Hurricane, Utah ROBBIE went above and beyond to assist me with an issue that could have been very dangerous for me.
He took the time to fix a broken hood latch. A tedious repair that certainly could have frustrated most. He offered excellent customer service, showed concern for my safety and well being and asked for nothing in return except for a review. Much appreciated and expect word of mouth kudos galore.

My car battery was dead every morning during Christmas vacation. The day after Christmas mechanics were obviously busy with long waiting lines. I went to AutoZone on the avenue of the cities in Moline and Aaron L sold me a battery and put it in for free. It didn't even take that long. He was very courteous and helpful. Thank you for your excellent customer service.

I went to the Blountville TN store I met a young man there Brandon he helped me purchase a battery. He was so professional kind and knowledgeable Great experience I will come back for further needs. He needs to be the Manager Five stars to Brandon

Went to Auto Zone in Plainfield IN a gentleman named Rizzo helped me put a cable on my battery. I just want to say he went way above and beyond what he needed to do to make sure my battery was properly tight and secure and I was able to drive away knowing I was safe from any kind of dead battery. He got a part out of his personal vehicle because they did not have one to put on my battery can't say enough thanks to this young man for his kindness and willingness to help. Thank you so much Sharon

I like to say my experience at AutoZone at 1200 East Imperial and Central in Los Angeles was so awesome. A youngman name"Zy" was so polite and helpful. He took the time to help me with my car and told me exactly what I needed and help me. I like to say he is truly a great Asset to Auto Zone. God bless that youngman.

I shop at the auto zone store on Platt Springs Rd and Southlake Dr in Lexington, SC. I have been since the store opened. I get the best customer service from Tonya. This week she went the extra mile to get me the right part. When I was ready to give up she continued and found what I needed.

You know, every business has practices that they go by because they have learned from mistakes,, if people would read the return policy they will see its no different than any other retailer, it clearly says,, must be in certain conditions, and shipping is non refundable,, but most likely the cases are that you broke it or installed it wrong and now you cant just say, i did this or that because you know that wont get your refund,, ive never had any problems returning anything to AutoZone ever, because i dont go in with an attitude trying to get over on them... It is what it is, maybe you will order the right part next time, or learn how to install it

Had a hard time changing my front brake pads, but Justin Racca help me and taught me everything I need know about brakes today. He was an excellent employee. He beyond to help his customers not only me, but other people in line as well.

This review is about John H at your store # 4852 in Fort Myers, FL. First of all, I love Auto Zone in principle, but I really love John H, who has never failed to fix one of my car problems; Secondly my Jeep Liberty now has 166000 miles and thanks to John H.'s knowledge, experience, patience, friendliness and never ending help, it runs and runs. So I just decided help on customer service and she was phenomenal! She helped me locate my warranty and helped me have a peace of mind knowing I don't have re purchase expensive duralast brake pads! Thank god! Please hire more of those as it makes for great investment! I probably would have never came back, honestly.

As a traveling, stranded motorist that just made it to an AutoZone #2468 parking lot, on a Sunday, we cannot tell you how thankful we made it there.
Customer Service above and beyond. Tested our battery, needed alternator, they even went to another store to get the part for us!! So nice, even checked on us as we're trying to fix the problem.

Nick at the Port Huron, Michigan store (on 32nd street) took great care of me. He went above and beyond to help me out today. I've always had fantastic service from this store. I highly recommend them.

My car un expectantly died as I was turning left onto Trinity Road from Germantown Parkway Rd on 10/18.2021 at 7 pm in Cordova, TN. I called USAA road side assistance and the Memphis police and let them know my dangerous situation, but no one came. I called the nearby Autozone store to see if they had a battery to fit my car. I told the person who answered my situation. Immediately, Larry said, " I can see you from my door and am coming out to help you". Larry appeared in his big white truck and hooked up a jump battery. I started the car and got it into the AutoZone parking lot. At 9:45 pm, he put a new battery and found a bad alternator. Still, I was able to drive the car home with my daughter following behind me. Larry exemplifies the highest standard of customer service I have ever experienced.He very possibly saved me a serious accident. He is a HERO due to his selfless service and dedication to serving customers

I was in the Holland 32nd store to get headlights and a young man Danny P. Helped me. He was so friendly and teplaced the lights for me in a matter of minutes.He should be recongnized for being a good helpful employee. Thanks Danny.
