I received excellent service today in having my ADT panel updated. The service Tech was Joe Zielinski 4 Joe's manager's name is Jack Evans. Thank you for the excellent service I have received!

I just bought my first "home" (not an apt) and am single, therefore safety is a big deal! Aurelio Ramos (Bruce) was the Installation Tech. He was diligent, kind, knowledgeable, patient and just a pleasure. Made me feel that I was and would be safe. He was very careful in explaining all clearly and making sure that when he left everything seemed to have been set up securely. Now I must give time and pray that the security system works well! (so far so good) and hopefully that I won't really need it.

I would to recommend special recognition to employee 'Chuck Brown' Field Tech, for his job at our home. This was the original unit which was installed in our home in 2003. The battery cell had used up it's life span, and he was sent to replace it. Upon doing so, he noticed that there were other problems with the unit. He call his office to see if there was a replacement available, and went to pick it up, and returned to replace the entire unit. Encountering a few minor difficulties, he completed the job in short time. Chuck was extremely polite, very knowledgeable in his expertise, and time efficient. Chuck is, in our opinion, a valuable employee and an asset to your company. We remain loyal customers of ADT Security System.

I had my system upgraded today and when the gentlemen left I went to use my home phone to find out I had no phone service and one of my key pads was not working. I called ADT immediately and was told that it would be two hours before someone could call me to send someone out to fix the problems they created. When I asked for a manager I was told the same thing. Someone claiming to be a manager called but was not helpful and told me a tech was on the way. Finally Bob Bandino arrived and quickly discovered the two problems. The original tech had broken the phone wire when he installed the new system so Bob fixed it. As for the key pad the original tech had not entered the new address so it would work. Thank goodness for Bob. I'm not sure if I'm going to stay with ADT but if I do it'll be because of Bob! My ratings below apply only to Bob, everyone else would get a 1!

Had to comment on the EXCELLENT service we just experienced with one of ADT's Technicians, ROBERT FELICIANO. He literally just left our home and we wanted to make sure we commented on the great service we received. He arrived well ahead of schedule (which meant we weren't waiting around all day), was extremely knowledgeable in what he was doing, very pleasant and funny personality (important at any time, but especially nice on Christmas Eve), and thorough! It was one of the best experiences with a service technician we've ever had!

I am so frustrated by the incompetent, faulty and slow telephone service I received today about a problem with my security service, I am seriously considering cancelling ADT and hiring another service provider.

After reaching a service technician, I will say that he was polite, informative and competent.

My technician Joe Zielinskiwas here for my appointment right on time and he was very professional, Friendly & very informed with the reason for the visit. He quickly fixed my problem. He is asset to your company (ADT).

I wanted to let you know how happy I am with my ADT Installation Tech Eric Johnson. We had two break-ins one on a Thursday then next day Friday morning they came in again. Eric was kind enough to change his schedule so he could install a complete system in on Saturday morning to stop the bad guy from coming back. He did an excellent job went over how the everything worked and how to operate and get to know the Master Keypad. He answered any and all questions we had on the alarm system. He was very informative on exactly what type of alarms were need for the doors and motion detection.

contacted ADT regarding an issue with my pulse system and tech 10291 (Ken) responded.He was very helpful and professional clearly explaining the problem and resolving my issue. I am very impressed with the service I received.
