HBO Customer Service

I canceled my subscription to HBO/Max on the stay day they billed my credit card, and they refused to reimburse my credit card. Please do not use their services. They have deceptive practices.

As a longtime Laker fan, I am disgusted that you would end the story of the Lakers on that loss. It does not represent the team and what they accomplished. If you weren't going to tell their story fairly, you shouldn't have told it at all. It was a great, fun, ride until that stupid, abrupt ending. You guys have had some pretty bad endings for great series in the past (GOT) but this one takes the cake. Shame on you!

Not only is their production total garbage, but they essentially stonewalling their viewers with the " intentional creative decisions, Ya'll, thanks" when subscribers complained about scenes so dark they are not even worth watching.
We call baloney HBO. You didn't like that people didn't want you to cut corners and leave atarbuck's cups in the scenes, so everything is blacked out so you don't have to raise your bar.
I will be unsurprising and not watching anything with them again.

House of the Dragon is a "Disgrace"!

Selections of actors and actresses is 2nd rate at best.
Story line and flow is awful.
A great "Disappointment" coming from GOT
GOT was "truly" ground breaking and intriguing
House of the Dragon - well "not worth watching - nor worth paying for
Better luck on you next ground breaking project.

I am incredibly disappointed that you cancelled The Time Travelers Wife after one season. There is so many useless shows and this one is exceptional. It captures the novel The Time Travelers wife by the author. The HBO series is exceptional with superbly cast actors. Please reconsider to continue with at least one more season. To much violence are noted with other shows. This one is of the heart.

Problems with HBO Zone, Comedy, Family, HBO2 are not full screen.
I have Spectrum in Milwaukee, WI. Screen size shrinks back to 1960's or before.

I have never watched HBO because of adult content and I am disabled. I read that you new show with Anne Hathaway was crippling to the disabled community. This saddens me. You words will never fix the images shown. Imiages or pictures are more powerful than your worded apologies. Wow the disability community was given anthoer blow. You platform reaches masses. If other networks do the same I will write to them too.

Paying same amount as HBOMax but stuck on HBO now BC of HBO's poor negotiation and can strategy. Many hours later and after trying to upgrade/access through other devices, found out I have to cancel my HBO no subscription on Romy which is paid through the end of the month. I asked HBO representative to credit me the three weeks since they are already getting the revenue through ROKU. Was told there are no credits/exceptions. So HBO has been cancelled- we were loyal customers for many years... your roll out, education, call center support and general lackadaisical attitude has made us never again customers. Goodbye and you stink!!

I have direct tv and have hbo as part of my package. I enjoy your series and used to enjoy boxing. What I don't enjoy is the left wing propaganda you try to disguise as comedy by John Oliver and unfunny Real time with Bill. Bill doing stand up fine but his and Oliver's unfunny propaganda bs need to go. Also how did bill get a pass dropping his white liberal racist N bomb where anyone else would've been fired. I know nobody who even watches Oliver's show. Also maybe if he was American I'd think about what he jokes about. Maybe I'll cancel your network. No more boxing or Eastbound and Down just movies I can see anywhere else and smug leftist who are exposed for how unfunny they are without prompted laughs by an audience who has rules as to when to react. Bill had to plug in a laugh track because his jokes are so terrible people at home couldn't find places to laugh.

I am disappointed to hear that you were removed "gone faith the wind "from your schedule.. I strongly support the protests and fully support the protesters and agree there is time for dramatic systematic change in our laws in government. However censorship of any form is dangerous and counterproductive.

Please reconsider your position and to put history and its correct perspective so that we can all learn and benefit from it.

I recently signed up for hbo subscription.. I was looking forward to watching the show watchmen I was a fan until I watched the first episode on hbo .. I am thoroughly offended by the amount of racism and the division shows like that provide I would never recommend this show to anyone unless they absolutely hate white people I want my money back for subscription .. I will be seeking my money back immediately

I am sorry for my english, not natve speaker. I am person from Czech republik. And I like one of oyur shows Real time with Bill Maher because of this show I i starded to pay for HBOgo service but in eujrope it is not possible to watch it leagaly on hbogo pages. I am just wondering why it is?

I've been an hbo subscriber for over 20 years but just cancelled my service for 2 properties due to my disgust at watching the series about the killing of the 3 Israeli youths. What a disgusting and pervrrted series. I know this was made in Israel but I don't care. How anyone with a brain could put this garbage on is beyond me. I met the mother of one the murdered Israelis and I found the the series sick. I'm encouraging many of my friends to cancel and am being met with similar disgust- more cancellations coming. You all are disgusting

I Simply Want To Cancel A 7-day Free Trial. I Have Been Through Websites, The Fire Tv Screens, Numerous Phone Calls Which Do Not Connect Me With Customer Support. This Has Been A Thoroughly Maddening And Disgusting Experience. I Would Never Recommend To Anyone That They Sign Up For A Trial Of Hbo.

Hey to who this may concern I should get a full refund on the past 2 months bill, cause there is not one thing new being played on any of your channels!! For real !! From the 70's to 2008 really those are free on so many other channels!! Please thake the time and find who sets up the programming for HBO !! I'm not paying for so many older shows that Is being played that is free!!

EVERY episode stops playing with one minute left to go. You miss the ending as it jumps to the next episode!

finally gave game of thrones a try on demand. first season got me hooked. tried to watch season 2 but episodes are missing got to looking episodes are missing from most of the seasons. I don't know if HBO dropped the ball or spectrum cable did. either way I'm very dissapointed.
