As a company, you guys are kind of working against the grain. You constantly deal with problem management on a very personal, emotional level. For this reason it is probably more easy to receive a bad review than hear about the excellent job your folks do. I have dealt with your Hoover company and a company in San Jose, CA--all of my experiences with these companies have been wonderful. Lindsey and Bracken at your Hoover location should be celebrated.

This past week I had a wonderful experience with Enterprise location in downtown Portland. I left my cell phone in the rental car. The Enterprise employees worked really hard to get it back to me - the post office screwed up the shipping; then Federal Express made some mistakes but the Enterprise staff was conscientious, persistent and very service oriented in getting it back to me. Couldn't have been more pleased with them.

Yvonne the manager was amazing! I was vacationing in Daytona. My husband was in an accident and his motorcycle was wrecked. I needed a car quick, big and reasonable. She was so helpful, understanding and gave me a sense of caring. She is top notch in my book!

Fort Lauderdale Airport - Enterprise.
After having a horrible experience with Hertz - Enterprise at the Airport were VERY friendly and helpful and we received a car with utmost ease. I did not even believe this was possible.
I am no longer going to search for a Rental car company. I will always use Enterprise and will always recommend Enterprise. Thank you for making me have one less worry on my trip!

I made my reservation at the kansa city missouri airport enterprise by calling, spoke to a lovely woman name Tina on the phne, she explained to me the charges adn I got a awesome rate. I am a single mother with 3 kids and I was taking our first vacation. So I had a budget. I'm by no means a big roller. I ask her about coverages and she said it's optional, for me to talk to my insurance agent. i did and I was covered. So thats the end of the nice experience. I get there and the agent walking me out starting talking very fast. My kids where getting round up from being on the plane(4,6 and 8 year olds do that) and i had reserved a compact car. He said well we don't have one ready for you right now, how about I put you into this one at no additional cost. it was a imapala. i said "atno cost" he said 'sure". ok then. He started asking about coverages. "I said 'no, my insurance covers me. he kept hounding me about it. I said sir I really have to go, he got a little pissy about it and said" sign the cirlced areas mam and you can be on your way" I did. got the kids in the car and headed for the hotel. Where when I got ready to check in my credit card declined. I was pissed. Here I was in a different city, no family, no friends. Just me and my three little kids! WHY?!--- Because Enterprise had put a hold on my card for 4 times the amount of rental. SO I called back and got Tina again on the phone and once again she was helpful. She pulled up my contract and asked me" Did you not only sign up for full coverage at over 40.00 a day, plus you got a upgrade at a additional 50.00 a day, plus you signed up for FSO something I think she said fuel for a additional 60.00" I was beyond livid! I felt scammed, I felt I was literally was raped by this agent, violated.!!!!!!! This person saw that I was with kids, Even asked me if this was my first time renting, do you have family here, are you on vacation"? HE knew I was a first time renter, HE knew all this. BUT it didn't matter to him as long as he got his sale. How someone do that? How could a company LET someone do that? She said that she could take those off there not a problem. But that's not the point they should not have been on there in the first place! I was in tears. She was so accomidating and nice. But I felt that if that is how Enteprise agents handles there customers then I don't want to be one of them. Even tho Tina took off the coverages the hold was still on my card she said until I brought the car back and then it would still take 2 to 3 days to release. I called my bank and they said that if Enterprise called and said the charges were a mistake they could release thehold. i called enterprise back and I got a girl name Christina, she was absoltuly useless, she said "she was not calling the bank she was not permitted to do that." WTF! she was arguemintive and flat out rude!!! I demanded to talk to TINA! she got her after I was placed on hold for I timed it 36 minutes. Tina got on there and was so calm. She called my bank, right away and got the hold taken off there. I was able to resolve the cituation and salvage the rest of my first vacation with my kids. Even tho I am marking this as a negative experience. The saving grace of this has to be TO TINA. She is my hero and deserves to be noticed!!! AS far as the agent I saw him when I returned as he was just as smug as when I left. Kansas city has only 1 shining star her name is TINA!!

I rented a car from Enterpise at Mitchell Airport in Milwaukee for my daughter's graduation. The car was great, but I left my digital camera under the front seat!
After calling hours later, Nick , the manager and his staff , immediately called the person who had re-rented the car and once it came back, the camera was found and sent back to me through FedEx. Nick was specially hands on and very responsive to my plight. After all, the camera contained priceless photos of the graduation. I want to thank Nick from the bottom of my heart for his thoughtfulness and attention. Great Job!!

my wife and I fly into Fort Lauderdale airport quite often and pick up our rental car at the airport. The last two trips we have used Enterprise Car Rentals and can't believe how easy Enterprise has made it to get in and get out. The customer service representative greets us at the counter and within 1 minute we are on are way to select a vehicle in the lot where we are greeted by another representative. All of the representatives that we come in contact with are friendly and efficient.We also find the rates reasonable.
We will continue to rent from Eterprise Car Rentals and will definately tell our family and friends to do so Thank You Butch & Deryl,

My mother has ovarian cancer and is in treatment. We had a rental reserved through Hertz for over a month. Even calling the company the Friday before the car was to be delivered to insure one that could accommodate her scoliosis, stenosis and wound vacuum attached to her stomach. We waited 10 minutes for them to pick us up, mom sat in her wheelchair outside Of Hertz office in Sharonville Ohio for 15 while they looked for a car that would work. Frustrated I phoned the Fairfield office which is who made reservation. They said come up they had a car. After the ordeal of having to put mom back into the car we arrive to find out they dont have a car she can get into either. I made that man take mom home because she was so sick and he and I went back later to work out a vehicle. All they had was an SUV which she could clime in. The next morning she was much sicker than the day before no doubt the stress and sitting outside help her non. I called Hertz stating I needed a car she could get into asap as I needed to take her to the dr. I was informed they should have one I needed by 3. I had to phoned my cousin and aunt and they pick mom up in there car and took her to the hospital where she ended up being admitted. I phone our insurance company said I refused to deal with Hertz any longer. They called Enterprise in Hamilton Oh, who had a car mom could get in and out of ready in minute and sat at Hertz waiting on me for 15 minutes. The boy that pick me up couldnt have been nicer and all and all the transaction was as one should be.. KUDOS TO ENTERPRISE.. THEY PICK UP THE BALL AND US !!! THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART

Enterprise: You have an outstanding employee by the name of Gysia Schwarts-Woods out of the San Francisco, Charter Oak office - she continuously without question provides the type of service that clearly represents your company to the fullest and the vision by providing excellent service - My car is in the shop and has been for quite a while I choose to rent as needed and she has never failed to provide me with the type of service that gives me what I need and I don't even have to ask any questions - I run my own company and having an employee of this nature spells willing return customers. I don't know what you do for staff members like this but i would hope more than a kind word would be the action of the day..
