GMAC Customer Service

I bought a 2019 Cadillac x5 in September..Put on the AC in April not working took it to Bical AutoMall and they said the condenser was busted and want me to pay 1500.00 for something that I did not do.I rarely drive the car .We took out extra insurance on parts ...The Staff there is very rude .I do not feel I should pay for something I didn't do

I was a customer at King O'Rourke Buick Service area in November of this year and my car was diagnosed as needing an alternator and belt. I had Autoshield (CarShield) and I used them to take care of my repairs, they paid the King O'Rourke Service area over $900.00 and King O'Rourke charged me an another $812.00, totaling over $1700.00 just for the alternator and belt. I am very disappointed and feel taken advantage of.. I think that I should get my $812.00 refunded. I've been cheated.

I am a widow, raising 2 grandsons. That is important to this topic because GMAC sent back my over paid amount but the check was for me and my husband. I called and was instructed to send the check back with proof of death, and they would resend the check in my name. Did'nt happen. I contacted through e-mail, and the person e - mailed that this was not her dept. We are not starving, but that check is grocery money to us.

I wanted to take a moment and register my complaint, turn off and brand disgust because of your Christmas 2020 truck commercials (couple exchanging watches & vehicles; couple exchanging a dog & vehicle).
1. They were conceptually nonsensical & unamusing
2. They were reruns from 2019
3. Most objectionable, you or ad agency's stampede of our Central Texas airwaves to the point of the commercials repeating on numerous channels, many times a day, and sometimes back to back. This greatly discouraged vs drawing me (wife & perhaps others) to GMAC products. I actually couldn't wait until the Christmas season was over to be free of the mindless ads.
I am aware that commercials are not produced carelessly though they may seem impotent. If this truck campaign was a success I would be surprised. Please take to heart my dismay. I will not darken a GMC dealer door. Richard Blanton

I am having trouble with Robbins chevrolet service. I brought my hhr in fora recall. They kept it 2 days. Now the keys they gave me do not unlock the doors, the high beems do not work,and the air doesn't blow very hard. I am back and they want to keep my car again for 2 days.I need the factory rep to meet me here to find out why.

I had a loan with gmac u came and took my truck just after I put $1500.00 in the rear end and I have ben on the road for three weeks came home my x had not paid any rent truck payment and phone and car I did not know that cause she had my phone and I had her very smart on her but my insurance ran out and they called my office and I called them and nothing paid for three months but u guy did not call our office and leave a message cause if u would have I would have called now they say $1800.00 and by the 16th if not paied they will sell please help me
