We have a Haier 12000 BTU model #ESA412K-L air conditioner and it does a good job cooling the rooms, but I would never by a Haier air conditioner agian. It is just sooooo loud we can hardly hear the t,v. that we have to turn the volume way up. And it is not fair to our neighbors who are very friendly,nice neighbors who never complain about our tv being up so loud. I feel terrible about the situation. I did research on air conditioners and I wish I would have done that before we purchased the Haier because I never would have purchased it. The research said that Haier a.c.are known for being so loud but people are enticed to buy them because of the pricing of the units. Your company may just want to try and make a Quieter air conditioner. I went and bought a different air conditioner from another company.

I got a haier refrigerator with two door freezer the refrigerator part shelves none is able to fit a gallon of milk and the sides are to small this is my only complaint so I have lost one shelve space

I had called Haier customer care as I wanted to get my Ac dismental n thn again to install. The agent who spoke to me asked me the details of my Ac wether it is split or window??? I told him it is spilt then, I asked him about the charges to pay, he said dismental charges are rd 450, I again asked him do I have to pay any service charge apart from rd 450??? He replied no madam only pay rs 450 to the engineer who comes. I was shocked when the engineer told me to pay him 450 as service tax n 600 rupees for dismental. I called Haier customer support thy gave me their service manager Mr. Malay majhi's number wen I called him without understanding my complaint he puts my call to other agent in customer support department. I had to repeatedly explain the issue,tat your agent on call told me tat I have to pay only 450rs to dismental the Ac but y is ur engineer asking for 600 more??? He had a long pause n then suddenly he replies tat I have to pay service tax n 600rd as told by the engineer. What I have understood tat haier employees need training be a manager or an agent???? So tat thy stop on cheating, fooling n try to pull out more money from customers. Disgusting experience, such reputed brand company and employees are harrasing clients.

I have just bought on 22-04-16 Haier fully Automatic Washing machine ( HWM60-10).The demo and commissioning is awaited and expected by Tues the 26th April.
I have gone through the Customer Service review and very disappointed to note that After Sale Service is very poor. I only hope that currently Haier has strengthened this weak area and would ensure proper after sales support incase unfortunately it is required during or beyond the Warranty period.

I won't be buying Fisher and Paykel again. Its serviced by Haier and their service is deplorable. Waited for 2 weeks in Sydney, NSW for a technician to look at our refrigerator and they rang up on the day they were due to visit to say they were sick and would need to reschedule. No empathy that we'd been without a working fridge for this period of time and are living out of a bar fridge. Next time when I purchase an appliance I will look at what the service contract feedback is like. This company is a shocker...tell your friends who are considering a Fisher and Paykel purchase.

engineer came out to look at our broken washing machine, arrived with bit of attitude as if we'd put him out. Told us was a waste of his time coming out could have said what was wrong over the phone. Said he was going after 5 minutes and would put a report in and that we wouldn't hear anything till after christmas. Recieved a phone call today asking if repair had been done. This is first i'd heard since christmas no call to tell us to send proof of purchase so new machine could be sent out. Total lack of correspondance and the call centre gave us incorrect email to send proof to, that and we couldn't understand him.

The company itself ranked to a leading company worldwide where as reality is completely opposite of what they are saying.

I my self a victim of this company and its products and a completely dissatisfied customer and regret why I purchased such an expensive pathetic home appliances of Haier and getting nothing except of sheer wastage of money and time only and nothing else.

1) There is no after sales service. 2) Pathetic customer services.
3) No work on repeated complaints.
4) Their service center them-self not having their product parts to service.
5) Their technicians are "Great Thugs" and busy in looting innocent customers who are already under burden of facing too much trouble after purchased of their poor products.

My new refrigerator is out of order since last many days but no action has been taken even after log so many complaints and emails. While, their technician charged amount and problem is not resolved yet.

Please please please never ever purchase product of Haier because whatever I'm facing I don't want face others. Sheer wastage of money, time and regrets you'll get (God forbid) if you'll purchase Haier Poor Products with Extreme Pathetic Services.

i have bought haier washing machine on 10th jan 2014, because of high voltage fluctuation and lightning we got many electrical appliances damaged at out home. we got repaired all the appliances of different companies within 2 weeks of complaint but only this washing machine is left out because of haier's bad customer support and services. i had filed complaint and they came to see the problem within 2 days took serrvice charge of around Rs.450 and told the board has been damaged and have to replace it and they will order the board as it has to come from delhi and we are in siliguri. one month passed now nobody is responding properly and they are behaving rudely in phone whenever we have called them to enquire about the part. i suggest others please.. please.. please.. don't purchase any haier products as the service is below worst. they are concerned only for money they get as service charge when they visit first time. Friends Be careful while purchasing!!

My son gave me a 32in haier TV for my birthday in Jun and by the end of August it broke. He tried calling but they won't help him.we are never buying this brand never never never!!!!!!!!! We're telling everyone not to get Haier products!!!!

The door of my Haier micro oven started malfunctioning. A complaint was lodged with Haier on 15.8.15. On 17.8.15 a mechanic came to inspect and promised to return with the required spare part. I enquired from Haier's call centre on 19 and 25.8.15. I was advised to talk to the officer in charge of Haier's Kolkata office. I phoned this man on 25.8.15 when he told me that no spare part would be available and I could forget the machine. He refused to give me anything in writing and denied that Haier has a grievance cell, which is a statutory requirement.

I had to buy a new micro oven on 25.8.15.

On 27.8.15 I was informed by the Kolkata service agents of Haier that the spare part had been procured. The part was fitted by the agents on 30.8.15 and the machine was made operational.

I am now saddled with `a new but unwanted micro oven. This huge financial loss and inconvenience has been caused by Haier's lack of service and the bluff by the company's officer in charge in Kolkata .I phoned this man on 31.8.15 and told him of the loss and inconvenience his disservice and bluff caused me. Rudely he replied that he did not have the time for such nonsense and banged the phone off. Probably he was using the time to misbehave with and bluff other customers.

So , the prospective customers of Haier BEWARE and keep a safe distance to save your own skin.

I am not 100percent happy with the company Haier. They have really bad customer service. I have had to ask to talk to a supervisor or a manager on numerous occasions before I could even get a answer for any questions I had. I am happy though that they did tell the truth I will be getting my new unit because I had to do an exchange in the ten days they told me it would be. There was almost a time in the beginning that they were not going to let me get the new unit all because of a stupid date on my receipt. After speaking to a supervisor though it got fixed. I have in the last two weeks called Haier at least ten times just to find out if there was a tracking number for my unit. I didn't get it until today August 24,2015. I really don't understand how it took so long to get a tracking number when the unit was shipped out August 20,2015. That of coarse is basing it off of the fedex website that now I am tracking it on. I do have to give them an ok rating for there honesty with me, but there customer service does need some work. I don't know how many times I hung up on them because of how rude there employee were just to call back and finally get some one that would just answer my questions. My questions weren't outrageous either. They were questions like would you call me if you got a tracking number so I could keep up with it too? Another question I was trying to ask as well was if you don't have a tracking number does that mean the unit isn't being shipped or is there a chance the unit is being shipped and you just don't know at this time? There was no reason for the rude people I got. When I say rude I mean the employees who would tell me things like we see all the calls you made and it's not going to make our process faster. That was one of the comments I got. Another one was I see you have called a few times and there is nothing I can tell you other than what you have been told before. These people would shut me down before I could even ask anything. Just RUDE. I would personally not recommend any Haier appliance to any one for the fact that if anything happened I know I can't be the only one who has had to fight with them just for a little help and questions answered.

I purchased a new Haier refrigerator July 2014 (The original refrigerator delivered need to be replaced immediately because of broken light that could not be repaired). In July 2015 the refrigerator stopped cooling. Haier sent out contractor twice and they have done various "fixes" over a two week period but, the refrigerator will be 59 degrees one day than 39 degrees the next. When I called Haier customer services they would not let me talk to a manager as requested. I need to send them a picture of the temperature. This is my first purchase of a Haier product but most likely my last. I have had other makes of refrigerators that lasted 20 years without needing a repair.I just got a call from Creative Connections (Haier services contractor) (8/3 - 6:00 PM). They indicated that they talked to Haier Tech Support who indicted that since this was a frost free refrigerator that it was normal for the heating element to go on to defrost any ice in freezer and the temperature in the refrigerator to go up and down. On Saturday August 1 at 9:00 AM the temperature was 39 degrees. The temperature has been steadily climbing since. It is now 62 degrees inside the refrigerator and has not been in the 30s since Saturday @ 9:00 AM. That means it has been going up for 54 hours and not back down. I might be able to understand (believe) a temperature fluctuation in a 24 hour period but not over 54 hours with out a under 40 degree temperature. That means all the food/liquids are cold for a day or two but then warming up. This promotes a breading ground for bacteria. This can not be the correct operation for the refrigerator.

I am totally disappointed with the services provide by haier company in warranty period, 3r class services they are providing. I have bought washing machine from haier company approximately 1 year ago, now its drying motor is not working and even i have called so many times still the problem is not resolved.

The air-conditioning unit at my parents home went out. We got this unit about 5yrs ago. We have a 10-yr warranty.My dad has contacted this company several times and they WERE able to pull up his warranty AND serial # but will not fix unit without him providing a receipt from 5 yrs ago! Besides getting a lawyer and contacting the better business Bureau, and writing a review, What are my options?

I bought a washing machine on 27 may 14, ..
after that 4-5 times i have some problem in our washing machine and register the complint for same problem... but after 2-3 month same problem
washing machine is not working... some time noise from a machine.... but customer support and service provider did not responding properly.
i had taken service from Atharv Service center ... is located in katrj pune maharastra.
and after visit the engineer he told us that you have to pay visiting charges for checkup the machine and with out checking engineer ask for visiting charger
last saddest part dryer did not work so with much effort had to get the services at my place and dryer worked and they told me you have to pay visiting charger 1st then i can check the machine but system in under warranty how i can pay,
which I instantly did and they wrre supposed to get it,
and god knows what it means.please do the needful and its shame for Haier company
to keep this kind of people whos communication error lets yge customers suffer. company service provider totally froad .. and chit-er......
and I ll be tweeting about your company too.and just to let you know your service center is just 15 minutes away from my home.
i want proper resolution otherwise replace the machine otherwise i will give your complaint in consumer court

HAIER Mobile SERVICE AFTER SELL:--Please don't buy Haier mobile..They don't have own service center, even more worst its customer care, they don't know anything .keep off your phone while call. even they don't have own service center in major cities..they have third party service center in Pune i submit my mobile to Samiksha Sales & Service a common mobile repair shop which took complain n your handset and forword to company .i bought E718 from flipkart, it has issue with charging point i put complain 2 times, it took more than a month and didn't return my mobile yet.any how i got number haier mobile head mr vivek from maharashtra , i also request to him but he was completety helpless, i said i will complain against you, he replied do what you can do... such bad experience with haier mobile..i really won't recommend to buy this company mobile...who don't have customer oriented policy... please resolve my query otherwise i have to take legal action against haier. I will submit both slip of samiksha service which work on behalf of Haier in Pune wadgaon sheri .

I had done service request for my New LED TV LE40B7500 thrice in last 30-40days. As per last service request SU20150603104618 dtd 03.06.15 the status showing "In Process" from last 10-12 days. I had traied to get time line to resolve my request from customer care, local haier service representative but could't find the answer till date . Even I had Live chat with Haier service support as well forwarded mail too. However there is no any feedback .

It is worst experience with company like haier.

On February 4th 2014 what I thought was the best decision was the worst decision I could have made. After pondering and looking around for a nice bedroom suit for my daughter I came across a flyer from Badcock. I went into the store located at 54 Bullsboro Drive Newnan GA 30263. The sale that was taking place at that particular time was "finance $1,000 and save 20%" Sounded like a good deal to me. Well the total price of the bedroom suit was not $1,000 so I added a TV. 32" Haier for $238.40 (Sale Price) to reach $1,000. The furniture and TV. was delivered on 02/10/2015. Well on February 17th, while unhooking the cable cord from the port of the TV. to connect a digital box the entire port came out of the TV. I was like "WOW!!! This is a brand new TV. that should have not came out that easy. I have only had it a week." So I called Badcock on Friday February 20th around 11:30a.m. to let them know what happen, because the first thing to do is take what you purchased back where you purchased it from. The associate on the phone told me to bring it back and they would replace it. Well I took the TV. to Badcock on Saturday February 21st and they told me that they were a 3rd party and I had to take the TV. back to Haier.. So now I am like WHAT???? Who does this? Why are you selling something you cannot replace. The female associate I spoke with yesterday told me that I could bring it back to Badcock. Everybody in the store denied that they told me that. So he gave me the number to Haier I called them and they gave me a Repair center in Duluth GA (Golden Home Repair Services) to take the television to. Between my work schedule 8a.m.-5p.m and Golden business hours being the same plus being a single full time parent my schedule would not allow me to get to Duluth GA until March 9th. Duluth is an hour and 15mins drive from Newnan GA. After dropping the TV off there, the Golden Repair center in Duluth told me that they spoke with Haier and their instruction were to take the TV. back to Badcock. Ok, fine!! Now I feel like I am getting the run around. So on March 9th around 6:20p.m. I went to Badcock in Newnan GA asked to speak with the manager. Again, he informed me that he was not going to replace the TV. because it was physical damage (blaming me for the port coming out) It was not my fault I am a female who is not that strong.. Really?? So now I am very pissed. Not only am I pissed about being given several incorrect directions from both Badcock and Haier, but mainly pissed from the fact that I have $238.40 TV that I only had for a week and cannot watch because EVERYONE REFUSE TO REPLACE IT OR REPAIR IT.. It does have a warranty right? The only things I heard from the unprofessional manager at Badcock and Customer Service Reps from Haier "NO" & "I Can't" "NO I am not going to replace it, and No I can't do anything about it" "You need to call Haier." Per Haier "You need to go back to Badcock" Boy oh boy do I regret the decision of opening an account with Badcock and buying the brand Haier. Your customer is your biggest advertiser. You can print out 1 million flyers, run 2 million 30 second commercials, but a displeased customer can make your business go from exceptionally well to an epic failure just by word of mouth and reaching out to his or her friends. This was my first time purchasing the brand Haier, and just may be my last. Haier, as well as Badcock is giving me the run around. I spoke with 2-3 different Customer Service Rep from Haier and they all said the same thing. "I understand your frustration." The #1 popular script to say to a displeased customer. I know I have worked in the Customer Service field for over 7yrs now. Not only that they have lied to me saying that they could not reach Golden.. Mighty strange to me every time I call them I get an answer. Matter of fact the last time I called them I had to conference to call with Haier in order to get what they needed e-mailed to Haier. Seems like I was doing someone job, and it definitely wasn't Golden Repair Service. At this point I am very frustrated. After reading the reviews about Haier it was all Negative. They all said you all did not want to replace the electronic devices and they all had warranty just like I do. I wished I would have read them before I made the purchase. I just don't know what to think. Never would I have thought that a TV. I purchased less than a month ago would give me so many problems to have it repaired under warranty. What I do know is that I now have a TV. at my home that does not work, and NOBODY wants to replace it. I don't know how to feel... I basically gave Badcock $238.40 for NOTHING. Very unsatisfied!!! Zero would be both Badcock and Haier's score on a survey from me right now. This is my first and last time financing and purchasing anything from Badcock and buying the brand Haier..

Worst ever experiance.THREE WEEKS and still not sorted cannot get a straight answer.My washer dryer is still at repair depot.Under warranty still, been scapped by service engineers.Help to get replacement none existant, cannot get a straight answer from anyone.WASTE OF TIME!!!! A VERY ANGRY AND FRUSTRATED CUSTOMER.

I bought a washing machine on 13th Jan 15, 14th jan 15, it was delivered. ..saddest part dryer did not work so with much effort had to get the engineer's at my place and dryer worked and they told me to buy base to support for the washing machine which I instantly did and they wrre supposed to get it delivered on 15th but its very weird becauae every time I call its communication gap for them and says its going to get delivered right away...and god knows what it means.please do the needful and its shame for Haier compay to keep this kind of people whos communication error lets yge customers suffer.and I ll be tweeting about your company too.and just to let you know your service centre is just 5minutes away from my home.P.K Guha Road, airport 1no. Gate your company has more negative ratings please eork on it and make your staff understand how badly the are providing customer service.

Purchased a new Haier compact washer which does not work; needs a whole new control board and has not ever been used! Called manufacturer to request a new washer but they refused saying that it needs to be repaired which will take 7 to 14 days. Meanwhile my renter is out of a washer which is costing me money. I will never buy this product again, you get what you pay for and it is worth the extra money to purchase from Sears which I have always done in the past.

I purchased a Haier Dehumidifier from Wal-mart in Spring/Summer of 2014. I can not find the receipt and the customer service folks at this company are giving me the run-around. What happened is I went to my Laundry Room one day to discover that the unit smelled very hot and so did many rooms in my basement and it ended up the unit was extremely hot in the back. I called their CS and because I do not have the receipt they won't reimburse me the money I paid for the unit. Thankfully I walked to the Laundry Room in time or I would have possibly lost my house and my family and animals inside. This is very poor on their part....very poor.
