Trying to make contact with a real person is impossible.
Every sub zero number I called I was put on hold and after
9 minutes, I gave up. I have four sub zero refrigerators and they'll be my last, service impossible

My refrigerator and freezer (2 units) have been less reliable than cheaper appliances I have owned. The service has been poor and very expensive. My ice maker hasn't worked properly in years. My last service call left me with a freezer and refrigerator that won't seal properly. The service company seems uninterested in fixing my problem, but hey, they got $200 bucks for coming out and looking at it, and they wore nices matching outfits.
