I've never waited so long to simply have a return address label emailed to me. I've been trying to return a water filter for my fridge since MAY! Customer service individuals have been nice from my experience but there is no action happening. The wait times are currently around 45 minutes....yes, 45 minutes just to talk to someone!! After an hour of my time, week after week, nothing happens. It's beyond embarrassing that I can't get a return address label emailed to me. I've tried so many different things on each call...talking to Managers, having Bosch send an email directly to the returns department...etc. I would highly recommend NEVER purchasing anything Bosch related if this is how they treat their customers over a simple return. Unbelievable.

I have been waiting for a part for over a year from Bosch. My cook top has not worked since the day it was installed. I kept calling them for a status report and they told me they would notify me immediately once the part was in. I waited for months with no outreach and then I called them and sure enough the part was in but no one had contacted me. The reason why? There was a problem with the service area. I was assured that someone would contact me with in 48 hours to set up a service appointment. Did that happen? NO, of course not. I have now been on hold 25 minutes waiting to set up an appointment. Someone just picked up and now I have been transferred to another desk and am back on hold. This is simply the worst service I have EVER received. I highly recommend never buying a Bosch product.

I recently moved into a different house. I had the best dishwasher ever in my old house. It was a GE installed roughly the year 2010. It was perfect in every way. Now I moved into a different house with a Bosch dishwasher from 2015. This is by far the worst dishwasher I have ever seen. I've had seven different dishwashers. This is the only one that has such a horrible smell. I am afraid to put dishes in it because of the high amount of bacteria that exist. My son-in-law cleaned it for me. A week later it smelled as bad as it did before. I read on YouTube it was a manufacturing defect where all the food gets trapped in some loop. So I called the company and asked them what they are doing about it. They denied ever having a problem of course. It is well known. So well known is posted on YouTube I told her. she told me I must clean the dishwasher. I told her that was done after Christmas. She said it must be done weekly. I said it took over 45 minutes. She said it shouldn't take that long. So I did what she told me it took over an hour. The dishwasher did not smell until I use it again. Again I'm afraid to put any dishes in it cause the smell is so horrific. The design is horrible. Don't know why everything in there is full of rust. All of my silverware has turned to rust. I feel like vomiting if I open the door. The design is so poor I don't know who won earth has come up with this crummy design. There's no place to put a frying pan or a pot. Some of the new designs had the silverware going in the back. Do you not use more silverware than anything else? Why isn't it in the door where it should be? Where do I put my frying pan? It would be so much easier just to do the dishes then it would be to clean the sink every time I use it. What is the purpose of this dishwasher? It does not dry the dishes the cycles over two hours and it still stinks. I can't believe they cost $1000 for this piece of junk. How could they be highly rated when they're so awful? Were these readings written by Bosch? How do I get the money back to buy a different one? Does anybody even know how to install them?

Dishwasher doesn't dry. We tried to work with their support who were nice at first. Still doesn't dry and didn't auto open. Called and after waiting a long time to hear back the service rep was rude. We kindly asked to speak with someone else and they just hung up.

I'm very irate it I've been waiting for my Thermidor 48 inch oven for 20 months now. One excuse after another. How can you live without a stove for that long. Is there anybody out there that can help me?

Bosch used to be a brand... now is a joke.
I use to like Bosch... the quality of their products dropped dramatically and above all their customer service it's utterly rubbish. My electric chainsaw (a very simple tool otherwise) broke at first use ... a pond of oil was coming from inside of the machine...and their "3 year warranty" is a joke... coming back from the service with the same heavy leak...TWICE. What a terrible waste of money and time....

The worst customer experience I've ever had.
The products are not great. I'm going back to Maytag.
Dw broke 1 year in. 2 months to fix. Microwave hood fan died one month after warranty. Unfixable. $5000 coffee machine under warranty cannot tell me when parts will be in. Case number and escalation done and no word yet. Customer service agent is soooo rude and one technician is a blatant racist. DO NOT BUY Bosch!!!! RUN. I'm guessing their marketing department is good cause I believed they were a high end brand and after $15000 I feel "taken"

Horrible customer service. The people are rude. They interrupt. They don't have answers. Every time I am allowed to ask a question I get different information. They are untrained. Their problem solving is just to hang up. Never allowed to speak to a supervisor. OMG

Purchased an upper crockery basked after giving our SHE and FD #. The basket doesn't fit. Called customer service (and I use the term loosely). Was given a CASE # for them to REVIEW my issue - WHAT???

The 2016 combo heating system failed a month after warranty ended. Repair costs $1K plus. Less than a year later another leak ib the cheap plastic components they use. Bosch units suck ... that includes the odor emitting dishwasher. All crap. So I'll spread the bad news to all.

Terrible customer experience. I had a cooktop and igniter broke.
I scheduled a service appointment last year for the Bosch cooktop and when the technician visited he ordered a couple of parts and told us that he will be back when parts arrive.
I heard a few days back that parts are not available which means that the cooktop cannot be fixed. I have a few concerns: when the technician came he broke the partially working burner and that does not work at all. He replaced Grill Grids, etc If I would have known that the cooktop cannot be fixed, I wouldn't have spent money getting those things in the first place. Now only 4 burners are working; earlier all burners were working with the exception of igniter. These parts are already very expensive and I am losing faith in Bosch since it is very hard to find technicians for the brand and there is no reliability and no one wants to repair Bosch.

We bought a Bosch refrigerator in January. By April it was non functional. It would need circuit board repair. The repair parts were ordered and did not work. The Appliance repair told Bosch the refrigerator would need replacement. Bosch refused instead saying parts were on order. Almost three months later and no refrigerator and several e-mails /phone calls they have final said they will replace it. Yeah!!!! No...it ids on back order and they won't send a similar /newer model so we still wait refrigerator less

Terrible customer service. We have been without a dishwasher for 23 days and are still waiting for some sort of update.

We contacted Bosch regarding an error code that reflected a malfunctioning part covered under warranty. Was told by the agent that they'd send a local technician out. After a week, I contacted them to get the information for the technician as we hadn't heard from them. Called the number provided and it was disconnected. Looked the company up online and called, only to learn they don't work on dishwashers or do house calls. Called Bosch back and was told they were canceling the order and booking a different technician. Got the name and tried reaching out directly. Because it was a Friday and they were closed F-Sun, I called back Monday to confirm Bosch has scheduled their service---- was told they stopped doing warranty work for Bosch years ago.

I called Bosch back and was told a field rep would find a technician in my area and they'd get back to me by the next day. Waited two days and reached back out only to get unclear answers and vague timelines--- the agent also asked me to go ahead and submit proof of purchase. I found this particularly annoying since the very first agent I spoke with was able to pull all of that info up based on the serial number I provided (could even tell which company we purchased from/when). I obliged and sent the digital receipt we had. We were then contacted a day or two later and told the receipt didn't show a model number and they needed the paper copy. Again, upset because the paper copy was the EXACT SAME, I obliged and even sent screenshots of all the serial info/model info on the dishwasher itself. I was told by the agent who called to request paper docs that we'd hear back right away, but it's been a week and I've replied to the same email thread daily requesting updates..

So yeah, 3.5 weeks later I am no closer to a resolution and feel that Bosch is just stringing us along. Heck, why did they 'schedule' two separate technicians but clearly did not confirm their availability/willingness to do the work. I can only imagine they just fax or email the companies an order and expect them to fill it. It seems unacceptable I had to be the one to call THEIR technicians and learn the work was NOT going to happen.

I have just found a business with customer service that is worse than Telstra.
Bosch is just down right awful.
I have a front loader washing machine that I bought 20 months ago, so still in warranty, they rang me back once, passed me onto another department, the phone then went dead. I have tried 3 or 4 more times to contact them.Perhaps they are waiting for the 2 year warranty to come around before they ring me back.

Bosch sends technician to my house for washer repair. Instead he did nothing. Absolutely nothing. And I was charged for 159 dollars. Later said it takes almost 2800 dollars for repair. He was very rude and I can not understand. Sigh for Bosch. The worst I have ever met. Bosch I am sure I am not the only one sends this complaints. So do something to save your reputation.

Bad customer service. It keeps you waiting forever on line. And change service hours without agreement.

After 5 years, our Bosch 800 stopped working due to a material defect that a Bosch repair person deemed unfixable. As we had fallen out of warranty, Bosch simply offered us a 60% discount on a new dishwasher as a consolation. I would have highly preferred a highly reliable machine that lasted for for at least 10 years without defects or repairs, especially for the price I paid! Not worth the money.

Incompetent customer service. Purchased double wall ovens with the left to right rather than up and down doors which is a premium product. Took forever to get them and one finally installed there was a manufacturing defect in the glass of the top oven. It took weeks to schedule a customer service technician call. Instead of repairing the technician said he needed to order new glass for the door. It took four months to get the new glass and schedule a follow up service call. I confirmed on the phone two times that the parts had arrived in would be installed today by the technician. Needless to say the technician arrived today had no parts no idea what the problem was no idea that there was a previous service call or that parts had been ordered. He apologized and left. I called customer service and they said they would investigate to see if parts have been ordered and delivered and would get back to me and reschedule yet another service call. Absolutely incompetent

Worst experience ever. Bosch inspected our Bosch oven which was leaking gas. We have been waiting for 3 months to have a valve replaced. They told us twice that the valve was in stock in North Carolina and it was designated for us but it never arrived. And we have stayed without an oven for 3 months. This is the worst company and customer service ever. DO NOT BUY BOSCH!!!

I am in the process of buying a new ductless air conditioning system. One of the makes quoted was Bosch. I thought it was a good name to go with but Bosch doesn't have a Canadian phone number anywhere to be found (or they have hidden it well). I then searched for dealers in the Toronto area, that too seems to be top secret because I cannot find a Bosch dealer, all those who are listed as Bosch dealers that I called (except for the one who quoted it) do not recommend or sell Bosch ductless A/C systems.

So, as a result, Bosch is out. I will accept what I heard from the dealers I spoke with.

Big companies like this one have become increasingly difficult to contact, to deal with, to rely on. Consumers need to address this issue by not buying from them.

I'm a patient person. I ordered my combo wall oven on march 12, 2020, through a local dealer. Today is march 11, 2021, I still don't have my oven, look i get it Covid and Joe Biden screwed things up. The issue is BOSCH customer service. They refuse to give me an idea of when I can expect my product. Transferred 5 times, then they tell me i have to talk to my dealer---my dealer says i need to talk to bosch. Then cust serv hangs up on me. Call the corp office, no one answers the phone. Press 1 for customer service and you get cut off. Pardon the french....but this is BULL S**T, I'm stuck this has to match my other appliances all i want is some answers!
