I have a Motorola edge 2021 with the cracked screen. I want to get it replaced but no vendor in the area has it on hand however you can get one if you send it to Motorola for $300. However around here where I live you get it done for $130 but no one's has the screens. So you trapped to have it fixed by Motorola or twice the price which is unfortunate and really not kosher if you know what I mean so I would never buy another Motorola phone for any reason till they fix their service

I have always been a Samsung person but when I went phone shopping a friend talked me into trying Motorola. I purchased a moto g power. It was the worst mistake of my life. This phone changes screens at any given moment. I can be checking my email or playing games and all of a sudden I'm on another screen.

I guess the product is OK. But I bot MT7711 modem/router 2 1/2 years ago, and it went toast. So at Xfinity recommendation, bot MT 8733. Activation a disaster, manual included had incorrect info for APP download, and missing steps. Routed me to Motorola and Xfinity services I didn't want. Tech support contact system didn't work - repeatedly. Still no WIFI. Finally called in, 40 minute wait and no answer. Instructions say "Hit 2" to get a call back. That did not work either. Meanwhile my business access was down for multiple days. If my business support was this lousy, I would be out of business.

I will say this, coming from an IT service background. I think the worst comes from a language barrier, it's obvious they are working with KB articles and can only so so much - and communicate so much. When your ducks are in a row (as far as warranty or accident plans), the experience isn't top notch; but it's "serviceable". If the paper says you get this, you get it. If you are calling in to make a deal, vent; or talk to a supervisor you will get nowhere. The people on the other line are really only doing what they are allowed to do and only know how to communicate what the KB tells them to do, I've been there; job sucks. Luckily it sounds like the foreign agents are working from home so good luck to them.

I bought a Moto g stylus 21 phone in June of 2021 and they are junk always having problems with it and customer service is a joke i wouldn't recommend anyone buying a Motorola phone

I ordered a motog stylus. Never received this phone but was charged for the phone. I made several telephone calls about the issue. Customer service was very nice but did absolutely nothing to refund the money until I contested via my credit card. I will never order from the Motorola website again.

Have negative view about Motorola Stylo I got this phone from T-Mobile in now that I'm making tick tock videos my camera is a slowly but surely giving me blurry videos from short distances T-Mobile doesn't want anything to do with this they want to upgrade me to another $189 phone there is equal to the one I have now that is disgusted why would I want to deal with the same problem in 3 months or 6 months for that matter all I'm going to have to say is I'm not happy with Motorola I'm not happy with T-Mobile MetroPCS and I have to say goodbye to both of them

5guw21 I bought recently is total crap. Not user friendly at all. Doesn't allow me bon to doany featured because it has an obsession with permissions many of which lack instructions. Tired of frequently having to go to the store to help me correct matters. Advice. Look elsewhere. Adding insult to injury Verizon pegs me into a corner since I would have to pay off this ridiculously priced crap just paying out more money typical capitalism

I purchased a Moto G Power in Nov 2021. In March 2022 it stopped receiving texts from anyone outside of my contacts. I contacted by service provider first and then contacted Motorola support. After running through a few things, I was told to send my phone in for repair. A few days later, I got an email that they had found water damage and the warranty was voided. They sent a picture showing a small amount of green corrosion on the external portion of the charging port. There was nothing on the inside of the phone. Well, it is an open port and there is this thing called humidity. I wasn't having any trouble charging, and there is plenty of info in the web about how to polish the charging port to remove common corrosion if you do. Also, the charging port had nothing to do with the problem I reported and for which the phone was being serviced. Motorola never even started on that issue. Maybe they never intended to. There are several reports of other people getting caught up this "water damage" warranty denial....is it a scam to get out of honoring their warranties? Motorola has a terrible reputation for customer support. I wish I had known before I bought. I would give them zero stars if I could. I won't be dealing with Motorola again, and if you value your money you might want to think twice too.

When I was talking to the guy on the phone the answer I got to my problem was "you have to fu**ing reset your router". Like what did I ever do to you? Very unprofessional and I will be buying a different brand router in the future.

I bought a Motorola phone about two month ago and in that time I've wanted to through it away about 10 times it's just not responsive it's slow it frezzers it really a b grade phone I regret buying it and should of spent the extra money and got a Samsung

I purchased a new phone from the Motorola website with a promised next business day delivery and received a confirmation email. Days later, the status of my order still shows "approving payment". After spending hours trying to resolve the issue with Motorola, I was repeatedly told someone would contact me withing 24 hours... That contact never happened and my order is still stuck on "approving payment". I called Motorola to cancel the purchase and my order is still there, "approving payment"...

I have owned exclusively Motorola phones for the past 25 years, never even considering another brand but they are not worth the hassle. It is time for me to move on and leave Motorola and its new Chinese owners.

I purchased a moto pure approximately 5 months ago. I am not happy at all with this phone. The camera is very poor quality and the sound adjusts it's self to mute this is definitely a phone not worth the $185.00. I am just totally disappointed. Motorola should allow this phone to be returned.the screen it's self isn't 1080 resolution. I'm hoping someone will contact me on this matter.

Called 5 times and each time Im told the wait time is 9~13 minutes and after an hour or more of waiting I never get an answer. I request a call-back once I'm at the front of the que and never a call back... Absolutely impossible to talk to anyone and my modem/router isn't working so I have no internet.

This is some of the worst Customer Service I've ever experienced.

I bought the new Moto G Stylus for my daughter. Within a week the backlight went out and the entire screen became unglued and popped out. I sent it through their repair service which they received on December 22nd. Today is January 6th and all I know is that they have it. I have already replaced my daughter's phone with a superior product and brand. Now I shall sit and wait to see how long before they acknowledge me. I have no intention to use this Motorola product even if they manage to send me functional replacement; as they make a garbage product. Now we'll just wait to see how bad their customer service can get.

My cable modem+router combo died during the warranty period. Impossible to reach anyone a Motorola so called "customer service". Hours of Muzak. What am I supposed to do?

Decided to splurge on the Moto 2021 edge.
Bought the protective case to go with it through Motorola. I accidentally dropped the phone from 2 ft off the ground and screen cracked. Too bad the warranty does not cover that so it will cost $300 to fix the screen and I have to send it in from what I learned from the broken English speaking technical service representative. This phone was a major disappointment since I spent the extra $500 thinking that it would be the top of the line. Probably the biggest waste of money I've ever spent. The Moto phones in the 200 to $300 range or just as good.

They know nothing about their own products. They were unsuccessful in assisting me with the edge cell plus. Horrible customer experience. I will not buy from them anymore. This is the last cellphone I will buy from them. Very very disgusting.

Motorola sucks, i been trying to reach customer service for the past week. Everytime i call the wait time is about 90 minutes, goes up and down with no sight of a customer service picking up.i have wasted many hours. This is fraud

Dear Motorola 5/5/2017 Today, I picked my mobile Moto z Play from your service center but in that there is Problem Media Volume and my mobile number is changed to imei no. Also my mobile has been scratched Now I'm doing a case against Motorola in Consumer otherwise money back or new mobile handset Very bad service your Motorola
