Purchased a Haier Washer and Dryer at Brandsmart in August of this year. A $100.00 mail in rebate was an incentive. Mailed paperwork in August. Cannot get anyone to tell me why I have not received my rebate. The People at Advertising Checking Bureau in Memphis, TN (901-948-9662) told me in September that Haier has not approved any rebates. Remind me to buy your product again! Can't get any help from Brandsmart or Haier or Haier America Rebates!

Dear Sir,

I purchased Led LCD T.V. model LE40B7500 on 21st Oct.2014.

My first complain was 6th Nov.2014. ID is, several times I given reminder, simply they say, your complain is forwarded but no body will attends.

If you continue this service after sale nobody will show interest to purchase and I will not recommend to purchase to my friends/relatives. Pl note and improve service after sale, and take action.

We recently purchased a house that came with a Haier washer and dryer. The dryer broke three times in a row - it was the same part every time. A tech came out to fix it the first two times (he was very nice, I think he was from an external company), and the third time put in a request for a new dryer since it was the exact same part breaking every time.

When the new dryer came (hours late for the delivery window), the delivery guy expected to just leave the dryer on the front porch and leave. I convinced him to at least bring it inside, but he wouldn't help me install it or take away the broken one. I had to hire someone to get the dryer down to the basement. Then, the worst part: THE NEW DRYER DOES NOT WORK. Not at all. Not even a little bit.

I just ordered a new Whirlpool dryer from Home Depot instead. I now have TWO nonfunctional Haier dryers in my house, taking up space and making me angry every time I look at them.

I bought a Haier dryer in February and I have been dealing with them for a month. All I get is someone telling me BS.I was told there was NOONE in my area to service my dryer. There are over 100,000 people where I live.....and no service techs? BS! More like they don't honor warranties and fail to back their products. I have sent copies of receipts and warranty and all I get is more tracking numbers and they say they have tried calling me multiple times. Funny how they are the ONLY people who have trouble reaching me. LIARS! I will NEVER buy another product from this company . However what I WILL do is share my awful experience with this company with EVERYONE I know.

The worst service I have ever experienced. They are least bothered about their customers. Once sold they care a damn about their customers. After sale service is zero for this company. Purchasing their refrigerator was the worst mistake i have ever made. The people in their service team sucks. Specially people at Mumbai, I was in contact with Mr. Umesh the so called branch head of mumbai service team, but I got the heck of an experience dealing with him. Wish this company shut its processes in India if they cant deliver. If any senior official can read this shut off your business right away. Would rate zero for this company.

LCD television quit working while under warranty, from reading on the internet this is a common occurrence with their televisions. Called them at least 10 times to try to get the repair approved and each time they nicely responded that they would take care of it but the never did a thing. The repair company finally asked me to come and get the TV as Haier wouldn't respond to them either. $200 wasted.

Haier stinks! I bought a refrigerator on Aus
gust 31, 2014 with an ice maker at H H Gregg. The icemaker does not work, and I have made nunerous calls to HAIER AND H H GREGG, BUT NO SERVICE REPAIR AND NO SATISFACTION. I will never buy from H H Gregg again, and I will never buy a Haier product again.

On 2/21/14 I purchased a Haier Washer and Dryer combo ; both is under a year warranty. The problem began with my washer in July 2014 ; the technician has been to repair my washer 3 times in August 2014 . The only reply is that they sends a technician to repair the problem that constantly keep reoccurring in which they could resolve this matter more efficiency. So I guess the technician will get tired of coming for the same problem and correct it eventually. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEIR PRODUCT TO MY PET DOG TOBY.

i have contacted haier customer service four times now with no response from them. i bought a haier refridgerator and within three months it is making a loud rattling noise coming from the fan. i have it unplugged because i am scared of safety issues. if i don't hear from them in two days i am calling the better business b. i will never buy from them again.

I Purchased A 39inch Lcd Tv Made By Haier. It Was Used As A Bedroom Tv ,a Few Hours A Week. The Tv Screen Went Bad In 2 Yrs. 3 Months ,very Premature. Called Haier, They Sound Like A Broken Skipping Record. Unit Warranty Expired,repeatthat 10x. The Screen Exceeds The Cost Of The Tv. They Cant And Won,t Do Anything For Me. Cheap China junk Never Have A Haier Again Never,never Never!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought a freezer from Haier in November and it stopped working in March. I began calling and calling and got the run around. The manufacturer directed me to an appliance repair shop near my home, they said they could not fix the unit without ever coming out to check the problem out, they directed me back to the manufacturer, who then directed me to another appliance company who is located in a different city approximately two hours drive and I was then told my them that I would have to bring the freezer in to them because they do not go to anyone's home to do the service or I would have to pay $75.00!

The unit is a piece of junk and to top it off, Haier's customer service and way of doing business is horrible. I will never purchase a Haier product again and I will tell everyone that I know to do the same.

May 2013 my husband and I bought a HAIER portable air conditioner for $300 that we used probably a hand full of times over the course of last summer. We stored it away through the fall, winter and spring season...as most people do that live in New England. In July we took it out and plugged it in to use on a hot humid evening when we had friends over for dinner and the unit would shut off every 15 minutes. In back of the unit on the bottom is a drain plug and we figured out that in order for the unit to keep working we had to drain large amounts of water out of it or it would keep shutting off every 15 minutes. So now we have it propped up on a foot stool and we have to keep a 12 quart bucket under it and keep the drain unplugged so that the water continuously drains...even though in the user manual it states that we shouldn't have to drain any water out of the unit and that the unit is a unique design which continuously evaporates the water. I then call HAIER to see if they can have a technician come out and look at the unit. They inform me that because my unit was purchased in May 2013 that it is out of the 1 year warranty and the most that they can do is extend the warranty for a courtesy 30 days but unfortunately It is well past that so there was nothing that they can do for me...I WOULD HAVE TO PAY OUT OF MY OWN POCKET. So because I didn't take the unit out of storage and use it before May (no one that lives in New England would do that) I am out of luck. This is coming from management level. "I apologize ma'am but there isn't anything that we can do for you...it out of the warranty time frame." I had a few choice words for the man I was speaking to. Then he offers me $50 check for my inconvenience. I laughed at him and told him that if it would make him sleep better tonight to send me the $50. Its not about the money...its about poor customer service. He then asked "Is there anything else I can do for you?" I said "I hope you have a better day than I am having." and then I hung up on him. I don't expect to get the check in the mail but I did tell him that I would tell everyone that I know NOT to purchase a product from HAIER. If you do..... then make sure you take your portable air conditioner out of storage during the winter or spring months and use it to make sure its in proper working condition before the warranty runs out.

I have had nothing but trouble since I first bought a Haier machine in 2009 for $650. That machine had trouble from 2012 until it was replaced in August 2013 after having spent a further $300+ on fees. The replacement machine has now developed problems with it's ball-bearings after less than 1 year. The machine was taken away nearly a week ago and I have no interim machine from them - even though it is still under warranty and consumer protection. They will not upgrade me to a Fisher and Pakel even with an offer to pay the difference. I was waiting a call this morning on their decision whether or not they will rebate me and I go and independently buy another. No-one has rung.
I am at the end of my tether and considering blasting the internet with their lack of customer care.

I ended up with a defective air conditioner from Haier and sent them the end of the cord as requested in order to get a replacement unit. After multiple calls to customer service, speaking with people who basically didn't have a clue I finally received a replacement 6 months later. Since it was now the middle of winter, it did not get any use until the next summer. It did work the 6 or 8 times that we needed it, but the next summer there was no cooling. When I called Haier to get a replacement under warranty, I was told that the warranty started the day I bought the first defective unit, so basically this replacement came with no warranty. Considering the fact that the first one was junk and the second one only survived operation for at most 8 days, it is unlikely that I will ever knowingly buy another product from Haier. I say knowingly because they manufacture for lots of other companies.

been dealing with this company for two weeks now for my TV that's so called been approved for exchange talked with 3 different people and they each had different lies to tell this Co. needs to fall off the face of this earth. UNACCEPTABLE

I Bought A Haier Refrigerator From Hhgregg In July. It Stopped Working In Nov. After Over 30 Phone Calls, 5 Visits From A Repair Service, It Still Doesn't Work And Was Declared Broken By The Last Repairman. I Still Don't Have A Refrigerator And All I Get Is "the Engineers Are Evaluating Your Problem." Haier Sends Repairmen From A 2 Hr Drive Away So It Has Cost Them 10 Hrs Drive Time To Get Someone To Fix The Problem Which They Couldn't Do.

Purchased new wash machine May 2013 for second home. Had issues. Haier would not authorize repair, even though under warranty. The retail seller would do nothing since it was under warranty. Haier was going to give me a credit and I had to have it repaired on my own. I spent from Dec. 31, 2013 to May 21, 2014 trying to get my credit payment. I talked with 25 different customer service, supervisors, and managers trying to get my payment. I heard every lie, story and excuse one could ever imagine. Finally received payment. Haier is worst company ever.

I don't need to add much from what I have read. I would NEVER, NEVER, EVER buy another Haier product!!! I have experienced all of the problems every person has listed for almost the last 2 years. I don't even know why I keep trying, guess I try to believe that someone would be willing to stand behind their products. Customer service is beyond HORRIBLE. At first they were so sweet I knew something was wrong. I called so often that I memorized their individual responses. Then I realized that they had a paper they were using. I was anticipating each and every response and began to speak before the person. It was driving me to the brink of madness. I finally took the summer off from the madness and began again on September 19, 2013 trying to get my washer dryer combo fixed (this is the replacement for my first one which was purchased in April, 2012). In all instances the washer/dryer combo that I purchased stopped drying. The only company in my area (near Reno, Nevada) was Basil Creek Appliance. Very nice company but they were unable to perform any service. Why??? Because Haier won't pay them, won't give them the parts they requested and won't pay them!!! Yes, I said that twice because the problem still exists. How can a company be expected to fix products when the manufacturer won't pay them or give them the required parts. Well, Hair does. Today I was told that since the warranty for my first machine (which I don't have because they took it away) expired they can no longer help me. Oh - so the second machine isn't covered??? They forgot to look at their records because their product came with a 10 year warranty. Well, I've been sent into madness again and the only recourse is with Corporate. I want my money back so I can buy another machine from a reputable company that will honor their warranty and stand by their products. I plan to sue if that doesn't happen. When did the customer stop being the customer in America? I send good thoughts for all of you other Haier purchasers having the same problem. Maybe we should start a class action proceeding. There are certainly enough of us out there!
