As a long time member, I am pleased that they are respecting my wishes to not bug me with marketing calls. On the down side, even when I solicit a call, they respect it so I have to call them to get the information.
Once I am talking with the Life Insurance rep, they are knowledgeable, helpful and generally not pushy. They followed a very strict personal information security procedure to verify my identity and get my wife's permission before speaking to me about her policy.
Overall, their customer service on Life, Casualty and banking products is very good.
