Amgen Customer Service

Customer service is great. Always a problem getting your Enbrel. This time they need a new prescription because the one faxed from my doctor needs to go to a different number then the one they have. I've been on it for 10 years and every year there is a problem! Unbelievable! The customer service is always friendly while they screw you over.

Terrible terrible terrible customer . You're on hold for how long and you're always getting just a customer service could never get to a corporate person. Amgen just keeps giving you the runaround. Doctors office sent a
Year prescription and they're trying to tell me they don't have it that his prescription was for only three months and there's no refills I have the fax confirmation page the doctor gave me so apparently who is doing the paperwork. Never had a problem when it was or Tesla with CVS specialty pharmacy now this company sucks with a big capital S

Amgen has terrible customer service. Amgen states mussing page fir patient assistance, faxed over 4 times and they still say haven't received.
This is a terrible company that took over CVS Specially fir certain prescriptions. Can never get to speak to a manager

Their phone wait times are so long. Every time I call, I'm on hold for 15 minutes just to refill a prescription or check the status of my application. They also make you listen to a recorded message before asking for a person to speak to. If I wanted a recorded message I would go on their website.
"Your calls are important to us" seems like a lie seeing as they must have 3 people answering calls. Hire more people please!
