I called today to get my wireless router hooked up i was on the phone with a really nice support guy then he transfereed me over to someone elses and all this guy wanted wasfor me to pay him almost 300.00 dollars and after i said no he refused to even try hooking up my router and then disconnected the conversation i found he became extremly rude after i said i wouldnt buy what he was asking all i wanted was my wireless router hooked up. Im not happy with the tech support i received at all and im still not connected

Customer service is terrible, talk to people in India who can't transfer you to the service center people for a replacement product. They can issue you an RMA, but you have to then contact those at the service centre. Was issued with advanced replacement, but never got it because I had to contact more people to do this and pay the postage with insurance on the product. Dlink's advance replacement information says that the product must be shipped the day of issue or the next working day. Customer is again out of pocket for a product that stopped working a month later.

Horrible customer service! Never order from DLink. EMailed back and forth for a month just to get a e-label to return my product. Their strategy is to make you so frustrated, you just give up and keep the horrible product that didn't work.

Am working in an organization where I have this D link DIR-412 Router and there are many users who use wireless network Is there a way I can recover MAC address When there is a power cut please let me know.

I've been a loyal customer for a decade. The customer service is totally gone now. They have zero interest in there customers and couldn't care less about customer loyalty. This brand has been flushed. I will no longer give them my business in any way shape or form. All of my future installs will be most likely done with Linksys or Netgear from now on. They do not realize how many units I will be switching out simply because they refused to be polite and professional on a phone call. And It was Van Ngo the manager of customer service who was this rude to me. Go figure that his crew would take after the manager.

I tried to online chat with an agent, but he ended the chat before I could finish asking my questions. he didn't seem too interested in helping me. I have been trying to reset my router for over 4 hours & am ready to throw it out the window!

Very Very Third Class Service Are Offred From D-link. They Say Dds Service Means D-link Direct Services Is Third Class Service I Have Seen In My Life. I Have 3 Rd Replacement Pending More Than 15 Days And They Donot Reply Us Properly By Chating Or By E-mail. It's Better Go For Another Company Which Is More Reliable.

I have had 3 replacements of their wireless modem in a span of less than one month. The last replacement lasted for one day. Still not got any feedback from them.

Very very poor customer service and aftersales support with their CCTV cameras and Network Video Recorder.
D-Link are in denial regarding faulty and unreliable products.

I called on Sat 10:30 AM to DLink Australia and when I give the DLink Model number DIR 300 I was told my Router is too old and they do not have the 'expertise' support anymore about this product.

I believe this response was a jocke and they do not help at all and that customer service call Tina said; go to the Website. This is annoying. She did not have any other solutions for my need or difficulty.

My solution is to recommend all my friends, relatives, associates, colleagues, community in person and in the internet no to buy DLink product ANYMORE.

The worst experience I have ever had over a phone first they would not listen about the problem I had and wanted to do a series of tests which had nothing to do with the problem second was the accent problem unless you are brought up in India their accent can be difficult to understand and they made it clear they where having difficulty understanding me, no RMA given no case number they said they would ring back in ten minutes, never happened, this will be the last D-Link product I will ever bye and I will ensure every one I meet will hear about their terrible service over three hours on the phone and achieved nothing. I have taken the unit back to the store with the warranty card and demanded they get it sorted.

Okay, I have absolutely no idea what is going on with the DLink phone number but I have tried it three times today and instead of ringing, you get a God awful screaming roar like an old dial up connection on acid in the middle of a raging tsunami. Worst sound ever! Zero customer support or contact ability beyond an email for you send them and then wait for a reply for. The "Simple 3 step setup" is a LIE! I've been working on this for 4 hours and had to bring AT&T in and even THEN it's still not working and nobody at DLink is available to help. They have 4 days to fix this and then the system is going back.

D-Link is by far the worst customer service experience I have had in my 43 years of life. Your are sent to a Philipino call center. The employees are more interested in maintaining power and control over you as a person than they are in helping. I spent three hours on the phone on two consecutive days. Today Im getting in the car to take the D-Link camera back to Best Buy. I will never in my life ever buy a D-Link Product again due to the horrible, terrible, worst possible customer service on the planet and that is not and exaggeration THEY ARE BAD! It seems like the packaging, website images are a front. Even the recordings are white people voices. The companys customer service is all Philipino I think the ownership is Chinese. And as creepy as this sounds it seems like this company is a front to gather information from innocent people to do bad things. I could be wrong but they were always asking me for my email password, my social security number and just way to many inappropriate things. I would stay away.

Received a defective product, the return process was ridiculous. They sent me a link where I was supposed to fill out info to start the return process. Continual errors, the return process online does not work! When I emailed them about this, they referred me back to the link. Still did not work. I received a defective product and they expect the customer to pay for return shipping! They want you to jump through hoops just to get the product replaced!I ended up doing the return process via a customer representative on the phone since the online system does not work. Very unhappy about this!

Spent 1 hour and 10 minutes on the phone on hold.

DGE-530T installs and appears to work until windows loads. Show disconnected, cables fine. Sad thing is, I baught the same adaptor from the same store and returned it, guess I have learnt my lesson. D-Links zucks!

The return process is only because I bought it yesterday from nerd shop.

Horrible horrible company! I had just ordered and received my two cameras that I bought from them, and just needed help trying to get it working with my wireless service, and they had me on hold on the phone for 70 minutes before I hung up! Then they claim to have "live chat" on their website, and I couldn't even get a live person there! This is totally unacceptable and disgusting! I was finally able to get info from another website with corporate email, and I sent them an email and told them if they do not contact me by the end of the day today, back to them packed up goes their cameras! I don't have the time of money for this sort of mess! It's crazy! How are they still in business? Makes no sense!
