Been paying for a free month trial for 9 months and had no idea! tried to call and their number doesn't work looks like something must be done about this not the first time obviously.

I have NEVER had a Zune account, someone obviously falsified information to set this account up using my credit card. I have tried everything possible to make contact with an individual with NO luck so I guess the next step is contacting my attorney so I can get my entire refund from Zune. I advise anyone out there NOT to allow Zune to have your credit card information, I didn't allow it but they have taken alot of money from my account. I finally had to discontinue my credit card.

We have owned 4 Zunes models and each has broken after a short period of time. The Zune access to music was great, but the Zune product itself was simply not a quality product.

The 1-877-GET-ZUNE (1-877-438-9863) number does not connect ("We're sorry, your call cannot be connected. Please check the number and try again."). Very frustrating... their responses to my assistance requests via e-mail all tell me to please call the above number. However, they sure are good at taking money out of my account every month.

Zune SUCKS!!!! I had a problem with my zune turning on. I sent it in for repair, and they sent back a repaired one and the wrong color that would not play all my songs. When I called about being sent a repaired one and the wrong color, I was told that this was all I was getting. Now none of the songs will play. Now that it does not work at all, I am unable to get ahold of anybody.

I'm about to blow a gasket!!! I can't seem to sync, keep getting error messages and have re-installed the software along w/having updated my device, etc. multiple times. There's absolutely NO support to contact ANYONE DIRECTLY without having to tweet, etc. WHERE is the customer service here?! I'm done! Done w/Zune. Done w/Microsoft completely...how does one even cancel the monthly charge?! I'm livid! They suck!

If I were to choose between staying with my zune or switching BACK to Apple. I would choose Apple. Zune has so many issues and is nearly impossible to get in contact with. They no longer have a support number to reach them at and one has to "tweet" to Zune for a response. Very poor quality, Very disappointed in Zune and all of it's affiliates.

I am now on my second fried device from Zune that screwed up for no reason and I can't even talk to a human about this. I already pay 15 dollars a month and Zune expects me to pay 119 dollars to fix a mistake that they made. Microsoft has gotten so greedy and the quality is going down the drain.

I've trying to get a hold of zune but i haven't had any luck! Very dissapinted with the services that i'm not recieving, and then when trying to do it through the website i don't even get the help i need.

screw zune. they serve no help. they dont care about their customers and they make sure you never have a way to contact them when you have a problem. i an ending my service and will NEVER use them again.

I purchased my mp3 player in Feb 2011 for my birthday. It worked well for 3 months then one day started shuffling thru my music and went to the #5 contact support. It was replaced (that one would not sync), that one was replaced (it did not turn on) that one was replaced (it went to the #5 contact support right after I turned it on). This is my 4th 120g Zune mp3 player that has been sent to me and my Zune either does not sync up with my computer (I have tried 3 different computers) OR it goes immediately to the #5. The player is STILL under warranty. No live support since they took down the phone number. I have tried to talk to a live person regarding this issue (I refused to pay $21.00 for live help that may or may not help), I am ready to contact and Attorney if I cannot get this issue resolved soon.

today i relieze that zune doesnt care about you as a customer some of my music got deleted due to them having buggy software and even said thats more and likely what happened but they wasnt reliable for losing my music and not to even refund me to rebuy the music to do what any respectable company i have dealt with has so from here on today i refuse to ever use another microsoft program my computers will run through linex ill buy an ipod so if your thinking of buying a zune i suggest you dont ever go through them from my experience the customer support was poor the attitude they gave was poor and mocking they didnt value me as a customer and trust me only one run in with them and im already done

I love my windows phone but the support is terrible, I cannot get an update and my Zune Software does not work or does not recognize my phone. I have tried three different computers. I dialed the support number that only directs me to the internet. The internet only offers me a few solutions and non of them work! HELP or I will have to get another product.

ABSOLUTLEY TERRIBLE! I HAVE HAD MY ZUNE FOR 5 YEARS AND IVE GONE THROUGH TWO. BUT I CAN NEVER GET IN TOUCCH WITH A COSTUMER SERVICE EMPLOYEE AND HAVE RECIEVED 2 MONTHS OF PAYMENTS AFTER I CANCELLED MY SUBSCRIPTION!

Absolute madness!!! Just received a charge on my debit card for MS Zune - impossible to contact a human (even in India or China/PLA) w/o providing your account number!!! I don't have an account so virtually impossible to fight w/o cancelling your credit card! Any product from MS sucks - they are the big player and cannot stand consumers!!! Just pay the bill and shut up!

No voice customer support. Zune sucks... I am defintely leaving and will purchasing my IPOD touch tomorrow. I have been with Zune for 2 yrs. No customer support and want to charge to answer basic questions. Bye bye Zune.

I have a Zune 120. About 2 months ago they forced me to do a software upgrade that completely shut down the Zune. When I called the Tech support team they told me that I could replace the device for a Zune 80 and I'd have to pay, I believe it was $85 or so. My response was the Zune was working fine before the forced update...why should I pay to replace a Zune...with a lesser model at that...for a device that broke because of their update. They told me they'd have someone call me back. That never happened. When I called yesterday, they have now taken the 877-438-9863 support number offline and force you to research the issue online. This is completely unacceptable. I will never get a Microsoft Device again, and will stick to just their software offerings.

I have a 2 year old ZUNE MP3 player that is not working and there is NO WAY to find a customer service rep to talk to or email to contact about my problem. I'm trashing the ZUNE and getting a brand that has reliable customer support.
