I recently purchased a Garman 51 GPS for my mother and I was trying to get some updates because it was not locating my mother's home address. I was referred to Technical Support and spoke with Gracie Smith on 7/13 at around 11:00 am! She contacted me! She was very rude and I asked to speak to her supervisor and she said, "Why?" and would not refer me and then proceeded to hang up on me! Very disappointing and I hope her comments were recorded and they can review to prove she was in the wrong! I will be returning my Garmin
