Talked to customer service today, my issue was taken care of in less than 10 minutes, and 60 dollars refunded to me. BE NICE to them and HAVE PATIENCE and they are quite good actually.

Just cancelled my son's account. I got to a service representative in less than 60 seconds who has knowledgeable, polite and very helpful. She did have to switch between applications and machines, however. What's up with that?

Thanks for this page and especially for marvelous customer rep Tiffany. The automated service could not help. Most frustrating was the lack of the automated option to reach a rep. If it wasn't for Google, this page and Tiffany, I'd be stuck.

Called on Feb 3 around 4PM and was in touch within 2 to 3 minutes. The rep said her name was Tiffany who was very kind, patient and able to help me through MY disorganized, multiple questions.

I found this site today searching for a contact number for BOA mortgage. Earlier today I got a call from a BOA computer operator saying my payment for this month was late. Calmly I looked into my electronic banking records and confirmed my hunch was correct and that they had made the error.

I spent approx 50 mins with a BOA associate and found her polite, calm, helpful, and professional as any could be over the phone. I have also come to find out today that the BOA banking system dose not recognize partial payments for mortgages. Earlier this month, I decided to break up my monthly payment into an automatic every two week deduction from my bank. In reality I was ahead of schedule and their system thought I was behind. Beware of this system flaw.

Being calm, pleasant and straight forward with your concern to the other end of the phone line has always been a plus for me. Any live phone personality is just human like yourself. Control your anger, have all your paperwork in front of you with a game plan for gaining information. Work with the associate and resolve your conflict. Above all, be patient.

A funny thing happened while I was on hold, I played my grand piano to pass the time. Unknown to me, the associate thought she was on hold listening to music when she came back online. I did not realize I was being listened to so closely until she spoke. I was flattered she thought I was a recording, and she was humored to find out I was playing live. Give and take people, treat one another better and you will get more out of life. Peace ! :)

Quick to resolve issues, bloody long to connect or kinda long when you get transferred to another department. Hate spending minutes on my cell to call and be on hold.

Good customer service though, speedy and courteous.
