Hardee's Customer Service Complaints - page 2

We stopped at the one in Rochelle, IL at 400 Steward Rd. Ordered a super Star chz burger combo and a fish cmb. It was a disastrous meal. Burger was tasteless, fish sandwich was warm( sitting under the heat lamp for awhile.) fries were old, it seemed that they had been doubled fried. The sodas were good. Will not be recommending nor returning to this restaurant. My husband works too hard for unsatisfactory food. I believe that the fries should be freshly made and fish sandwich as well. Burgers should have some flavor.

I eat at Hardee's everyday each morning and I really want to express my feelings on how much these cinnamon rolls are just plain nasty, gross and hard as a rock every single time I get them and I would love to see the cinnamon raisin biscuits come back

I ordered a chicken sand which from the Joplin Mo Rangeline location. My chicken was so raw and didn't realize til I had already eaten some of it! I have been sick with diarrhea and my stomach has been hurting so bad! Called the Joplin location and they offered to remake it. To which i refused, absolutely unacceptable! I've been trying to get in to contact with corporate because this has caused me to miss a day of work and having to use PTO that I was accumulating that was meant to be used for my wedding day on April 14th! I'm very, very, upset!!!

Hardee's in Burgaw NC Never open at 5am. Today's biscuits were dry as hell.

My food was cold two omelet biscuit one biscuit grave one big plate and a sweet treat plus gasg browns I want my meal free

I stopped yesterday at Hardee's on palm beach blvd. in Ft. Myers for a burger and fries. I was very disappointed at the quality of this food. Burger was sloppy and didn't have fresh toppings and fries were stale. I threw most of it away. You need to retrain the staff as well. Maybe even shut this place down. I'll never return.

I got food from the Hardee's in Roanoke Va, #1503925. The was terrible, it made me sick.

Hardees in lebanon tn on West Main Streer has a blonde headed manager that has been hostile towards me and as i scrolled down on the reviews she was like that towards another customer. Their chat bots they recommend do not work. I was treated hostile and with attitude from the very beginning, over something i was not aware of and had been doing for over a year. I am a regular customer that used to come every single day. It has been a month due to circumstances in my life, but thats what i came back to. I need hardees to take this seriously as I won't stop until something is done. She should not have a job acting in this manner, let alone be in management.

I spend alot of money at perry Hardee's. Evertime I go threw the drive threw a lady name Debra is always rude. Very disrespectful and always have a bad attitude. Very Very bad customer service. If I can give them a 0 a I would. I've been coming every wk for the past 2 weeks she was very rude snatched my card n Very bad when I asked her for difficulty orders.

Everyone working here in chesnee SC is outside smoking and playing and it has took 11 minutes. .plz drive by and you will see. Reason there's no business here is very imature people working here, everytime I come the order not only takes a very long time but it's rarely right when I do get it.also I witnessed a car pull up to the window without ordering at the drive thru and they gave food, drinks to them and no money was exchanged.i love Hardee's food but this location is horrible and I'm surprised they haven't already been shut down.thanks

Ordered and paid for food online, store happened to be out of stock of the order, never recieved my food or money back, got a kid, and less food n money now thanks to hardees.

Hardees offers a survey for discounted snadwichs, But THERE IS NO SURV EY!!!!!!!!!

I walked inside to place an order I was ignored for over thirty minutes while what appeared to be the manager (wearing a shirt different than the others )played and chit chatted around the store with a gentlemen who had dreadlocs. Instead of being rude and ugly I decided to have a seat to see just how long I would be ignored ten more minutes past. During these ten minutes the female in the collar shirt came and grabbed another employee and they took off outside to play some more outside with the dread locked man. At this point I decided I no longer wanted food from this place the overall experience I'd rate a 1 the entire time I was there I was treated as if I wasn't I definitely won't be coming back! It may have been a racial thing towards me. Upon walking out I decided to have a seat in my car and process the mistreatment I just received a Caucasian couple arrived and their order was taken immediately ! I definitely would not recommend this restaurant to anyone !

They suck it took 30 minutes to get my order with 3 people behind me got the order before I did and the over charge me for my order

What time does Hardee's open? Hardee's hasn't been open on time we need our breakfast y'all might as well shut this one in temple ga DOWN if y'all cannot perform this duty!!!!!!!

I am a caregiver for a lady and we went to the local Hardee's to get a cinnamon roll for her. Picked it up through the drive thru, got back to her house, got them out to eat and they were hard as a rock. This was at 9:50 am. I put hers in the microwave to see if it would soften them up, nope could only eat the middle.
I called the number on the receipt and it said it was no longer in service so I called the number on the local website and it rang busy for 20 minutes. Even though it was only $4.28 I find this service unacceptable. This store is in Warsaw Indiana.

I have had many horrible experiences in the last few years with the Hardees @ 3024 lone oak rd Paducah Ky. I believe it to be an isolated thing as I have started goin to the Hardees on the other side of town and have never had an issue. I had quit going there at all for numerous reasons that Im not gonna go into detail. However I placed an order today for my son to go pick up and chose this location due to iys close proximity. When I get there Im told they dont have an order to go for there store. When I tried to show them the order # they would not even look at it rudely stating it didnt matter because they didnt have it. I asked how to get my $$$ back and was told I guess you have to go online and try. I like Hardees as a whole. Its one of our go to fast food places. However this location is in need of some customer training from management

If people ever wonder why their food isn't made as advertised when they pay for it,secially when prices everywhere have gone up, or even when you're spending your money, i got your answer: There are a couple of workers that i could see outside passing a joint back and forth, i dont care if the area isn't a "good" area, but this is a restaurant and they will not charge you less $$ just bc it's a "bad" area, which it isn't a bad area really. I parked outside to eat their breakfast, and I'll be driving to the Fern Valley location 10 minutes further to get the service and food quality i pay for. You won't see their employees outside making the area/restaurant look like it's trash. I won't say who they were at the Taylor Blvd location, just because this is something to be talked about as a whole!. This restaurant would do so much better if management cared, but they know what these 2 workers are up to, im 1 out of many workers that avoid this location now.

I have been to the Hardee's at the loves truck stop in Elkhart about 6 times now and although the food is good I have been missing part of my order 4 of 6 times so I'm thinking it's not accidental anymore just ripping people off.

3 locations so far in aiken county SC have horrible.customer service. Closes store early don't wash hands. Talking on phone instead of tending to customers. Family of 8 used to frequent but will NOT return.
Get rid of bad lazy staff hire good and bring back the jalapeño poppers!!!!!

Advertised on sign famous star combo at $8.99, then I went to pay and turned out that combo, is actually $9.99, I am on a budget, need to change signage, to actual correct prices!!! Annoying

Stopped at the lacrosse location at 517pm. Went to the door and they were locked.Employee came out and told us the dining room closed at 7. It's only 517 !

My daughter worked at the Hardee's in Bridgeport AL she has been trying to get her paycheck now going on 4 months this is ridiculous the manager keeps telling her they have sent her paycard which has never came now he said they mailed it a week ago every week she gets told this ridiculous I'm fixen to contact every news station there is and blast this company for what they are doing to her

Good afternoon, I have visited this location many times. Today, the drive though attendant was in no way friendly. Maybe just having a bad day, however, I said thank you and have a great day, she turned and shut the window without as much as a look back. Also, no question of condiments, one napkin and fries were completely dumped in the bag.
