Caterpillar Customer Service

I would just like to know at what point is "anyone" in your company taking another persons temperature a liability??? If an RN was designated to this, this would be understandable. However, a security guard does NOT qualify under those standards. There are people, workers, possibly guests, that have to wait up to 45 min or more at times to get into the building baxk to their jobs because ONLY a security guard can take their temperature. This to me, is unheard of. This is an example of an abuse of power and huge ego that only hurts the company. Hoke rd location.

I have to order 1 month ago . I get my order small for me I want to exchange I sensed but I didn't get . I called to them they said return . I don't want to return. Because long time I wait this boots discounts . I m so sad now how the possible return !!
