OMG!!! Now Burger King has "junior" whoppers 2 for $5?? I understand inflation, but you prices were the main reason my family went there! Apparently you have also decided to put the boot to the customer! We won't be going to Burger King anymore! That really sucks!!

Paid 10+$ for RAW CHICKEN SANDWICH and then was discriminated when asked for a refund and treated like a free-loader and was told, ("no habla English?") By 15 year old boys behind the counter. Not only was i denied by every "manager" and/or employee i asked to give me their name,(no name tags where visible) no compensation or even the slightest bit of customer service was given in any way shape or form. I was degraded and humiliated in front of my 5 year old daughter and treated as if I was a con, just simply lying about being served RAW CHICKEN,in attempts to get a quick $9 from a burger king. I was humiliated in front of my child and discriminated against when I asked if the " manager" could look up my order bc I didn't have my receipt. I gave the exact order and even went to the extent of asking to review the camera for proof of my accusations. I was told that the cameras do not capture the drive through windows and treated like a lair.

Hello, we stopped at Burger King at Clarence service area, and not only were unable to purchase food, but had a very unpleasant experience. Thus happened at about 10:15 pm on Sunday, July 16th. People with orders placed were waiting very long time. Other customers, like my family and other people could not place their order and have to leave. The scene we watched was horrible. The store manager was yelling at employees in front of customers, was making a drama scene, was not serving clients, showed her disappointment and told the customers in line that they won't be able to place order as there is no cashier. First of all, the customers should see no drama, second, employees should not be yelled at, especially in front of customers which is humiliating, third, responsibility of assistant manager should include assuming the role of cashier when they are unavailable. This manager's behavior was very unprofessional, humiliating and damaging to Burger King's reputation and image. Thanks

We have been BK customers at the store in Newport Oregon the last few times we where there after Covid the front door was broken and the one front window had bad water stains and have been that way for months the staff is friendly but the store is dirty
We will not go back

I ordered through there app almost 2 weeks ago. They double charged me for the order and then neither order was delivered. I was told I would be refunded for both in 3-5 business days and never received either refund. When I have repeatedly emailed because there is no number to call, I was told to wait longer. I will never use burger king again! This is beyond the worst customer service I have ever dealt with!

Worst experience every I am a trucker and always find a burger King, since I retired the name BurgerKing has taken on a whole new name in Black River Falls Wi its new name is Drag Queen USA , there you will will find painted up half naked boys that look like women the food order is not correct and they are running around half naked with makeup bras and holy pants and there shirts off , talk about piss me off my mom who has cancer was totally upset , I am a past restaurant manager and a business man from the area and never again will I patronize DragQueen Black River Falls Wisconsin.You need to take this seriously because many people from the local area are already talking about such disgrace to the area. I personally feel that your update was a waste you need to find quality people and get them uniform and work ready and no jewelry and none of this nonsense of being non professional.

Sure! Here is a review of the customer service we experienced at Burger King located at 801 E Scott St, Tampa, FL 33602:

I was extremely disappointed with the customer service at this Burger King location. During our recent visit to the restaurant, my family and I were mistreated and yelled at by an aggressive, rude, and racist male employee. He made us feel horrible, and we waited for more than 15 minutes for him to turn around and address us.

Not only did he show a lack of respect towards us, but he also mistreated his coworkers and other customers. He yelled at a woman who politely asked for water, and he even threw a coupon at us when we attempted to translate a situation with another customer. The experiences we had resulted in several families leaving the restaurant.

Overall, the behavior we experienced from the employee we encountered was completely unacceptable. It made everyone around us uncomfortable and upset. I hope that Burger King takes action to ensure that such mistreatment does not happen again at any of their locations, as it goes against the values of good customer service.

I would not recommend this location to anyone solely due to the extremely poor customer service. It is not acceptable to be yelled at and mistreated when visiting any restaurant, and it was a truly disappointing experience.

It took me 45 minutes to get my order.The man in front of me it took him 40 minutes after he ordered.Then I got the wrong order. The Burger King is on Stadium Drive in Phenix City Alabama. I would suggest if these people don't want to work then Hire someone that does.There are many people that don't have jobs. I'm sure I'm Not the only person to complain about this store.

The Burger King on Erie/Ty 4 in Hamilton is losing business because the drive thru order taker apparently cannot compute to add to the order. After saying I was being rude, I said it's not my fault you couldn't understand to add to the order, I just drove off. 6-10-23 5 pm

Store 6484 the GM Amber is the worst mgr. Ever seen talks down to customers after customers Find things wrong. I'm a retired Federal Agent and I have never seen nothing like her or her customer service skills. The first time they sold me a small chicken sandwich when I paid for the big one. When told I would like my money back, on purpose she made me sta d there 48 minutes out of spite! I stopped coming! So about 2 weeks ago I've been coming in everyday for the 2 quarter pound kings for 6.50...Today I asked and she said make them fresh the girl took the meat with cheese on top already put it back in the drawer. Then when Amber,GM, Was on Cash register she went back to the drawer, I was watching the girl, she put the same meat and cheese back on my burger instead of waiting for the fresh stuff. Have you I watched the whole thing! When I told Amber,GM, she stated calling me a liar saying I always come over there and cause problems. This a lady who has no business acting or talking to customers like this and when yo ask for a corpi number she goes even to getting worse! I've seen the employees trade weed for food here as well as other things. I can not believe that the owners put up with this kind of stuff. People like this shouldn't be in business. I am going to make sure the city as well as government start an investigation. This is not the way business work's... I can promise also that the owners will have to answer for this as well. Immigration has been a problem for this store also. Where is America going to!!!

I went to redeem the free Whopper with my Crowns but was told I had to purchase something first. Anything even a cookie. I didn't want a cookie. So I still used the app for a deal (double Whopper with fries)instead. Never did get my free Whopper. It's the principal of the thing. If you have to make a purchase then it's not free is it? So why call it free. I won't care about the crowns in the future since you're nickel and diming your customers especially at a time when the prices are too high to begin with.

A complete scam I ordered 32+ dollars of food it never came , no call no anything I've been trying to report it for 1ndays now but they have it set up that u have to email and the people on the other end are just bots I even called corporate and they transferred back to the bot line

In 1977 , l worked at Burger King in Orlando, Florida, l was 18 years old and a mom to a 9 month old boy , my manager was a sweet woman named Mae Truitt. , she managed the one on West Colonial Dr snd Pine hills Rd , she ran a tight ship and the food was made fresh snd tasty , nowadays Burger King is the worst fast food restaurant in not only Orange County but Brevard County also , they are either out of ice or burgers or something, l just can't believe as s longtime customer , thst this establishment has gone down the toliet. !!

What happened to Burger King. How can you call yourselves Burger King? I bought two Junior whoppers and I laughed so hard when I saw the size seriously guys? And then when I open the bun what are you call? A burger is sinful.
I pull up to your establishment thinking you're closed because all the lights outside are off why is that?
The drive-through person is so rude. You can't even finish the sentence for placing your order before she cuts in. Rushing you with your coupon code.
I asked them please please please do not put sauces on any of my burgers that I order. Guess what happened when I got home mayonnaise oozing out of every burger. Three times because I was afraid this was gonna happen three times. I asked her please don't put any sauces on there.
I ordered a rodeo burger with no sauce and she kept asking me what I meant and was going to remove the onion rings. Our onion rings a sauce to you? I've been to this Burger King three times in the last two months and I guarantee I will never ever go back coupon or not, the wilted half a piece of lettuce that was on the burger they probably could've just kept it off. I want you to come here and eat but make sure you pass through the drive-through when you place your order and don't leave without checking it because I guarantee it will be off shame on you burger flop. You gotta earn the word king.

Order was messed up a lot! Ordered 8 chicken nuggets got a handfull of mozzarella sticks.
Ordered a special 2 for $5. Jr whoppers 1 with bacon. Bacon not cooked was still nearly raw.

If I could have given this place zero stars I would have. Today we used a coupon for a Family Bundle - 3 whoppers, 3 cheeseburgers and 3 french fries. We also ordered a medium soda. We went inside to order since we wanted to customize the whoppers. We told them, on all the burgers, to hold the mayo, add mustard and ketchup. (We didn't realize at the time that the cheeseburgers were supposed to come with ketchup and mustard.) Then, for the three Whoppers, add cheese, extra onions, extra pickles. Simple, right? Got home, opened the bag...the Whoppers were slathered with not just mayo, but EXTRA mayo, but no ketchup or mustard. No cheese, no extra pickles, no extra onions. The opposite of what we ordered. As for the cheeseburgers, they usually come with mustard and ketchup, but they removed the mustard instead of adding more. We tried calling the store, but nobody ever picked up...after multiple tries. Meanwhile, we had already started eating one of the fries. When we could not get through on the phone, we took everything back, except one of the three french fries. They re-made the order, but only gave us two fries since we had already eaten one. Ok. I can live with that....but they also downsized the fries. We had originally received 3 medium fries...they replaced those with 2 small fries. As for the Whoppers...this time there was a tiny piece of cheese (come on, fellas...at least put enough cheese on these to almost cover the meat), BUT....there STILL was no mustard. In fact, there were no condiments AT ALL -- no mustard, no ketchup, no mayo. (At least they got the "no mayo" part right this time.) There also were no extra pickles, no extra onions. There were two tiny slices of pickle and two thin rings of onion...not even a slice of onion. Really?!? We added what we had here at home, and by the time we finished doctoring the burgers and were ready to eat, they were stone-cold, of course. Out of curiosity I opened one of the cheeseburgers. They are supposed to come with meat, cheese, pickles, ketchup and mustard. That would have been perfect. The three cheeseburgers we got had meat, cheese, EXTRA PICKLES, EXTRA ONIONS, and ketchup. STILL wrong. Again, they left off the mustard, and they added the extra pickles as well as onions, which don't even come with a regular cheeseburger. EVERYTHING was STILL wrong. In fact, they were even MORE wrong than the first order. To add insult to injury, most burger places will tell you to "keep it [the incorrect order] because we will just throw it away." Well, this place actually took the incorrect order and tossed it into the trash themselves. Didn't even offer that we could take it with us. Just the principle of the matter that irked us - not even an offer to us to make that choice. AND....they kept the original receipt, so we have no reference info...store number, date, time, etc., and no option to fill out a survey and get a free whopper.... We mentioned that we had tried to call them several times to tell them of the problem before we had to drive down. The manager's response was, "Oh, our phones don't work." Great, We have already ruled out three other Burger King locations because they never get the orders right....this is number four. We are running out of locations to try.

My local BK restaurant is terrible. 910 Riverside Drive Espanola NM. THE WORST BURGER BY FAR IN TOWN, in the area asks even the state. Cover on BK you are in the good business. A little effort works improve the dog crap you sell. The buns are stale and never toasted. The meat was old and rubberized. The fries were over cooked. Terrible. Wake up.

I was at Irving ny Burger King and witnessed the supposed management reprimand a new employee in front of customers the manager named Ashley reprimand Sue who told us she was fairly new. She was courteous and knew the menu well. As I was waiting for our food, she ran out and cleaned the dining room cleaning tables and wiping and stocking where you get your drinks. She hurried back to wait on another customer and this so called manager told her to go clean the dining room. She said she did. The manager stormed into the dining toon, looked everything over and brought back 1 tray. She gave her a dirty look I thought that was rude to her and bad Sue tried hard and was very friendly overall experience was poor from management treating new employees like they were a dog

I was told to pull ahead I was sitting for over 10 minutes. I went in side to ask where my food was I was told by who I think was a manager ( Ashley) I would be soon. I waited another 5 minutes and the food was cold
