My husband and I had the pleasure of meeting Chris Hinand the other day for service and he was very professional and very customer service oriented. It as a pleasure having him here to correct a problem. Also one of your service phone reps by the name of Michael was also excelent.

Today Brian installed the ADT Security System in our home, and I was completely, 100% satisfied with his professional courtesy, his ability to help us understand the system operation and in layman terms whereas we could grasp how to operate the security system without any problems whatsoever! I am do thrilled now to feel the confidence and comfort of knowing that our home is protected as well as me and my family! I wish to take this time to express my sincere appreciation for hiring employees such as Brian as he is knowledgeable, and possesses the Knowledge, Skills and Abilities to get the job done, while offering an impeccable demeanor while serving the ADT customers as myself! We just had Melvin Ortiz, ADT Security Services out of Punta Gorda, to service our system. We had been having trouble with censors going off when doors slam, etc.. He was able to figure out the problem(s) and fix them and changed all the batteries. He was very friendly and professional. He was even great with our miniature schnauzers!

Bruce Borden fixed the problem with the window connection and installed new batteries to the main unit and motion detector. He was very helpful to me by answering all the questions I had about my security system and gave me a lot of extra information I did not know about the system. I highly recommend him for a job well done.

Attention Linda Coite:
My alarm system began beeping, because of a low battery. I called customer service, and they sent me a new battery, but this did not solve the problem. After some trial and error, I requested a service technician. His name was Chris Hinand. Chris worked with us to solve the problem. There was a bad wire, in the old system. He replaced the old system with your new system to our great satisfaction. We thank Chris with deep appreciation, and hope ADT appreciation employees like HIM. Thank You.

rich jones came to service my alarm system he was very professional and pleasant&helpfull very good service however when my system failed we had to wait almost a week for service we where a bit upset over it

Service Technician Miguel BARBOBA arrived as scheduled, performed the requested service quickly efficiently and very professionally. He explained all aspects enabling my wife and myself to understand everything. My wife requested additional information and his knowledge and suggestions were extremely helpful. Technician on time and called before arriving to give estimation of time arrival. Very thorough when discussing changes in installation of existing security system. Knowledgeable about home and internet systems. Explained usage. Asked if there were any questions. Polite and professional.

On September 1, 2015 - ADT Technician (Robert Feliciano) provided technical services and/or repairs to my home alarm system. He was quite diligent and meticulous in identifying the problem and providing a solution to the problem. He was methodical, conscientious, and demonstrated complete regard to every detail. I was very much satisfied with his professional approach,clear explanations, and preciseness. The technical problem was resolve! Thanks for providing excellent customer service!

Alot of negative reviews are people who got duped by a security salesman on a 'free installation' pitch not realizing they were signing up for a 3 year contract. With dozens of companies changing to 42 and 60 month contracts (which feel like a lifetime) ADT is still a standard 36 month agreement and you can move to any other location in the US for only $99 without paying a termination fee. Work with them and they will be glad to work with you, that has been our experience in reviewing ADT at Alarm Reviews.

Today I Had Adt Tech,andrew Gneiser Come To My Home In Riverview Florida To Correct A Key Pad Problem..andrew Was By Far The Most Professional And Knowledgable Adt Tech That Has Visitecd My Home During My 20 Plus Years With Adt..he Realized Just What My Problem Was And Corrected It Within A Short Time..adt Security Services Is Lucky To Have Andrew Onboard And His Knowhow And Attitude Is A Big,big Assett To Adt..thank You Andrew For A Job Well Done..it Was Most Appreciated.....

ADT replaced a worn touchpad today. The Service Technician, Miguel Barboza, was friendly, efficient and thorough. He also took the time to bring me up to speed on ADT's new systems and services.

This was a very positive experience.

The tech was very nice. He found the trouble in just a min. I thought it was a door sensor, but it was a window sensor. in 30 sec it was fixed.
