Dear PG:

I notice your mega roll toilet paper is now only 3 7/8 inches wide. My old
roll of the same product is 4 1/4 inches wide. I want to know this has been
noticed and I will tell all my friends about it. I will carry a tape measure
in the future. It's quite possible I will no longer buy your brand.

We have been using the original Dawn Free and Clear because it contained no dyes and
was unscented! Now with the reformulation of the product, the scent is causing skin
irritation in my wife. We want the old formula back! Other free and clear dish
detergents from other producers cause skin irritation for her, only Dawn's original Free & Clear did not.

I have always used Tide, as did my mother before me.
I picked up the LARGE box at Costco.
When I opened it, there was a strong odor of watermelon. There was NOTHING on the box warning of that change in fragrance.
I happen to be highly allergic to that smell!!!
So it goes back and could you tell me why there was NOTHING on the box telling us about the change?????

Absolutely one of the WORST companies for customer service EVER! I'm shocked how incredibly frustrating it is, dealing with such STUPID people! They have no interest in really helping customers with problems, but they always invite you to call back, even though they don't really know anything anyway! I continued to ask for a supervisor, or to speak to someone in customer service, but you can't get anywhere with these people! HORRIBLE!

I emailed a complaint regarding the purchase of two different fragranced Bold 2in1 liquitabs whhich have left a sticky residue on my laundry. I have used them in different temperatures and no difference was made. Resulting in me having to re wash in my normal Persil liquid detergent. Costing more money in liquid and electric. I have still not had a reply from my last email with any explanation as to why this has happened. Which reflects badly on your company. I HAVE ALWAYS USED BOLD AND DECIDED TO TRY THE PODS . I PURCHASED 4 PACKS and hAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH A MESS . All of the Pods were clumped together in All Boxes !! I have had to cut them with scissors to try and separate them . I am Furious that I have wasted 16 pounds of MY MONTHLY WAGE ON a product which is not Satisfactory . I am asking for a refund so I may go and buy my regular Bold Liquid Please . i SHALL LOOK FORWARD TO YOUR RESPONSE . Very Dissatisfied .

I have used TIDE all of my life, but I recently bought a large (160 load) container of TIDE laundry detergent and found the product has a terrible perfumed odor rather than the traditional TIDE smell. The box is labeled "Original" but the the smell is certainly not the original. I hope that P&G return this product to its original state, otherwise when we finish this box our family will change brands of detergent.

I also purchased a 90 pac of Tide Pods for my 93 year old Mother. I felt it would be convenient for her and make life a tad bit easier............wrong.....



The pods on top were fine and separated, Mom was thrilled at the idea. After using several, we noticed that the pods underneath were stuck together. We now have a mess and no way to separate them. Bar purchased at Sam's.........



We both are thorougly disappointed......... I can't return them and feel as though I have been "had" by PG.

Hi have tried every phone number on the web and still not been able to contact anyone as both lines either are not working or do not exist.
My problem is your company said to the ASA that oral b toothpaste can adapt to whatever is wrong with your teeth which is a load of rubbish as my dentist has told me there is not a toothpaste out there that can adapt to specific problems with your teeth.

I bought Nioxin Hairspray and it would never spray, l was told to stand it up sidedown over night and the next morning still no spray but a stream that would not stop. When l called about it, l never received an apology for the product not working. I was told they would not send me a refund without a receipt (how many woman keep a receipt for hairspray?). After speaking to a supervisor l was told they would make an exception to this rule. No l feel the rule should be your company should stand by your product. I was never offered to have the spray replaced, l would have liked to see if this expensive hairspray would work for me. I recently called to see where my refund is and they said it was processed on l think the 21st August and l was told seeing that they are making an exception to the rule l should be patient!!!!!!
I have never seem such terrible customer relationship in my life, my hairdresser said how bad it is and needless to say l have told a lot of my friends.

This comment regards the 100% Natural Propellant Febreze Air effects. I have purchased at least three of these items and each time it stops spraying when the can is still half full. I tried putting the top under warm water and also used an old toothbrush thinking the hole may be clogged but none of these solutions helped and I had to throw each one away. Will you please check out this problem and try to solve it because I will not be buying anymore. Thank you for your attention.

My name is Courtney Kurowski and I have 3month twin girls and have used luvs diapers since birth. I bought a box of luvs diapers size 2 and was very disappointed when NONE OF THE TABS WERE USABLE!! This has happened before and I figured it was a one time thing. I love this product but cannot afford to keep buying them if they are defective.

Tide PODS - do not dissolve in cold water - used two different containers at two different locations both front load machines. When the clothes came out of low heat dryers both loads had globs of stuff that looked like melted jelly beans on all the clothes - was really disappointed since have used Tide PODS for a long time and loved it. I bought both of these at the same time - they both did exactly the same thing - unfortunately won't buy them again - took pictures but there is no email address - odd in this day and age

It just left my local Kroger store. They would not accept the PG Tide Oxi BOGO. I am truly disappointed with Kroger because I had been to Giant Eagle and Target previously trying to find this product. Because it would not scan at the register, the manager said they did not have to accept this coupon. Disappointed is not how I feel right now!!!!!

Hello. I wanted to express my disappointment with one aspect of your coupon company, I was please to find a coupon for your new tide with oxi pods, buy one get one free. It will expire on July 20th. I have visited Targets in Philadelphia and major grocery stores in my home town including Martns, Giant and Giant Eagle. Not one of these stores handles this new product so my coupon find will be worthless. I am very disappointed Can you tell me where I might get this new product BEFORE July 20. The Procter & Gamble "Fixodent" gets blocked half way as the nozzle is so narrow. Tired of having to throw half of the tube away (currently nearly £4 at Boots) because I can't unblock it. You need to return to the original tube where the nozzle was wider so if there's a blockage it's possible to insert a needle or something to unblock.

Thank you for years of great toilet paper! Recently, my husband and I have noticed that you have shortened your roll width, and I suspect you have increased the thickness of the paper. Is this true? Your roll no longer fits our holder! We go through a roll, well- in no time flat. We would never use profanity but we liked your product better before! It was softer and stronger!

I purchased a twin pack of car vent clips today. I love all the scents and am very happy with their results, always get compliments on how nice the inside of my car smells. However, the one clip was 3/4 full, which is usually the way they come, but the other one was 1/2 full, no where near as much fluid as the other one in the pack. Usually they both have equal amounts of fluid. I am not complaining, but just think you should be aware of this. Thank you for your time. Karen Laudisio

I have used Ariel actilift for a number of years with no ill-effects.Recently I decided to try Ariel actilift Clean and compact.I do not have a washing machine and wash by hand.Unfortunately this new formula has had disastorous effects on my skin.I am having to use Synylar cream and Doublebase on the contact dermatitis caused by the solution.I thought you would like to be informed of this,as the other Ariel does not have this effect.I will not be able to use the new clean and compact again.Such a shame,as the cleaning properties are excellent!Regards,Helen Faulkes.

I am very disappointed with Tide Pods. I have now ruined several towels and pieces of clothing because the pods didn't dissolve. The pods left purple or orange blotches on my articles of clothing and towels. (The towels were brand new - thanks.)

My family has been using Charmin bath tissues for a number of years and have enjoyed every wipe. After buying a new supply and finding out that you have reduced the roll of tissue by at least 1" in lengh which has reduced the quanity of tissue at the same price as before has, made me seek a new brand of tissue for my family. WHAT A WAY TO CHEAT THE PUBLIC.
